We had Mango Maids do a move out clean of our rental property. They did a TERRIBLE job, claimed they cleaned things that they didn't, and then billed me for the full amount (nearly $700). I was told when I originally booked that the company had a steam cleaner to do the carpets; turned out to be a carpet shampooer which didn't take a single stain out of the carpets and left them crunchy once dried. I could not get through to any manager or supervisor even after leaving about 7 phone messages with various employees. Nobody ever called me back. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and they were able to get hold of the owner, Eric, immediately. He then told the representative from the credit card company that I was a liar (while I was on the line listening as well), and that he had already talked to me and we resolved the issue. Eventually after listening to him berate me as "stupid", "a liar", and telling me that I made the mess as soon as his employees left, he offered me a measly 20% discount from the cleaning service, but would not refund any of the carpet cleaning. Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend this company. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

will I use mango maids again or recommend? No. Look elsewhere I placed two orders for two different places. first one, mango maids decided to change the time requested even though it was a specific time I wrote in the notes, and on the application when requested. second one, cleaners were nice to deal with, but cost me an additional $180 on top of spending $500, due to requiring more time to clean an empty house(no furniture or belonging s in the residence). in total I spent $1200 dollars. not worth it at all.

Mango Maids is completely unreliable. I hired them to do a cleaning for a rental unit I had and stressed the importance of time. I was coming in from out of town and needed them to arrive at the location 5 PM. I stressed numerous times and the cleaners arrived at 6:45 PM. Mango Maids is also very sly. When they start their cleaning process they clean items which take the longest amount of time, like cleaning the oven or fridge and will not even touch the counters or floors so you are forced to add additional hours to your work because it is hard to assess how long it takes to clean such things as an oven or fridge. For example, in my case, I was charged $500 for 3 individuals to clean my unit for 2 hours and in that much time they cleaned: 2.5 bathrooms, a fridge and a oven. At that point, after being 1 hour and 45 minutes late, they left. When I called Mango Maids back in the morning they told me they cannot guarantee what time their cleaners will arrive because it is contingent on the houses they are cleaning prior to, which no one disclosed to me when hiring them and them taking my credit card informed by the way. They are not about client care and yes, when they actually do the work they are good, but you cannot leave the site when they are cleaning, otherwise nothing substantial will be done, they are completely unreliable on time and they impacted my business because I could not rent my unit out the day I wanted, but they told me that wasn't their problem to deal with. I was told a manager or owner would call me to further discuss this situation with me, which was 3 days ago. Mango Maids got their money out of me, but don't care about customer satisfaction or stress. They are not a good company to work with and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are cleaning companies out there who clean just as good and without any of the drama or additional stress Mango Maids inflicts on you.

My husband and I hired mango maids to complete our move out cleaning and added on steam sarpet cleaning. We scheduled them for 830am on Saturday, knowing that we would be doing a walkthrough with our old landlord at 3pm. We received a call the day before saying that the cleaners had a conflict and couldn't make it until 1030am. We appreciated the phone call letting us know but stressed how we had our landlord coming to do the walkthrough at 3pm. The showed up promptly at 1030am which was nice and started to unload and clean. At 1130am I went in to check on them as we were loading up the last of everything from the garage into our vehicle. I went to check the upstairs as the friendly cleaner told me her partner just left and it was her first day working for the company. I went upstairs and noticed that the tubs needed to be recleaned as you could see the lines where they had cleaned. The windows sills needed to be retouched. And the walls hadn't been washed yet. I got told they do the walls last, but she would touch up the other things I pointed out. At 1230 we told her we were taking off and would be back by 230pm. Her partner still hadn't shown back up at this point. When we got back at 230pm mango maids was no where to be found. We decided to do a pre walkthrough of our house. As I went through taking over 30 photos of everything that was forgotten or missed my husband called to put in a complaint on their phone line. When our landlord came he was so disappointed by the clean, he immediately asked my husband to call the company and tell them to come back. Someone was supposed to call, but never did. After 30 minutes of waiting for a call back we got our damage deposit deducted to cover off having a new company come in and do a proper move out clean. The only thing that was done well was the carpet steam cleaning. We have never been so embarrassed in our life. We would not recommend this company for a move out clean!

