I was so impressed by this company. There are so many plus points ; - I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. (This was really important, I was bringing home a baby from the NICU and I has about 2 days to find cleaners. ) - The appointment was booked online and the online chat to confirm details was so clear and precise. - When I needed a receipt and provided the details through the chat box, I was worried the details would be lost after the cleaning session. But everything I requested for paperwork was done exactly as requested. - The cleaning service itself was fantastic. =even the microwave and stove top (which had to be soaked and scrubbed btw) were done. I didn't request these but were on their own checklist. This company was fantastic. I took a chance with them and was so happy with thier work. It was definitely worth it. I'll be using them again.

What a great experience from start to finish. Booking online and being able to pay with a credit card was so convenient. The Modern Clean team did a great job (my house is spotless), that I will definitely be setting up recurring cleanings. They were professional and kind, that going forward I have no problem letting them in my home, without me being there (which as a young professional, is extremely convenient). The online booking system was nice and simple but also had a lot of options so that I could customize the work that was going to be done. It was nice to be able to make sure that everyone was on the same page with any special instructions or requests etc. so there were no surprises. I think this is a brand new company but clearly the actual cleaners were experienced and knew what they were doing. No complaints here, just wanted to give them a review so that anyone thinking about trying them knows they're worth giving a shot to
