I was moving in tight timelines and needed a professional and flexible cleaning company to help me prep house for sale. I called Krinkle Klean and they were able to fit me in quickly for a very big clean. Prices quoted were honored and no surprises. I have had a few other companies before that never really did a job I was happy about. The clean I received was fabulous and quick. They left a checklist with all the areas cleaned and nothing was missed. The house looked great and will absolutely have them into my new home. Look forward to using them again. I rarely write reviews but felt anyone else looking may want to read this before choosing a company. Krinkle Klean did a fabulous job for me. I always look at them before choosing so felt I should provide the input needed.

Krinkle Klean is the first cleaning service my family and I have ever used and we absolutely love it. The staff are extremely polite, on time and receptive to our needs and requests. My biggest concern in hiring a cleaning service was that I have a cat who tries to escape out the door every chance he gets. The team was very understanding of this and I have never had an issue with our cat getting out. I am able to come and go throughout the house with my 3 year old as the team works on the house. I trust them completely and will continue to work with them.

I used the services of Krinkle Klean a week ago. I can honestly tell you I will NEVER hesitate to use or refer this company. I had 2 cleaners and both were very professional and enthusiastic. When I walked into my home after they were done I was amazed. Speechless. Everything was shiny, clean and dust free....right down to the baseboards. If there is anyone out there looking for a professional, reliable and honest company to clean their home or office...please give them a call. You won't be sorry.

Paid $140 Dollars for a 3 hour cleaning for 3 rooms (Bathroom, kitchen, and living room). Living room wasn't touched. bathroom was done nicely. Kitchen got a wipe down. Floors were not done. garbage and recycling were piled over the garbage bin. It's a small house and we keep it quite tidy, Only hired them for the professional touch of clean. Did not get that. Will Not use again. Will not recommend to a friend.

Hiring Krinkle Klean this summer was the best thing we could have done. With the kids home all day and activity in the house increased, having a weekly service kept our home looking great and our stress levels down! I had more time to enjoy my summer weekends, and was always "house ready" for drop in company. The cleaning staff are friendly, and have no problem working while the kids stayed in the house. Cleaners are very thorough, and take pride in a job well done! Also, I like that they use environmentally friendly products. It's safe for all the surfaces they clean, including our hardwood floors and safe to use around our pet. I wish I would have hired them sooner!

Service was initially friendly over the phone, but communication was slow and unresponsive leading up to the day we booked for cleaning (multiple requests for a required form was met with either no response, or a promise to provide which wasn't followed through with). We asked for a whole house cleaning (no set budget) but were surprised by the final bill, which came in almost double the quote we got from another cleaning company. Granted, they did a very thorough clean, which I assume was a much better job that the other company would have provided for half the price, but still... double? Oh and that's not including a clean of the inside of the oven, which they forgot to do, even though we included it on the list.

I was a client for a number of years. The cleaning was usually well done but the administration was just too bad to tolerate any longer. Changed schedules, missed appointments, staff told to show up at the wrong times, and odd billing schedules were just too frustrating. I have my house professionally cleaned to reduce my stress levels, not increase them.

Krinkle Klean did an amazing job cleaning my house. It felt so fresh and new after they were finished. They cleaned everything you would expect and even things you wouldn't expect, for example: the baseboards, spot cleaned the walls and windows, the bottom ledge on the inside of the fridge, dusted all surfaces, under the edges of the rugs and more. They leave a paper on your table with a list of all the cleaning jobs they were able to get to while they were there so you are really kept in the loop with your house cleaning. I would totally recommend Krinkle Klean to anyone who is looking to have their house feel new again.

The cleaners are always on time, professional and friendly. They handle my elderly dog with kindness and patience, and are always happy to do the odd job (clean out a drawer) if they finish early. They really are a pleasure to have in the house - especially appreciated while I have been working from home during COVID. On that note, they are always masked, distanced and gloved.

Collectively, we are a really high maintenance family, and Ashley has done a lovely job of accommodating our requests and preferences, some of which have been subject to change with very limited notice. I commend Katie especially; we see her the most and she is fantastic! Truly, all the ladies are great and have preserved my sanity more often than I wish to publically admit. Just hire them.
