Michelle and Noel are amazing cleaners and we appreciate the service they provide. We always know they were here by how fresh and clean our clinic looks. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone who run a commercial business, especially a dental clinic. I needed a clean of my office prior to moving out. I called these guys on short notice, as I had been turned down by several cleaning companies who wouldn't do it because of "no repeat business", or "you're moving why bother cleaning, let the land lord do it" or " we can clean but not until we send an estimator to size up the job and then next month we can maybe do it". These guys were great, not an issue, they listened and responded, they even had the cleaner call me to confirm that she would be there on the perscribed day and then call again when she was on her way to clean. The job was done very well and above my expectations, worth every penny and dealing with Kimberly and Veronica, an absolute treat. I highly recommend them and would happily use these guys again... I will be telling people for a long time that these guys are great TW.

My husband was once a franchisee at Jan Pro for about 3 years and he sold the business just to get out cause of the amount of stress they put you through. They will harass you with the phone calls and emails over the smallest thing ever like you left an empty bottle of water at the location last night and so on and they can take that account from you and resell it again meaning your money is gone not to mention they have full control over your business is just the worst cleaning franchise to do business with along with Jani king .

We never have to ask for them to go over anything again and they take the initiative to do things that aren't expected. We could tell the difference right away from our previous cleaners. We have a contract with this company for many years, I have only experienced there service for 7 months. I have attempted to terminate the contract based on there lack of attention to the office. I will definitely not be renewing the contract. I continue to photograph and document areas of concern and they continue to tell me I am unable to terminate. I have now sent this to our lawyer to handle. The lack of professionalism is second to none. I would not doing any work with this company.

The cleaners were always prompt. They did a fantastic job cleaning our offices, they were thorough cleaning desks but very careful not to misplace any items! Would definitely hire them again for my next office!!

Even though the franchisee did an ok job (however did not use cleaners and hepa equipment as stated in the contract) it is our experience with our Jan-Pro's account manager and the owner that has been extremely challenging & disappointing. They did not deliver on the contract or try to correct their services. Resolution to exit the contract was achieved only after legal involvement. Highly unethical company and if you are looking for a service that will meet your clinics' required cleaning look around. The standards that we requested and are required to meet were not delivered upon by Jan-Pro. Beware!

Do not franchise! The owner of Jan-pro Bruce makes money of his franchisees. So basically you pay out your franchise fee you do a good job and after you pay that out he takes the account gives it to another franchisee eventhough your scores are always perfect. He gives the account to franchisee so he makes money multiple times from one account. So the franchisee has no account left If i can give this place no STAR ! If you're thinking of franchising STAY AWAY YOU'RE GONNA LOSE MONAY AND TIME. Bruce magically makes out numbers

I have unfortunately been very disappointed with this company. I called after 2.5 years of services with them saying that I would like to switch companies and they informed me that I am in a year long contract that just renewed. After 2 full years I would think that I should be able to terminate the services without another 9 months of notice. I have spoken to my individual cleaner multiple times (sending her photos of the floor where garbage was left behind), and she always promises to do better but unfortunately the quality does not improve. They are also very overpriced. I wish that I had listened to my staff earlier and switched companies, as they have been pointing out that the cleaner is not doing a good job since the beginning.
