Working with Peter and his team has been nothing short of amazing and they always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. You can tell they live by their mission to over promise and over deliver, and Peter has on multiple occasions personally made sure we were taken care of and gone out of his way for us. Other companies cut corners and do less than promised and I have had nothing but positive experiences with working with Peter and his team. The administrative staff and contractors both didn't meet my expectations for my business. They are slow at getting back to you, there are errors, and the cleaners aren't always consistent. Seems others who also gave one stars here seemed to have a similar experience. Unfortunate because by all the good reviews on here I was really looking forward to having a decent cleaning contract set up for a while. Makes me wonder if some of the reviews are fake...Either way, take your business elsewhere ????

Signed up to be a cleaner paid 2000 dollars for the opportunity but person I talked with lied to me said it was a refundable deposit to show my sincerity in wanting the work fired without ever getting feedback or what customer complaints were and got no pay for the 5 days or so I did work for stay far far away con artist

PF Custom countertops has been using One Janitorial for the past year as our business cleaning service. The staff have done an exceptional job keeping our public and staff spaces immaculate. We manufacture wood products and generate a lot of dust, but you would never know it due to the quality of the cleaning provided. They are also significantly less expensive than our previous provider. Highly recommended.

Thank you for sending the cleaning inspection reports on a daily basis. They are extremely helpful to me. Also I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and heart felt thank you to the cleaning team for the work they did in cleaning the plant for our 50th Anniversary. The 3 day 50th Anniversary event was a HUGE success!! Tours of the plant were conducted and many comments were made by our dealers and visitors to how clean everything was considering we are a manufacturing and welding facility. At first they will tell you good about business but the truth is your working as slave for them lots of hidden charges so beware don't just believe them. Not recommendable????????????????????????

This was my second time calling for inquiry with onejanitorial. I call for inquiry few months back and person I spoke was very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to open my own cleaning business and become a Partner with a company so I gave myself a second chance to talk to someone at onejanitorial.i called on Thursday for inquiry and some how I was transferred to miss kaveeta who was very nice, sweet , polite and pleasant to speak with . I believe she is new addition to the company but she definitely has convinces me to join and work with onejanitorial. I was Scared to go forward and didn't had much confidence once I talk to her i felt very good and positive.I will definitely will give a thought going on board with onejanitorial and the team .Keep up with your positivity miss kaveeta. Today around 330 PM I recieved an email stating they no longer want to hire me and they will keep my resume on file for consideration. How unprofessional and I'm very upset with the lack of consideration, considering I just spent $200.00 on business attire for this position.
