We have had Happy Nest Cleaning out to do our carpets a couple times over the years. We have pets and children and our carpets were in terrible condition. Making the appointment was easy, Lee showed up exactly when expected, was professional, hard working, friendly and did an excellent job. Our carpets look (and smell) so much better. Their cleaner is pet safe and their cleaning method leaves the carpets completely dry in a couple hours... no soaked underlay. I recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets and area rugs cleaned.

Horrible service, owner is very rude and beligerant. They set a price and do not stick with that price. They only accept credit card and charge whatever they feel like. If you ask why the rate changed you get verbally abused and insulted. Not very proffesional at all. Plus they used my vacuum to clean out the dryer. Instead of removing the lint trap by hand they vacuumed it plugging the vaccum so bad it had to be completely disassembled. I cannot imagine if an elderly person had to deal with this company... So rude.
