After getting an estimate for someone to come in and help my mother, and having the person try to upsell after being told No, and still trying to get us to go over my mother's decision and pushing the Alberta Seniors supplement when that wasn't even a concern. I do not recommend this business whatsoever. We live in a high end ski town and no one charges 100.00 an hour. What a crock.

Honestly, I expected more. I paid $400 for them to come and clean prior to me listing my house for sale. I live out of town, but when I came back they missed basic areas.... They didn't touch under my couch (which is approx half a foot off the ground), I was promised that the walls would be cleaned (main reason I hired them-because I hate cleaning walls); this was not done either, cabinets were not cleaned on the outsides (insides were cleaned) I guess they might be good if you aren't out of town, so you can check their work.

As a business owner for 15+ years, I have had a lot of experience with various cleaning companies in Medicine Hat. Due to past issues, I had not hired a cleaning company for my office for over 3 years, choosing to complete the cleaning myself. Because of Molly Maid's reputation and what I could see, high retention of staff (very important to me for privacy protection), as well as proper insurance, criminal record checks, etc, I had Molly Maid come into my office this week. I am thrilled with the work the team did, they were friendly and efficient, completing a great job all while working around my own team. I had Molly Maid clean my rental unit. After the cleaning I conducted an inspection to find what I consider a very poor job - gunk on the floor, window sills (cobwebs and dust) not cleaned, dog hair and dirt behind the doors and along baseboards. It appeared they had not used an edging tool. After I complained the owner did come back and clean the window sills. The gunk on the floor was still there along with the dog hair and dirt behind the doors and along the baseboards. I am less than satisfied and would not recommend Molly Maid. You can find qualified cleaners on Kijiji and considerably less cost and higher quality.

They do the bare minimum and clean with what must be a bulldozer. Had them over 4 times and had to repair things around my house 3/4. Brutal.

Horrible cleaning experience. Went and did a walk through and was told things would be cleaned when they were not! Was told that the job would take 2 days minimum and they finished in an afternoon and maybe an hour the next day! Got a $550 bill! The owner did come back but right after we left... go figure she was gone not long after we left too! Not to mention telling my flooring guy that we were mad at her when she even asked if he was a friend! Rooms didn’t even looked like they were cleaned and I was made to look like I was wrong. If something works when cleaning with a dollar store product like vim... wouldn’t u use that to start and do it properly the 1st time?! Anyhow highly DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Waste of money! I could have done better myself!

So the girls just literally left my house and i'm so Happy with the results. I was kind of in a panic before listing my house and called the day before. The owner Laurelle Silvaniuk Came round that day and i told her my situation telling her that the realtor was coming next day. Her professional yet friendly approach was perfect for me. The girls called that night and told me they would be here for nine. (communication) is a big plus for me. the girls were here on time (punctuality) and got started straight away. They did and amazing job. One of the girls who were suppose to work had called in sick. so had the lady who normally works the office stepped up to the plate. About halfway through the owner came in and got to work also. To me this is awesome that the management are not scared to get there hands dirty. I really appreciate the advice given also from a ladies perspective for selling my house. I don't Normally write reviews about anything good or bad but was told by the owner that the other two girls were in a competition that could win a $100 for best review for their services and i definitely think they should win.

I made the very unfortuate mistake of thinking I had found someone trust worthy to help look after my house while I was away. Needless to say I came home to a house that in 16 years has never seen that level of filth. I couldn't deal with it - it was way too much! I phoned up Molly Maid and Laurelle the owner came over that same day and took a look. She managed to pull things together to bring 4 of her girls in the very next day to get everything cleaned up. Those 4 girls cleaned and cleaned and were all very happy and pleasant. The level of professionalism shown to me by Laurelle and all of her staff was above and beyond! I highly recommend anyone who needs a huge cleaning, or just routine maintenance cleaning done to give Laurelle and her ladies a call!

The level of niceness is awesome. The workers that came were polite and seemed to enjoy their job. They were there to do a good job and they did a good job. I have had a few cleaning services come over the years and nobody seemed to enjoy their job. The past workers have always made me feel horrible for having someone help with cleaning. It is requested once and carried out without hesitation and done to our utmost satisfaction. Have had cleaning done at our Rental Properties (vacate and move in ready).