I would give this company a zero star. They charge a ridiculously expensive hourly rate for a move out clean. We paid for 6 hours of deep cleaning for a move out clean and the workers showed up 45 minutes late. They rushed through the house and left garbage, grime, dirt, mud, food, dust all over the house. There is no attention to detail what so ever. Absolutely unprofessional. I would not ever recommended this company to do a move out clean.

I've had Mango Maids do 2 move-out cleanings. They are amazing. They take a messy, used house and make it look brand new again. The 2nd house, in particular, was a bear of a house to clean: built-in cupboards everywhere and lots of square footage. Every nook and cranny was left spotless, as well as all appliances and windows. Carpets and floors were spotless. I am still in awe over what they were able to accomplish.

Had 2 cleaners for 2 hours ($420) on Nov 3/2021. It’s a 1050sq condo that had been cleaned already but needed 2 toilets, 2 bathroom ceiling fans, 1 kitchen sink, 1 microwave, 2 window sills and mop floors (hardwood through the condo). When I got there I checked under the bed and under the living room couch (very bright area easily to see under the couch) and what I saw was this. They didn’t even bend half way to sweep or mop. I’m still dealing with Mango Maids (their excuse: “we do not move or lift furniture for liability issues”)…. There was ZERO moving or lifting to be done. I will not recommend this place to anyone. $420 for 2 hours for a lousy job is unacceptable.

The basics were done, but none of my things were put back in their places. They requested an extra half hour. I was very lenient and nice when they showed up 45 minutes late and was hoping it would be much better. I was late for an appointment so I only could tell them to make sure some things were cleaned and it seemed like those were the only things focused on. The cleaners were very nice people, but I just wish I could have directed them had they not been late. For the price, it was not worth it.

I ordered move-in cleaning and carpet steam cleaning for my empty house. The cleaners showed up late and from what I could tell afterwards they did no move-in cleaning, only the carpets. Blinds were dirty, lights had cobwebs, ledges were dusty, etc.. When they were done we spent all of the next day cleaning the house properly. We called customer service at least 5 times. They said they would need to work with their manager and get back to us. They never got back to us even after we called to follow up 3 more times. Was never able to get my money back for the services they did not provide. I would never use this company again and would not recommend using them. You will spend more time cleaning then they did. Sounds like I am not the first one to get taken for a ride like this.

This was the first time I have ever gotten my house cleaned and all I have to say is Raz and Dhel exceeded my expectations. The two of them came in for 2 hours to do a basic clean of the whole house and even cleaned my baseboards as this is included on the first clean with this company. I genuinely did not think they would be able to do an excellent job in this amount of time but I was overjoyed with the job well done. I have 2 cats and my baseboards and windowsills were filthy but they still found time to clean these after finishing the rest of the house. I will definitely be back for cleanings once in a while. Pretty disappointed with Mango Maids after I had seen so many good reviews. They showed up more than a hour early; I wasnt home and they tried to make me feel bad for showing up at the time we agreed to meet. The cleaning was ok but one of the cleaners kept asking me questions about my culture and background. I wonder if she does this to white clients. They broke my toilet lid while cleaning and still haven't replaced it after 3 months of promising to do so. Now I will have to replace it myself and I suspect they will not pay for it given how they have responded so far. I DO NOT recommend using Mango Maids.

I have just had my second cleaning with Mango Maids. I am so very happy with every aspect of their service! As a busy executive, to come home to a beautifully clean home that looks pristine and smells so fresh, is wonderful! I have tried other companies and there have been little details overlooked or not just right. That is not the case with Mango Maids so far! I really appreciate that they move items to dust and wipe but they put them back again. It may not sound like much but it is the attention to detail that I love!

Used these guys twice previously for move out cleans and they were fantastic! Booked a move in clean this time, with focus on cupboards, fridge, stove and bathrooms. Only 2 of the 3 bathrooms were actually cleaned. Streaks left on all mirrors. Looked worse than pre-clean. Cleaning product was still left on faucets. Nothing else in the house was cleaned. Not floors, not pendant lights over the kitchen island (covered in dust) in fact there was food still in the bottom stove drawer! Tried to resolve by explaining our dissatisfaction, hoping maybe for someone to finish the job or offer a discount, only to have never been called back! Was going to hire these guys for our move out clean - not a chance now. Giving bad service in a bad economy is not smart business.

