I have been through a few independent cleaners before I found Lathered and I was always left disappointed in the cleaning they provided. When I found Lathered, it was like finding the dream cleaning company I'd been begging for. I've been with Lathered for regular bi-weekly cleans now for... easily three years I think (!!), and they have always gone above and beyond. No one is perfect, and there have been times when I had to share something I wasn't completely happy with, but the response from Lathered was always thankful for sharing my feedback, accompanied with immediate and specific steps they were taking to address my feedback, and then the concern I had never happened again... even with a new cleaner. They are so responsive, and their customer service is so good that I would probably give up eating food in order to keep Lathered coming regularly. As with all things, the Lathered can't read your mind, so making sure to talk to them about your goals, priorities, and concerns will mean they learn what you like, how you like it, and exactly what things make you the happiest... and then they'll do those things consistently. Seriously, Lathered is the cleaning company that is almost too good to be true. I love and adore the whole team and have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. These ladies are great, on time, thorough, little extras - like clean and refresh the dog's water bowl! Ok, so - if I could give 10 stars I would. I have used Lathered for a very very long time. They have done move-out cleans for me when I moved, and have cleaned my house every two weeks for forever. They clean my house like I would clean my house if I had time and energy to clean my house. They also take care of the little things that I wouldn’t clean, like baseboards and ceiling fans and dog bowls and beds. There are no words to describe how awesome they are, they are always punctual and thorough and I look forward to the days they come to clean because I return home from work to a sparkling clean house. Just beware that if you accidentally forget to pay your invoice this company will send you to collections. Meaning they charge 30% more so they have no problem selling the invoice to the collection agency. They advertise about communication but yet failed to call me about my invoice. That questionnaire they make you fill out? Guess what, pointless because they didn’t even follow the must haves at all! And after their 5 hours they haven’t even touched my kitchen, which was a must. Their cleaners do not know how to put on duvet covers properly or button them up, which was odd. I would suggest hiring a different company as this on has no communication and sends you to collections.

We had a move in clean, and Lathered did an almost perfect job. While everything else was excellent, the main floor is hardwood and was left in disappointing shape. Keep in mind it is dark hardwood and the light fixtures needed to be changed out, so it was darker than ideal. However, with the amount of times I stressed a "deep clean", as the previous owners left it in poor shape, I was less than impressed. Our feet were black after a day of painting, there was dust and garbage in the corners, and I had to pry hardened raisins off. Lathered is aware of the situation and offered no alternative solutions so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have tried other cleaning services but none have compared to the quality detailed job that Lathered does. While they may seem slightly more expensive then some others may quote you - you get what you pay for. We come home to an extremely clean and sparkling home (not just a superficial cleaning that we experienced with others) and we also do not need them to come quite as often since their cleaning is so thorough.
