This was one of the BEST decisions I have made for a long time!!!! My husband and I own STH welding. As a smaller, locally owned company, we need to wear many hats, from owner/operator/ CEO/CFO/AP/AR/ETC. I took care of the cleaning for many years, and, as a welding shop, the dust can get overwhelming VERY quickly, to say the least.... I could no longer keep up with the cleaning. I searched out quite a few commercial cleaning companies, and JAN-PRO stood out, hands down, as the company I wanted to use. I contacted them early 1 morning, they replied right away, made an appt to have a walk through, and had a quote the same day. They then made an appt for the team to come have a look, and understand my needs, hopes and dreams of what it should look like. The 1st cleaning was booked immediately, I did not have to wait weeks to get put on a schedule. I can not believe how much they got done in the 1st clean, SO impressed, so happy, like night and day walking into our shop this morning. As a person who is usually scared of taking risk and who wants to own a business, I think Jan-Pro is the first door to knock and the best one (MY OPINION). With Jan-Pro, I can sit back, and they will provide me with customers/accounts, a good training on the cleaning industry, bill my customers every month and send me my cheque. I don’t have to deal with sales, I don’t have to make phone calls to get an appointment, I don’t have to face 1000 NOs from potential customers. All that headache is carried by Jan-Pro team and I’m grateful to them for it. Please let me start with stating that the franchisee that is cleaning our space is very professional and provides very prompt service. The office team is what deserves the one star. They are extremely unprofessional, they hide behind an absolutely terrible contract and are not willing to work with companies, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Unprofessional and only looking out for themselves, not the customer and definitely not the franchisee.

These people are very sketchy and untrustworthy. Read the fine print on your contract. Poor cleaning services, very rude and unreasonable management, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. **update - I see they said their contract is one page, it's actually 6 pages.

Always receptive and responsive to requests. Good service and very friendly communications. We have used them for over a year for our office cleaning and for project subcontracting. Prices are fair and competative for the level of service provided. Any concerns are dealt with immediately and with a positive attitude. Regular follow ups for quality control allow for direct feedback to their management. Independant contractors and monthly required evaluations means consistent and reliable service. Pleased and not looking to shop around.

Worst company to do franchising with, this office in edmonton is a total rip off and misleading. The manager Albin ( Mr ABM MAHBUBUL ALAM) he mislead my brother he didnt give him the deposite he invested and wasted one year and half of his time going back and forth to this office. We returned thier unused equipment after waiting for his vague promises to start working. Be very careful with paying deposits. My brother deposited $5700 and only got back $ 3300 it took us 1 year to get our money back. Instead of only deducting $800 for the 3 day class they took $2400 and wasted one year of our time. Disgraceful and shameful office to deal with. In the begining they make it sound all easy to get a bussiness and start working , the secretary and the other people in the office are reasonable and have no issue with, but the above mentioned manager as long as he is working for this company very misleading. He even has his wife write a feedback on this google review look and you will find a name (Nabita Rumki ). I have no words to describe this office....... having friends and family members write a review????????????