I was booked to have cleaners come to clean after an event on March 18, 2017 from 12PM to 1AM. This was the only window and they did not show up for the cleaning services. The deposit came off of my visa on February 13, 2017. I made a call the next day on March 19, 2017 to explain they had not showed up and left a voicemail. I did not receive a call back. A week later I called again to explain what had happened and the operator I spoke with ensured I would refunded my deposit. It is now May 18, 2017, 2 months later and I have still not received the deposit back.

They charged my credit card before they even cleaned the place and it was $190 for a 1000 square foot apartment for that didn’t even happen... absolutely ludicrous!!! Whatever it is that you’re thinking, DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE!! A LITERAL SCAM! I don’t even like writing reviews but this was one of the most excruciating experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. I paid $462 just to come to bread crumbs, untouched under cabinets and just other unexpected dirts. I had a clean house, but I had midterms as I was moving from my place so I decided to sacrifice that much money just to give a clean house back. I held myself down, talked to one of their agents and emailed them as instructed with pics and videos and its been months, they haven’t returned back my emails.

I loved that u got a text when they were 10min away and that they sent an approval request to work a bit longer than quoted. I've had companies in the past that quote 4 hours and then I get billed for 7, Mango Maids has great transparency and communication about the hourly rate and any changes to what was agreed. Also, it was only an extra 30 min!

Their service is inexcusably horrible. We booked an appointment for 9:30 on Saturday and it took until 11:00 to show up. There was absolutely no updates from anyone at Mango Maid, this is after I called them 3 times to confirm. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, he's response is basically "tough luck". My mother recently passed away and I called Mango Maids to help clean her apartment. She was ailing in her final months and had not really been able to clean. In other words, her place was a bit messy. The cleaners came and cleaned her place such that it was in better condition than when she moved in! They were courteous and friendly, but worked very hard. I was left both impressed and thankful. Update: I recently moved and, because of my excellent experience with them previously, I used the company again. Ricky and Fredy were wonderful and professional. Again, they did an amazing job! For me, two successes in a row is indicative of a pattern of excellence.

I booked Mango Maids for a deep clean of my kitchen and bathrooms before moving into my new house. The first sign of unprofessionalism was them calling me less than 12 hours of expecting them that they wanted to move the cleaning date. When they finally did show up, they were tasked with cleaning my 2.5 bathrooms and my kitchen. The bathrooms were cleaned satisfactorily, however for the "deep cleaning" services that they offered - it was not good value for the money. The kitchen was not cleaned by any professional standards. The floor was incredibly sticky, oil stains were on the cabinets, and dirt and dust everywhere. The only good thing they did clean thoroughly was the fridge - and that was only because I paid to add on that appliance onto my package. As a first time Mango Maids customer, I was disappointed with the service. I called them letting them know how unacceptable this was, and they offered a refund of 1 hour off the 2.5 hours of cleaning time. While this is not ideal, it was enough for me to get the whole thing over with. Cut to 2 weeks later, and I am still left without a refund or explanation from the company. I was promised a refund over 13 days ago, and I have yet to see this money. I would suggest staying far away from this cleaning service since they are unresponsive, do not offer good value for the money, and do not follow through on their business promises.

Emailed them to get a quote for a late night cleanup after my wedding. They were very quick to get back to me. Actually when I didn't reply right away to an email they called me. But short there after their customer service went down the drain. They told me on a Friday when they called that he was going to talk to some of their workers to see if they would do this late night cleaning and told me he would get back to me by Monday. He never got back to me so later on in the week I followed up with am email asking if they had found anyone to do it . No reply. It's now almost 3 weeks later and have yet to get a reply. Very unprofessional on their end. Not impressed at all .

HORRIBLE service! You give an inch and they take a mile. I was moving out so wasn't there for a lot of the 3 hour clean. Mistake number 1. Offered them donuts, tried to be friendly. I have pictures of my place before it was cleaned, it wasn't that bad at all. After they cleaned? Barely a difference. The walls were still dirty. They tried to lie and say some marks simply wouldn't come off. For those I licked my thumb and rubbed and it came off no problem. They didn't clean any of the walls and those were pretty much the bulk of the cleaning. They charged more than double from other cleaning companies and had 2 men come in for 3 hours. I expect AT LEAST a good job for the price/man power. Also they took my blinds off and didn't put them back on. When I asked they said they thought they were broken?! They were actually a set of brand new blinds... I am astounded at their level of service and would never recommend them to anyone.

