Update: 3 years later and still using MaidPro, in fact added more services so they come every 2 weeks now. Still highly recommend. I have been using MaidPro for a monthly clean over the past 3 months and am extremely happy that I not only finally pulled the trigger on a cleaning service, but that I chose MaidPro out of all the available options. I have used cleaning services for other one-off instances in the past (ie, move out cleans) and found them to be okay, but not great. For the most part I am a clean freak and figured I just had unrealistic expectations. But MaidPro exceeds my expectations every visit. I also have a dog and was very pleased with how they interacted with him on the first visit I was present for, and how they go the extra mile for him too (ie, vacuuming his dog bed, washing his food mat). Highly highly recommend.

I have been using MaidPro for 2 years now after spending a full year cycling through a variety of services before I found them. Since then my primary cleaner has been Chelsey. She has made my life so much easier. Besides quickly learning what was important for me to be done she always makes an extra effort on little things when she has extra time like folding my laundry or doing dishes. I travel a lot and on short notice. There is nothing better than leaving in a rush with a disorganized condo and coming back to a clean one. The pleasant notes don't hurt either...

Called this company because it had good reviews. BIG MISTAKE! The cleaners that showed up started out great and we're doing a good job but petered out after a few hours and I ended up having to go over the floors and do a lot of what they missed which took some elbow grease. Plus their vaccum broke down and then things slowed down. But the biggest problem was dealing the overly friendly phone staff (annoying and phoney). I was quoted $55/hr for 2 cleaners. I thought that was a great price so booked them. After the clean I confirmed again over the phone that the price was $55/hr. for 2 (TWO) cleaners. I said "$55/hr includes the 2 cleaners, right?" she said "yes". I record all my conversations so I have this and the original conversation which was basically the same. Turned out it was $55/hr per cleaner! Which was NEVER once stated I would NEVER have booked this company had this been clear to me, the consumer. I would NOT recommend this company due to their shady tactics and lackluster performance! Buyer beware!!! Bad business! A 5 hour clean ended up costing us $525.00! An outrageous cost for an empty 1100sq. ft. home that didn't even need the fridge or oven cleaned.

I would like to recommend the character and professionalism of Barb Day-Szymanski and the team at Maid Pro North Edmonton. After taking an hour to go to the Maid Pro office, I was extremely impressed. The office itself is very organized with a qualified employee at each of the key positions – General Management, Accounting and Admin, Customer Service and bookings, Cleaning Staff Trainers, and Stock and Supply lead handling all Supplies, tools and Laundering upkeep. I met with Barb Day-Szymanski, the owner of the operation, and I could see how her professional experience, customer-first mindset and focus on developing efficient systems to run the business was behind it all. When in need of a one time clean up for your home or a full time residential cleaner, I suggest you use the services of Maid Pro North Edmonton.

I've been using MaidPro since December 2018, and have them come in every two weeks. They are efficient, professional, and moreover, bring their own supplies! I haven't been disappointed yet by their cleaning services, (and I have employed cleaners before - they tend to start out well and then deteriorate as you go on). Setting up with MaidPro is super easy, they give you reminders that the cleaners are coming in, and you can move times (with notice) if you need to. I would recommend them to anyone

I've used the service for years and have only had very trivial issues, quickly resolved. They come in once a month and do the scrubbing, which saves me much more in effort than the cost of earning the money to pay for it - I'm neither young nor limber, and they do a much better job than I would. Of the indicators Google offers to choose from, the only one I didn't highlight was "punctuality" because it doesn't really apply, appointments are for "the day of" not a specific hour. They are extremely reliable, however.
