Sharon and Kim always do a great job, friendly and professional, allowing my wife to feel good about them helping out while she works. I'm moving out on Saturday the 31 from a place I've lived in for 3 year and 9 months and I was a bit concerned about my exit walk through.... Being a single parent of two teenage kids, working the hrs that I do, I find it hard to maintain a clean house. Needless to say I was a bit on the embarrassed side of the spectrum. The cleaning techs made me feel comfortable and they did a spectacular job cleaning the unit. I will recommend them in a heart beat. Also I will continue to use there service on a regular basis. I was hired back in September and started working with them in two week training which I found was great and I thought I was doing a good job with the training, the people I was with were great to work with and learn from.....but after my two week training was up I never got any phone calls from them to come in and work with them at all. I find them to be very rude and mean to leave me in the dark and just send me my T4 slip a few months after they let me go with out a reason why!!!! And after to find out that they are STILL LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO WORK WITH THEM!!!! People aren't born to clean perfectly!! And it's not right to just get rid of people after two weeks training

Booked a move out cleaning. Was quoted 2 hours, and was invoiced 2 hours. Move out inspection was the easiest I ever experienced, all items were better condition than move in. I see some negative reviews here regarding service, and would like to mention that I experienced the opposite - calls answered on the first ring, communication was clear, and they followed through on everything. Good listening comprehension and great senses of humor, and flawless execution. They might have improved since getting other folks feedback, or (more likely), the folks who used them and had bad experiences were part of the problems they experienced. I see a lot of people who give bad/unclear instructions, and they get reap what they sow. Communicate clearly, be polite, have fun with it, and you'll get a great result.

I just about got struck by a Molly Maid vehicle today which failed to yield at the corner of 10th st and the Island Hwy. The car flew into my lane at 30km/hr when I had a protected left hand turn lane to get onto 10th st. There was no acknowledgement to apologize or anything from the female driving the vehicle. The license plate was 106 LXB Why did they not yield you ask? TO RUSH INTO THE TIM HORTONS DRIVE THRU FOR COFFEE!!! PRO TIP - wake up earlier to get to work instead of endangering people's well being by racing through yield signs? Get a grip on your employees while they drive the company vehicle Molly Maid.

I needed to get my rental house cleaned out before the tenets moved in. Called head office spend 15 minutes on the phone with them giving them all my information. They said I was going to get a call back on Tuesday nobody ever called me. Called the local number again on Tuesday afternoon gave my information again. And yet again no call back. I was expecting more professionalism from the company that charges a premium for cleaning service. But was let down.

I attempted to contact the company And there local associates on 3 separate occasions. The first attempt, I received an email reply 2 days later telling me their local representative would contact me as my email request for service was forwarded to them. A week went by, so I contacted the “local reps myself”, another week went by, not even an acknowledgement! I tried a third time to Both the main email And cc’d the local reps... that was 3 days ago!!! Their customer services leaves Much to be desired! I’d hate to see what work ethic when their on an actual job???

I contacted Barry Hudson several times and no response. If their customer service is this bad when they don't yet have your business, I sure didn't want to find out how bad it would be after. I have found them unreliable. Last year they cancelled because there was suppose to be a storm that never came. I did reschedule that but could not take the day off again and they only cleaned part of the house. They called yesterday and said 10 AM today, they called at 8:30 the one girl called in sick and they rescheduled for 2:30, they called at noon and cancelled said the roads are bad. No one here is having difficulty getting in to work. I have to book a day off work to be here for them so I loose a days wage and I can't rebook them as carpets get cleaned tomorrow.

I am giving this dreadful company 1 star because I think the cleaners themselves are doing the best they can. Dealing with Molly Maid has been a negative experience since Day 1. I was overcharged (double) on the first billing. Tracey - office staff - told me that I said things I didn't (that the cleaners were there for 2 hours), I was sent an invoice this month that I already paid, the office staff is consistently rude, and my house today was only partially cleaned. Someone should teach someone in this company about Customer Service. Run, don't walk away, from ANY dealings with them!!

Yelling at me because i am going the speed limit and stopping at a stop sign doesnt make me want you or your business (if i ever considered) Piece of advice dont drive like that while representing your business it makes you look bad.

We signed up for weekly cleaning when my wife started having mobility issues. We're delighted with Suzy! She is quick and never misses a step. Before she starts her weekly clean she asks if there is something special we would like done that trip and it's always done before she leaves. She is personable and has a great sense of humour so we look forward to her visits. I would recommend Molly Maid to any of my friends and neighbors. The service is cost effective, and between Suzy and her helper in two hours they accomplish what used to take us a Saturday. It's one less thing I have to think about. Thanks again, Suzy!

