Palace Heating came out to my house at Alberta Beach to troubleshoot a reoccurring issue that I had been having with my furnace ducting. The tech was able to pin-point the issue within 20 minutes of being there, and offered me a temporary solution until he was able to come back with the parts to install for a permanent fix, as well as a quote for the work. He was back within two days to do the install, and charged me less than the quoted amount. Seriously excellent service.

Michael was absolutely amazing! He was not only prompt and very efficient, he showed me pictures that he took of how bad my AC unit was before he started the maintenance and then pictures of it nice and clean afterwards. He gave me full disclosure on what he had tested with my unit and how it rated. He did not try to sell me a new one and instead told me that I should have many more years with my AC. He also removed a very old and corroded humidifier for excellent pricing and left everything neat clean and tidy when he left. I would highly recommend Palace Heating & Cooling to anyone and will be using them again for all my future needs for AC and heating! Great job!
