I recently had my apartment cleaned by MaidPro on/about January 3, 2014. I really appreciated Danielle's conscientiousness and tenacity in locating me in a snowstorm. This conscientiousness continued on to the cleaning. The cleaning far exceeded my expectations -- my apartment was even cleaner than when i first moved in about 3/4 years ago. The young lady certainly put the Pro in MaidfPro.. I would readily and heartily renders MaidPro.

MaidPro is awesome!! David was super quick to respond to my initial email, answered all of my questions and had my first deep clean scheduled within a week. With a bi-weekly schedule thereafter with my preferred dates. I was setup within 30 minutes Katelyn and Danielle were superb! The bathroom were spotless (definitely far from before). kitchen was done down to every detail - even my utensil cleaner was wiped down. I'm so happy with the results of the first clean and already can't wait for the next visit. It was so great to come home from work to a clean house. I'm thrilled!

Wow, wow, wow!!! We arrived home to a sparkling, detailed masterpiece of a home! This is only our third clean with MaidPro, but already I can see that their pro level of service is well above that of other companies I've hired in the past. It sounds crazy, but what I love best is when a detailed cleaner arranges pillows and towels in a new way, places decor at a different angle, or does up the bedding with military precision. It lets me see our home with fresh eyes and is a reminder that every inch has been attended to with care. Before MaidPro, I chose cleaners based largely on price. The result? Inconsistent scheduling, constant staff turn-over, and challenging communications. Now, I spend a little more money to use MaidPro, but they show up exactly on time, do an outstanding job, leave lovely notes and checklists, and have an admin office always ready to take calls/emails and handle special requests. The cleaners are proud to work for MaidPro, too, and that's an indication of a business I'm thrilled to support. Using MaidPro is a decision I will never regret!

She cleaned our place like it was her own and she did it faster then what is typical. She even asked what else she could do since she still had time left but we couldn't find anything! Just for clarity, all the cleaners they have sent over the years have been good but Sarah H. has been the best and we hope to have her back every time now!

Char-Lee and Stephien were amazing! I just moved out of my home and I have a hairy dog so my house was in need of a good clean. They clarified with me that I wanted a clean of my fridge/oven as well which is a great service to add on if you hate cleaning like me. They did a great job, they got every corner and made it look like new. They also give you a detailed checklist of what they cleaned in your home so you can refer back to that if you are unsure! Great service and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for any type of cleaning!

We have just moved into the new home and the previous occupant did not clean the house before departing resulting in a very hectic move due to this and other issues left by the previous occupant. Despite best efforts, we knew it would take a couple of good cleans to really get it up to MaidPro standards. Val did such an amazing job! the whole house was sparkling (especially by comparison lol) and we were SO relieved to know a professional really cares about the level of effort and quality of cleaning completed. Val even removed the water stains from the black sink AND the shower door (which we could hardly see through before she attacked the problem). Val even left a note that a bit more work was needed for the cupboard and baseboards but that she ran out of time and had to go to another appointment. We have been so impressed by the diligence and customer service we have experienced while a MaidPro client, thank you so much. We REALLY appreciate not having to worry about this area of our lives.

I am a Realtor in Calgary and have seen many cleaning companies quality of work and I would say that MaidPro is by far one of the best, I would highly recommend. Recently I had some clients that were moving into a home and the previuos owners left one of the worst messes I have ever seen. So I called MaidPro. First of all, Monica was very helpful in getting us scheduled right away and was very helpful in working in a tight timeline. On the day of the clean we had 3 cleaners come to the house, Chris, Marilyn and Kiara, all very pleasant and easy to work with. These ladies were able to clean the entire house top to bottom in one afternoon and so well that it almost looked like a different house. Check your invoices. I have used Maidpro 10 times. The cleaning has been excellent. I have been invoiced incorrectly 4 of the 10 times. 3 times I received 30 minutes less of a clean than charged. The 4th was a 2 hour difference. 3 times the billing was corrected after I inquired. The 4th time they rounded to the nearest half hour and corrected as this is how their "billing system works". If you are quoted and charged for a timed service as Maid Pro does you should get exactly what you pay for ... a 4 hour clean should be a 4 hour clean. We already pay a travel fee so that doesn't count. The moment they step in and out of the door is when the clock should start and stop. 90% of my reviews are to commend good service as I think all small business deserve credit where it is due and they often only hear the bad. In this case, I am reviewing to make Maidpro customers aware that their invoicing was wrong 40% of the time in my case and that you may pay for a certain amount of time and not receive a clean for that amount time. If you have a video doorbell or security system check your timestamps.

I messaged MaidPro and after a quick and easy onboarding process I was booked ready to go. My wife actually works from home and the ladies were able to work around her with minimal disruption to her day. I came home to a happy wife, a clean home, and time to relax. After seeing the work they did we have booked these ladies on a returning basis. I would recommend even if you can do the cleaning yourself just give yourself a break, put your feet up and let the professionals handle it.

MaidPro was our first cleaning with a cleaning service and they certainly met our expectations. With a new baby now in the house we wanted to make sure everything clean and tidy. Everything was to our satisfaction. We loved all the little details, like how the towels were folded right down to all the nooks and crannies that were cleaned. I don't think our house has been this clean since we moved in years ago. We will be looking forward to regular service in the coming weeks!

