I had my first ever cleaning with Fussy Cleaning on October 19, 2017. To preface this, I live in a two bedroom and two bathroom condo with my partner and two cats. Our place is generally very tidy but with our busy schedules as two working professionals, I wanted to alleviate some stress of cleaning our place and have someone to come in do the job for us. Following the two women cleaning my home initially, I had asked them both if they had any questions, concerns or if they needed any clarification as to my original request, they advised no. During their cleaning service, I was in the one room that did not need cleaning, and no questions or concerns were noted other than the cleaning of my stove. After 2 1/2 hours of cleaning, they had come to me to let me know they had run out of time and needed to go to their next job, apologized and quickly left. Following their departure, I did a quick review to make sure everything had been completed. In my overview I noted that my on suite bathroom had not been touched. I called Fussy Cleaning within 5-10 minutes of the cleaner's departure and spoke with Stephanie. I had let her know that the on suite bathroom had not been cleaned. She advised at that time she would follow up with the two women that had cleaned my place and would call me back. I never received a call back, in fact, I had to follow up today (October 24, 2017), to look into my request. Stephanie confirmed that she had forgotten to call me back and reviewed the cleaning from October 19th. The long and short of that conversation was that, other than apology - the situation would not be rectified. I was told "should I want to rebook - they (the cleaner's) would certainly not forget again". I then explained my frustration and advised a service that cost $223.13 the priorities identified and requested should be completed. I will be a first and last customer of this service and am beyond frustrated. If you are looking for a competent and premium service - I would avoid this company entirely.

It is a bullsh...t cleaning service. They call it a "deep cleaning" but they don't do the job properly. Just superficially cleaning and ripping you off job that is. I complained about their service to them and they said they will get back to me but they never did. They didn't because they know they are bullsh....t. It was my first time used their service recently and will be my last. I don't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and hire a well credited cleaning service. Don't get ripped off by the Fussy cleaning Services.

Fussy Cleaners were extremely professional cleaners. I have never had cleaners in my house before and I was worried how they would be with my dogs and they were lovely, so kind. They talked to them. They were extremely efficient and are all trained in the same way to clean your house. I felt so comfortable immediately. I would definitely recommend this company.

I felt the company did a decent job cleaning and has a fair standard of work... But I was really disappointed to be charged the maximum amount of time for a small job. While both cleaners were there the maximum time, I’m not sure why it took 5 hours, and have no way confirming the work ethic. Overall, incredibly expensive and I’m left feeling ripped off. Will not use this company again, and wouldn’t recommend.

We booked Fussy Cleaning to do a move-out clean of our house. I had already moved and was anxious but I didn't need to. They were very nice on the phone, called multiple times to confirm times and access, and my partner said the house looked great once they left. If I still lived in Edmonton I would absolutely use them again.

Expensive and not great. We had 2 cleaners come in and they quoted us 4-6 hours for 2 people for $460-690. Well they did a poor job the first time, washroom was the worst they didn’t even wipe off the cupboards and floor. They didn’t wipe the walls as they said they would. They went in a second time since they have a 24 hour guarantee. We got the invoice for $875. This is for a duplex that’s fairly clean already (not trashed) but we had to get a lot of things done for move out. Just beware. The lady was nice to talk over the phone but just the quality of the cleaning was not worth the $875.

I live in another province, and used Fussy Cleaning for several years for a relative in Edmonton who was not able to clean for herself. Because I could not be in Alberta to help, I needed people like the Fussy crew. Not only did they do a great job, they were kind, understanding, and supportive, and she always looked forward with anticipation to their arrival.

I am very happy with the cleaning service I've received and will definitely be using this company again. I needed cleaning without having too much noticed so I called the company at night and they were able to have cleaners over the next morning. Everyone was extremely friendly and were able to clean everything on my list in the requested time. They also followed up after the clean to ensure I was happy with the services I received. This is my first time using a cleaning service so I was a little hesitant at first but am so happy with the results.

No more Kijiji cleaners for me. I decided to give fussy cleaning a call after multiple disappointments from girls advertising on kijiji. 2 girls came to my house. They were well organized and went over and above what I had asked for. They even did a walk through with me before they left to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I tend to be a little anal and I was one very happy client. I highly recommend their services.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. They don’t know how to clean a toilet properly, let alone get all of the cleaning product off of the shower walls. They’ll damage your house and do the most minimal fix too it. Then when told it’s not the proper fix and you want them to pay for it to be done properly they say they never damaged it, and they will not be returning. They don’t know what good customer service is as they’ll just blame you for the mistakes of their cleaners. Worst cleaning company I have ever dealt with. (Review made on boyfriends account, definitely was a customer)

We intended to use Fussy Cleaners for a one time party cleaning. They were so good we now use them on a regular basis. They are very prompt to reply to queries, had a problem once where the job was not up their standards, they immediately rectified the problem. Recently used them for our daughter's apartment move out. I highly recommend Fussy Cleaners.

This company sent two cleaners for about 3 months to a family member's home to clean while someone in that home was seriously ill. They were terrific. They were respectful of the situation, cleaned around the people coming and going from the house and cleaned well and thoroughly. They flexed their time around the needs of the family. They were available on short notice and scheduled work. I highly recommend them.

Poor communication and customer service. Fussy Cleaning should better explain services and gauge new customer expectations prior to clean. Should have read reviews prior to wasting money.
