I saw the Happy Hearts website and was very impressed by the quality and professional look of it. The profiles of the women were impressive and very thorough and helped me to make a decision to use this company. Their pictures were helpful so I knew who would be coming into my home. It thoroughly explained everything and made it simple to book. They were in contact very quickly. On the day booked, they arrived with numerous cleaning products and went to work. My house was a mess, I'd had tenants living in it and I don't think they ever cleaned it. I was ashamed of the state it was in but they assured me they had seen worse. The tenants had a dog and a cat and there was a lot of hair everywhere. The tops of the baseboards were particularly bad. They cleaned all of them and they look great now. The bathrooms and kitchen were a huge mess and they deep cleaned all of them till they shined. They worked very very hard to make my house livable again and I appreciate all their efforts. They were friendly and professional and when they left, I found some treats for me which was totally unexpected and made me very happy. They even left a treat for my dog! I highly recommend Happy Hearts and I will use them again when needed. They made an extremely stressful situation into a positive one for me.

We have been welcoming Happy Hearts Premium Cleaning Company into our home for monthly cleanings since January. We obviously had to stop due to the whole COVID-19 situation, and WOW they have been greatly missed! We resumed our monthly cleanings today, and Amanda and Jessica went above and beyond! Our house looks brand new! The girls were professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. We have tried a couple of cleaning companies in the past, but they were always overpriced and the quality of the work was subpar. Staff have been extremely courteous, friendly and professional. This was a pre-house listing clean. Globally, the cleaners were friendly and seemed to be working hard. On their departure though there were a bunch of fails. Glass and stainless surfaces streaked, stone surfaces were cleaned with fantastic and similarly smeared, light fixtures, hood fan and various spots missed, base of windows lightly dusted where a damp cloth would have cleaned light condensation residue. House required a compete going over. Have used other services in the area and had much better results. Made owners aware and when asked if there was anything that could be done, I responded I was out money and time from the experience - then radio silence. It wasn't terrible which is why the 3 stars, maybe I am picky, but satisfied? No

With her being a nurse, I trust her to know how to properly clean and disinfect, and to train and hire staff that abide by the same standards. We love having Mandy come on a regular basis, and, since the disruption of COVID, have been pleased with the new staff that have been coming to the house. Everyone who comes, whether new or beloved, is professional, kind, and thorough. We trust Kim and her staff, and enjoy having them in our home!