I don't recommend them as move out cleaners. I wanted the carpets cleaned which they totally missed they missed the front entrance completely and the bath tub was not cleaned properly. The quote that I was given over the phone was not the same as the charged amount. I was quoted $55 for a move out clean and after 2 hrs. they called and told me it was another 3 hrs. work and I asked if it was $55 per hr. and was told yes. They charged me $498 and the quote was half that. Extra for carpet cleaning.

Contacted Mango Maids to complete a "Move Out" cleaning service. There was a power interruption during their visit, so, they "completed what they could," which did not include very much. I was still charged the full amount. When contacted I was offered a discounted rate for them to revisit. Even after the second visitation there were a number of basic cleaning duties not taken care of. I called again to follow-up and to offer a final opportunity to rectify the situation; the manager would not return my calls. I reiterate, their customer service is so poor, that their customer service department would NOT contact me back. I was still charged, and VISA would not reverse the second billing. I had to hire a third company to complete basic included items such as dusting baseboards, mopping floors, and washing walls. I spent somewhere near $750 dollars with Mango Maids, and in the end, $120 with a different company was suffice to complete the job to an adequate level. So I rearranged my flight schedule and stayed an extra day/ night in Calgary to be home to let them in and they NO SHOWED. They did not complete the job within the already generous timeframe they quoted. 6 hours billed for a 1200sqft townhouse (1500 with basement). In the time billed all they cleaned was the inside of the cabinets, the bathroom and the appliances (insides of the appliances were done very well, but the outsides were streaky and looked horrible). They did not do any vacuuming or clean any of the floors and didn’t even make it to the basement. It is an unacceptable job for the $420.00 they are wanting. Especially considering the house was already quite clean minus muddy floors from movers being in and out. The cleaners contacted me when the quoted time was up stating they would need more time, but they couldn’t provide me with an updated cost. They said the office would call me - they didn’t, so the cleaners waited around apparently doing nothing while waiting for the office to call me. The cleaners left without completing the job. Really unprofessional. I Called their office and the man didn’t seem to understand what I was dissatisfied with and instead decided to argue with me about every concern I had including that the carpets were left unvacuumed when I had a carpet cleaner scheduled to come directly after the cleaners. I ended up having to have another cleaner come in on a rush job and finish the cleaning. Waiting for the bill, but this looks like a $150 clean and not in any way $420+. UPDATE: don’t believe the reviews, they tried to bribe me to take my HONEST review down. $100 against their ridiculous bill. I told them I’d rather pay the entire bill and have people know what a scam they are than accept a pathetic $100 for my silence. Shady business.

What a complete joke of a company and completely unprofessional. I speak for the Calgary branch of this service. I set up an appointment weeks in advance . I get a confirmation email the day before they're supposed to come showing a time that is 30 minutes AFTER the agreed time. I call up the guy and he's clueless that somehow this is not professional , and then finally apologizes for the mixup. THEN, 2 HOURS before they're supposed to come, ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, he calls and says they have to cancel. This, despite knowing the fact that we are listing our house on the market and we have photographers coming the next day to take pictures My family and I have to reschedule the entire day so we can clean up the whole place to get it ready. AND THEN, he calls me on the day he's supposed to actually come and tells me that eveyrthing is back "online" and if we can reschedule? Too little too late buddy! I've let everyone know what a joke your company is

Mango maids head office called the morning of my appointment to re schedule it to later that same day. I agreed even though I had made the appointment weeks ago and I had to be home to let them in as it was my first time using their service. They were an hour late and that was after I had called to see if they were still coming. I have a baby and a dog that I had made arrangements for so they would be out of the house for the cleaning. They were 1 hour late for a 1 hour appointment, no apology or anything. I left the house after telling them I would like them to focus on the bathrooms and baseboards and floors, when I came home the floors seemed clean but when I looked closer they had not done the baseboards or if they did it wasn't a good job. Then in the bathrooms they didn't clean the tub and shower, in fact it seemed like they tried to clean the shower but the metal scrubber fell apart and they left all the little metal pieces in the shower so I actually had to clean up after them. Overall I think the company is unorganized and I'm sure they have good cleaners but being an hour late and not cleaning what I asked for is not acceptable to me. I wouldn't use them again.