AIMEE and PAIGE do a great job on their monthly cleaning my home.. today I asked for extras as well as the usual cleaning. A section of bathroom wall needed to be washed, and was. I also asked the girls to move my stove out and clean under it , all the way around it and the wall around it as well as the extremely oven ( i have bee unable to do these things for a long time .) After AIMEE and PAIGE were finished and gone I looked in the oven -- I WAS AMAZED - THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN LOOKED BRAND NEW -I didn't think it was possible.. Molly Maid is fortunate to AIMEE and PAIGE in their employ.

Worst company I have ever worked for by far!!!!. No wonder the employees only last a few months here! Absolutely NO communication between the employees and employers, and general LACK of concern towards clients. Cleaning products and equipment that are provided either do NOT work or are BROKEN and NOT replaced resulting in clients NOT receiving the proper cleans that are paid for. I feel bad for clients paying such huge amounts of money for general cleans and recieving much less in return. Molly Maid drivers speed,text,tailgate etc Pays/tax forms are often given late or NOT at all. Would NEVER recommend using/working for this company to ANYONE!!! Confused as to how this franchise is still in business.

Called numerous times and left several messages which I recieved one repsonse saying the cleaner would be by later than expect, to now avail. The worst customer service and cleaning service ever. We were quoted $209 for a move out clean of our townhouse, ended up being charged $490 and the place was so badly cleaned that we lost our damage deposit as well. The day of the clean, I was contacted to say that there were too many people that had called in sick and that our place wouldn't be cleaned, so in a panic, we rearranged our move out inspection so that it could be done the following day (the first of the following month, meaning we would not be out in time). They ended up cleaning the following day however floors weren't even swept, we sprayed the oven 24hrs in advance as directed and it wasn't wiped out, counters/walls weren't even wiped, carpets weren't vacuumed. I spoke to the owner and she said to send her the "after" pictures and if not acceptable, she would tidy it herself... sent them, contacted her multiple times and have never heard anything back.

Anyone who believes they are past help should at least call Molly Maid. We are a busy household and between multiple jobs, pets, and elderly parents, housework gets embarrassingly neglected (we joked that we had a pack of rabid frat-boys living with us). We hesitated to call in any help because of the clutter we accumulated. We were under the impression that the disorganised state of our house would discourage any agency from assisting us. Molly Maid sent us 2 exceptional ladies who supported us, did not judge us, and said "we can add one room at a time until you are happy". We started with the bathroom the kitchen and the landing, and now in addition to those rooms the dining room, the living room and a bedroom that are de - cluttered, clean and functional. We are looking forward to having our house back and we will continue with two or three week maintenance into the winter.

I would go as far to increase my rating to a 3 star, the work they did was good. My problem was that there was 3 spots in the house I asked them to focus on, they only did 1 of 3 which could have been bad communication between the office and the cleaners. It took me a couple days to notice spots they cleaned I wouldn't have thought of.

We booked a week in advance a quick one time cleaning for 2 hours for a party we are hosting this weekend. I filled out the form requisition online and received a call shortly after. I told them that we needed cleaning for the Friday and he said he will call us back, he never did. They did however sent a checklist via email asking us to fill it out. I completed that right away and sent it back with no news. I called them this morning and spoke with Michelle and she said she will look into it, said her "computer was slow and will call back." They didn't call back. I'm disappointed by the lack of service, a lack of professionalism and a lack of accountability by Molly Maid. I will make sure that everybody I know do not go to them for business.

Honestly I have spoken to 2 corporate people about my issue and the franchise owner in Niagara and have gotten nothing but the finger pointed at me ... I was also promised a phone call back and still nothing for the 4th time. My service was terrible the lady’s were horrible and rude and made remarks about my house taking away from there time off , they also didn’t clean a thing that was requested and took my nice guy attitude for granted. I’m a first responder and have done nothing but work for my pregnant wife and family and moving in to a new clean home was her dream .... well guess what ....molly maid was nothing but a waist of money and a waist of time. I will never use you guys again and to be honest with not even an offer of money back I will continue to advise anyone and everyone of the poor quality work, lack of customer service, broken promises and inability to comprehend the fact that the customer usually has a valid point. Especially someone from a professional point of view.
