We always receive great cleaning services from Maidpro. The recent clean was more than expectation! Our Pro Pam made sure everything was neatly put away and all our cat toys were collected. Her work was phenomenal! Would love to have her clean our place again! I would recommend Maidpro to others who is looking to have their place professionally cleaned.

We had asked for a deep cleaning as the previous owner didnt keep up with the cleaning. Two people came in for 3 hours and when i looked around it was a mediocre clean. There was still dust on the floor, the showers didnt look very clean (the tiles were still dirty). I thought we would get a lot more for a deep clean. Now with all that said i was shocked when our bill came out to over $400. The clean they did is something i could have easily done. I would not hire again, not worth the money and the cleaning definitely wasnt that great.

Its rare to find such awesome and exceptional service, I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Maid Pro Airdrie AB. In the past year I have been overwhelmed with working full time taking courses in the evening and raising my daughter....My house has been a disorganized mess and I've been exhausted just trying to keep up and frustrated not being able to. I realized with school starting in Sept I was only going to fall further behind....I needed help! (not always easy to except ) I've always been to embarrassed to have someone come into my home when it's a mess and in need of cleaning! I decided if I wanted a change I needed to swallow my pride, I am so grateful I did! I was greeted with smiling faces and enthusiastic attitudes! The girls put me at complete ease with everything. They worked hard, and were kind and respectful (even with my daughters unseen floor or the 1/2 cm of dust that accumulated in certain places) I was overwhelmed with there willingness to help me out and my mind was put at ease. My home was left sparkling clean with many added personal touches. I look so forward to coming home the days they come in, I feel SO much better and I can't thank the staff at Maid Pro enough!! I'm always greeted in a friendly and professional manner, whether it be over the phone or in person. I would recommend Maid Pro Airdrie, AB to anyone who is considering having there house cleaned =)

So far so great with MaidPro... Beka showed up when the dispatch said she would and did a great job. When I came home in the afternoon, Manpreet was here too and the house was immaculate. My spouse and I both work full time and I travel a lot for work, so we were hoping to source out the house cleaning portion of our weekly responsibilities and MaidPro satisfies that need. Although a light was broken during cleaning Beka assured me that MaidPro will reimburse me for it... I really appreciated the note left behind, pointing out the things they liked about our house and the personal touch that gave us... We are up for another cleaning next week and am not stressed about doing all sorts of work this weekend, I can relax and spend time with my family. thanks to Dave too. he and I have communicated about a few things and he has been prompt and courteous. clearly they are running a tidy little business. #punintended

We chose Maidpro as they are a bonded and insured company and felt a level of security. Our first cleaning was amazing! Coming home was like arriving in a hotel. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated and I love that the girls take a moment to leave me a note each time they are here. The estimate I received was exactly what I paid, the cleaning was excellent, and the cleaning crew were great. The process is consistent and professional, the people are very professional and personable, and the clean was terrific. I appreciate the reminder emails of my upcoming clean, too. I can see that there is a lot of work that goes into providing the same quality experience to every client every time. Last year a friend of mine recommended MaidPro, who cleans her home weekly, and it has been a great experience for us - especially for a house that really needed some TLC. MaidPro did 2 deep cleans of our home which Brandy and Taelyr were able to get the rooms to a monthly maintenance status. The cleaning was fine. I was happy with it, aside from a white film on my counter and tables. They quoted me a cost including my master bedroom and ensuite, I asked them to not do the room and ensuite and asked if this would reduce my cost. They said they would charge me the reduced amount based on hours worked. In the end they charged me the full original quoted cost despite getting less done. Then they double charged my visa card. I had to contact 3 different people before anyone responded to my concerns. Not happy with the cost or service.

If there was a No Star option... I would choose it. We called MaidPro because our previous tenants moved without notice 6 months before their lease ended and left the walls in the kids room with crayon and maker marks . As we live 3 hours away, we called and Dave gave us a quote of $360 for a complete house clean and I SPECIFICALLY requested that all the walls be washed. Dave said that they will do their best but some marker might not come off... I agreed to the terms. We received an email confirmation that the house was clean. My parents, who live near by, went inside the house and said many spots weren't cleaned, the walls weren't washed or even looked like they were attempted to be cleaned, multiple carpeted spots weren't vacuumed properly but were checked off by the cleaner as completed. The cleaner also checked off that the table and chairs were cleaned from the check list... there weren't any table and chairs to clean as the house was empty. At the bottom of the check list, the cleaner wrote "It was a pleasure cleaning your home... I ran out of Magic Erasers and wasn't able to finish." We weren't informed at all that the place was left in the condition it but agreed to pay $150, after speaking with Dave not even an hour ago, for the work completed. We received a copy of the receipt charged to our credit card for $175.88. Needless to say... for nearly a $400 quote... not worth doing business with them.