I wish I could give them zero stars. 3 hours late. They brought 4 lazy cleaners. I felt like I had to beg the cleaning staff to actually clean. One of the cleaners spent 10 minutes lightly wiping the same spot on the stove (that was already clean). I asked her to move onto something else but later caught her coming back to the same spot. I will never book them again. I have no idea how Mango Maids has an average rating higher than 2 stars...

I ordered a moving clean from Mango Maids. The house was quite a mess before they came but once they were finished up it looked amazing. They are also a true one stop shop,...we had cleaners who coordinated with carpet cleaning under the same Mango Maids umbrella which made it really easy. We did see that the cleaners did miss some areas in the basement (they are human after all) and we called the main dispatch to have this addressed. Immediately the next day without any hassle whatsoever the same cleaners came back to rectify the missed areas and absolutely hit it out of the park!! I will admit they were marginally more expensive than other shops but awesome customer service and they absolutely stay true to the satisfaction guarantee which might have been worth that slightly higher price in the end. I would highly recommend Mango Maids!!!

Our appliances had grease streaks all over them that I had to clean afterwards. I would never use mango maids again. I am a little shocked Mango Maids have stellar reviews. 1st time I used them was a deep clean on an apartment I moved out of, everything seemed fine so I used them again in my new apartment. 2nd experience with them: they left the place in much worse shape then when they came. They were using old dusters and actually left dust on surfaces that didn’t previously have dust on them... obviously disappointing so I called and was reassured they would come back and do a better job, free of charge. That 3rd experience was much better and they used a much better team to clean the apartment, however, one of the cleaners damaged one of the bathtubs and did not mention it. Probably a $20-50 fix so I was more concerned with the quality of work they did but it was annoying anyway. The 4th experience was disappointing as well: did not show up or call in the scheduled window, appointment would have been pushed out and no longer worked with my schedule. I would not use the service again and would recommend others look elsewhere as well.

They forgot to clean my fridge, and I called to complaint about that but they said their protocol is 24 hour service guarantee only so they cannot do anything about that. I understand their protocol, but my case is unusual because I'm not living in the property and it is listing for sale. I just called and booked the service by phone. When the buyer inspected the house they saw the fridge still dirty, so I called to let them know. I could not check the property, so my realtor did it (she missed the fridge). The representative kept telling me about their protocol and they could not do anything now because it has been passed 3 weeks. If you want to use their services, make sure you check your home throughly. Don't make the same mistake like I did.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Charged me for square footage then wanted to also charge me $140 more for extra time on top of the $450 bill I already paid, I am not sure why this company charges for both square footage as well as hourly rate after square footage price has been paid. Clean was bad and my landlord was very unhappy, my roommates and I had to clean everything ourselves on top of the $525 the final bill came out to. Then they double charged me the $73 I agreed to be charged for extra time needed during cleaning and refused to refund me for the double charge. They also had to move the date agreed upon originally so I had to move the walk through with my landlord. Use a different service, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money just to clean everything yourself.

We utilized this service. They indicated they would call if extra time was needed. They did not do so. A week later we received additional billing with no notifications. We called Mango Maids 4 times for additional information and they were unable to provide such. Each time they indicated they would follow up but when we would call back they would have no records of our call. The people that moved in after us said it was not a great clean and they were there for 2 hours for a moving clean, so I can't understand why I'm being billed extra.

I need a moving out cleaning and got an estimate from the office manger Eric. We agreed on a price and time, for a 2,000 sqft house excluding the basement and carpet . The 2 cleaners showed up 30 minutes late. I left the house and came back 2.5 hours later and they said they need more time. I disagreed and said is only the top 2 levels and this is not we agreed upon. Still they go ahead and spent another 20 min wrapping things up in the house. The oven was still dirty when I did my walk thru. I called Mango Maid 4 times and talked to the operator, they said Eric will call me back. He never called and I was billed with overtime the next day. If you can't deliver what you promise, as least give your customer a call and explain. Ignoring my call and just sending me a bill really makes me really mad. I will never use them again.