Ive had a few cleaning companies in the past clean my house, being its larger and in a gated community most other companies I delt with would try to gouge and over charge me, and my house wasnt exactly cleaned with any care or attention, more or less just wiping a counter not even checking to see if they cleaned off all the dust. After hiring MaidPro Calgary almost a year ago it was probably the best decision ive ever made, I never had to complain about a clean, my house was alway's cleaned leaving me feel like a brand new home I was walking into coming home from work. I do pay little more than the other cheaper companies but not much. I feel I really get my money's worth, the cleaners do pay attention to every little detail most other cheaper cleaners over look as mentioned before. Its also nice to also know Maid pro spent the day cleaning my house not just 2 hours and not rush as most of the other compaines i used in the past. I recommend trying them out once before looking else where Thank you

EDIT: Apparently over billing was because employee reported 3.5h, not 2h actual. Billing is being fixed, and additional compensation offered. This appears to be an employee-specific problem, and runs contrary to what the employer expects. -------------------- Substandard cleaning - no mopping of hardwood floors, only vaccuming. Also, billed for 3.5 hours work when only 2 hours done. Worse, in an era of COVID 19, and after being told before we agreed to services that the client was a high risk for COVID and that masks needed to be worn, cleaner did not wear mask.

I really wanted to give 5 stars but after discovering my tiled bathrooms and tub was only half cleaned (soap scum half way up the tub) and dirt and residue around the toilets, blinds left with dust etc. - I am very disappointed with my first clean. My home actually smelled like a dirty rag when they left. While they are having someone come back to redo the bathroom work on Friday, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Sadly, I will not be using/recommending their services going forward.

***EDIT*** MY KEY WAS DROPPED OFF AT THE WRONG HOUSE- MAJOR SECURITY BREACH. David the owner and I had a conversation and we were able to move forward from my initial feedback. I appreciated the apology and agreed to move forward- I was even going to update my review to a more positive one. I wanted to wait until I received my house key and I am glad I did. I was told my key was going to be mailed to me. After 10 business days I followed up to see where my key was. I was then told it wasn't mailed and that they don't normally like to mail the key for security reasons (even though Chris said she would). I was then told that someone would drop the key off to my house. They did not confirm with me to ensure I would be home. I was not home so I received an email saying that no one was home and that they left my housekey under my doormat. Why they think this is safer than mailing a key is beyond me. When I got home, I checked under my door mat and the key was no where to be found. I assumed it had been stolen. I called and emailed with NO response. I lost sleep due to being worried someone would break in over night. I missed work the next morning as I was worried to leave my house. I called AGAIN the next morning after 9 am (they open at 8:30) as I still had not heard from anyone and no response again. Finally my doorbell rang at 9:30 am and it was Chris with my key. She had let me know that she went to the wrong address and dropped my key off at the wrong house. She was very apologetic however this is an error that never should have happened. I will now be out money as I am changing my locks as unfortunately, I do not trust their word then they say no one would have copied my key. It was left at someone else house with my name and address on it. I have given it a couple of days in hopes that the owner would respond with an apology as he was the one who I sent the urgent email to and he was the one to make the call to just leave a housekey under the mat. But no, no word, no acknowledgement, nothing once again. I am beyond disappointed. I had a good experience with MaidPro for the most part however we just decided to cancel our service for a few reasons. We had a not-so-good start at the beginning but when I provided feedback, the issues were rectified immediately. Since then, most of the cleaners were great aside from my most recent cleaning experience so I provided some feedback which no one responded to. In my email to Chris I explained that was partially the reason why we cancelled. When Chris responded to my cancelation request, there was no acknowledgement regarding my feedback, no apology for the lack or response, nothing. I would have used MaidPro gladly again in the future but unfortunately now that I am leaving feeling not valued as a customer and that my feedback did not matter to them, I will not use them again or recommend MaidPro to anyone in the future.

Garbage. $300 to clean one toilet and two fridges? In 6 hours? I asked for a move out clean, aka walls, floors, windows. 6 hours, they clogged a toilet and flooded part of the basement. Which they cleaned up, but I had to pay for that time. Said they weren't able to clean the stove, I was able to clean it in an hour and the rest of the house in 2. This company was a waste of money. - As for reaching out to you guys regarding my issues, I did, and Monica was less than helpful. Please see picture below for my "unclean-able" stove after an hour of me cleaning it myself.

Horrible. When I had a concern, they "client shamed" me saying that my expectations were unreasonable. My expectations were that the cleaners actually did what they'd said they did. Like really. It shouldn't be that hard. If you can't do all the things, just say that you can't instead of claiming they were done! Not just one time either. I was on the verge of cancelling my service agreement with maidpro after repeated negative experiences before being fed up. The one that stood out the worst was Val. She was less than polite, and told me that if I wanted "extra stuff" I would have to go through head office. The "extra stuff" I was asking for was items on the checklist that had been consistently overlooked (like dusting the light fixtures in the living room!). At the end she gave me a checklist, all ticked off, to say she was done and half the stuff on her checklist was very clearly not done.

Wow! Am I ever impressed with MaidPro! When I came home after my first home clean, I thought I was walking into someone else's house! It was spotless and such a huge relief to come home knowing that cleaning the house would not be something left on my list of things to do for the weekend. MaidPro seemed very helpful and efficient when booking them and the staff were very friendly when they arrived. However we had a booked a total cleaning of our house to get it all shiny for Christmas and after they left we found a number of areas that had not been touched. Two staff came back to cover what was left undone and they too were helpful and friendly. However we are still finding little items that were missed. We were somewhat disappointed as all of the reviews we read were so positive. Did we just have bad luck?

From start to finish this company really cares about what they do. My big dog who hates most humans loved brandy and had no issues with her being in our home. They used they’re own cleaning supplies (I had to buy $130 in cleaning products for the last company), on time, did everything I asked to be done, confirmation calls before, follow up call after.