I'll give two stars because they did fulfill the majority of the cleaning they agreed to. However, they failed to clean several of the items they agreed to clean. We weren't home when the cleaning was finished. When we came back to inspect and discovered the job incomplete, we called and spoke to three different people, as well as sent an email to Eric the office manager. We explained to each of these people that our move-out walk through was the following day and the job had to be finished before then. Each person agreed that the situation was unfortunate and promised someone would be in contact immediately. The email was never returned. No one returned any calls. Would like to see this issue resolved. It seems like mango maids does a great job sometimes, but reading other reviews I would recommend not letting them leave until the job is 100% to your satisfaction, as it is impossible to see any results once they've left. EDIT: I've lowered this review to 1 star. Further inspection shows that they didn't clean the walls as they promised they would. Didn't clean the stove/oven, kitchen counters, or hardwood floors. I finally got ahold of Eric, the office manager. He offered to give us a 5% discount. I countered with a 10%, upon realizing that the amount saved would NOT pay for the charge we would be taking on our damage deposit. Eric refused to cover any difference. These guys are crooks, I highly recommend not using this service. EDIT 2: While we were negotiating, Eric agreed to charge our card for only the carpet service, and agreed to not charge the cleaning fee until we came to an agreement. Immediately after this conversation, our card was charged for both amounts. Kind of sneaky, I didn't like that. The cleaners also charged us for an extra hour of time, which I refuted with video recordings from the home. No one has reached out to us since they took their money. Not happy with the cleaning, Eric was not apologetic or sympathetic to our situation, difficult to deal with, and immediate radio silence as soon as they took their money against the agreement they made. Customer service is not their forte, I would not recommend mango maids.

It made it hard to leave the house it looked and smelled soooooo good. After the carpets got cleaned and the machine they used puts the big truck mounted ones to shame. These two are good!! Absolutely AWFUL! If I could give it 0 stars then I would. We hired them for our move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. Big mistake. There was a large stain in the carpet with carpet cleaning still in it. The benches were not cleaned properly, there was cat hair between the wall and the carpet in the bedroom and the living room, the wall leading up the stairs had some kind of streaky film and much more. I contacted Mango Maids because of the extremely poor job. They were apologetic and told me that they would send somebody out to clean "to our standards". The next day when we met our landlord again to do the inspection, it was still unclean! Luckily I didn't trust their word and brought cleaning utensils with me. Again, there was still cat hair in between the wall and the carpet in the bedroom, cat hair on the bottom of the blinds, and somebody had chipped our base board then had the audacity to TAPE IT BACK ON!!! I am not making this up. Of course the company denied this but I know it was them because we did a walk through the previous night with our landlord as well, and that was not there. So of course, we complained again and they offered to refund us 1 man hour. Considering we got $250 taken off our damage deposit directly because of Mango Maids, I'd say that falls a little short considering we also paid over $500 to have that place cleaned. Let me also tell you about the awful customer service. They ignore you once they receive your money unless you hound them for a response. Pathetic.

My roomate Caroline, who paid for this company's cleaning service when we moved out, also made a review that you can see down below. After Mango Maids said they finished "cleaning", I did the walk through with the landlord and he was very disappointed, as you can see from the pictures. They charged Caroline a ton of money for not even cleaning that much. I had to go in a few days after and do a deep cleaning of everything myself. They also charged Caroline after for cleaning the fridge, but they left so many other things disgusting. Please do not hire these people unless you just want your floors mopped and fridge cleaned for an extra charge. When I arrived home expecting a clean apartment I found out that they stood me up and no one showed up. I'm pretty disappointed with the service we received. We requested a quote for a Move Out & Carpet Clean. Someone got back to us quite quickly with a very reasonably priced estimate. After comparing reviews with some other companies, we opted to go with Mango Maids. We booked an appointment and the lady I dealt with on the phone was very knowledgeable and polite- that's where our good experience ends. My husband stopped by the house to see how it looked after the clean and the staff was still there. They informed us that they were late getting there but not to worry as our house was well maintained and it shouldn't take them long to finish- not a huge deal to us as we were no longer living at the property, it just meant that we'd need to make another trip to the house which is a bit of an inconvenience but whatever. A couple days after the cleaning, my husband went to check out the house and it smelt horrible! Turns out that the carpeted stairs were not properly vacuumed after the were cleaned so they were still soaking wet. We emailed Mango Maids hoping to get a resolution and heard nothing so we rented an industrial grade fan & bought a second smaller fan ourselves to dry out the stairs. My husband then called Mango Maids hoping to speak to someone about the service and was told that the manager or owner would be calling us back right away to help resolve the issue, 4 days later and we have yet to hear back from anyone. Secondly, the move out clean was not very well done. I had already done quite a good clean after we moved out so I was expecting the house to be sparkling, but a bunch of baseboards were missed, the shelves were not properly dusted or cleaned in a bunch of the closets, the hardwood floors were streaky, and an entire room in the basement had been missed. We've had to make several trips across the city to resolve these issues ourselves and are extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service/care that we received from Mango Maids. It definitely wasn't worth the money we spent and we will sadly not be using their services again.

Paid over 600$ for a moving clean and carpet cleaning. The staff arrived late and were extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They played loud music, yelled at each other from across the house. They used the same dirty cloth and mop to wipe surfaces, left hair and dirt behind. They used this disgusting smelling, greasy cleaning product that left stains on my walls and my doors. On top of everything, they charged me another 70$ for extra time. I've called three times, asking for some kind of compensation and have received no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I booked a move out clean with Mango Maids and came back to the apartment to find that they had failed to dust the baseboards or mop the floors (just vacuumed), missed entire closets in the 500 square foot apartment, didn't wash the walls as requested or even spot clean them, and left smudges on all the door handles, cabinets, etc. It took my boyfriend and I almost 2 hours to finish cleaning the apartment as we basically had to redo everything but the bathroom. We were then informed that the best they could do was offer us a 30% discount (after arguing over email and sending pics back and forth) because their 100% satisfaction guarantee just involves sending the cleaner back, which for a move out clean does not work.

We had booked a cleaning for 10:30am and planned to be out of the home with our toddler and dog while the cleaning was taking place. We returned home after four hours to a house that had not been cleaned. I phoned and emailed in an attempt to figure out what had gone wrong. Apparently there was some issues with the cleaning crew, and they rescheduled, however, I was not notified of this change. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when we were relying on a professional cleaning to be able to show our house. Would not recommend Mango Maids after this enormous blunder.

The invoicing and record keeping of this company is horrible. They showed up late, parked in someone else's parking stall, wouldn't move when they were told too and sent more people than was quoted. They only spent 42 minutes cleaning and stated that it took them the full 2 hours that was quoted and I had to remove the left over cleaning garbage. I repeated asked the supervisor to sign that they were there less than one hour and he said it wasn't necessary as he records all the time. After several calls to Mango Maids they finally agreed to reduce it to one hour for 3 people even though the supervisor said it took a full 2 hours. I would rate them a zero if I could and will not recommend or use them again.

However I do feel a bit disappointed because I was quoted for two cleaners 3 hours plus 2 hours for carpet steam clean. The cleaners are good but the company is a trap! They get your credit card information before doing the job and agree on a package then Bring excuses and charge you more ! Very dishonest

This company provided a very sub-standard cleaning job. They were hired to clean after a tenant move-out. They did not even wash the kitchen floor, it was only swept, they threw out kitchen cabinet liners (because I assume they didn't feel like cleaning them), these cost about $200 to replace, and they left their cigarette butts outside the door (I have them on video throwing these down). Very disappointing. I do not recommend hiring this company.

I booked their move-out service. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and staff who helped me prepare the property for a move-out inspection. I would rate their service 4.5 stars. The only reason I did not give them full marks was because they did not clean behind the oven or fridge and the landlord did notice it during the move out inspection. I definitely recommend their service, just make sure to do a thorough check of their work before they leave to make sure they cleaned every spot you need them to.

Asked them to comr in and clean was told their hourly was 59$. 2 people came in clean for an hour TOPS and they charged me $196 for 3 HOURS. When i mentioned this i got no response for DAYS.
