How long does it take to clean an average house? Definitely not 8 hours! Or at least after that long I would not expect to find a gatorade bottle and dust under the coffee table. We had 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room cleaned for over $388. Next time I will just take the day off work and clean. It will take less time, be done better and give me a break.

Great experience with Fresh Cleaning Service. I had asked for a deep clean of my home to start on monthly cleanings. I am a pretty clean person as it is so didn't think my home could get any cleaner...by the time my cleaner was finished i realized there were a ton of place I missed - even my husband commented how spotless the house was. The cleaner was on time, very polite, and thorough. The only issue I had was that she missed my kitchen island which inst a big deal. I definitely recommend Fresh Cleaning Service.

I booked Fresh Cleaning Service as a Groupon and was so impressed with the level of service that I received. I mentioned during my booking that I had a new baby and a toddler and that I needed help with cleaning the nooks and crannies in my house that I simply do not have the time to tackle . The woman who cleaned my house did a thorough and professional job and really took my request seriously .Bonus: their cleaning products smell herbal - almost like cinnamon and cloves! I would definitely book again!

Admin staff were excellent, it was quick and easy to set up a biweekly cleaning service for my townhouse. Thorough clean for a reasonable cost, overall very happy with this service! It made going back to work after mat leave so much easier. The fresh checklist is perfect for tackling all the major jobs as well as bonuses like windowsills and baseboards. Would definitely recommend.

We read the reviews and decided to give it move in cleaning with Fresh a shot. We were disappointed with the result of the 6 hour move-in cleaning that was done. We entered the property a few days after the clean and found the top of the kitchen cupboards/shelves were still dirty and that they had crumbs. I had to re-clean these myself so that we were able to unpack and use the kitchen. We expected some residual dust but the window sills had films on them and cobwebs were on the stairs. Our hardwood flooring in all bedrooms and the main floor were streaked white with residual cleaning material that was not removed in the initial clean. Lastly, we did tell them the tiles in the bathroom were still very stained with mildew after their initial clean. They told us it was difficult for them to clean however I found it quite easy to remove which leads us to believe they may not have tried. With the windows, they stated it was hard to remove the staining however I ran a lysol wipe over it and the black build up came out easy. When we called back in to tell them about these problems, they emailed us back asking us to pay another 49$/hour to clean these issues up. We sent them the pictures below and they scheduled the same cleaner to rectify the situation for the next day. On the day of the second cleaning, the cleaner failed to show up during the time slot indicated(11-1) and a representative told us to expect her at 1-2pm as the cleaner’s last clean up was larger than expected. They gave us a window of 1 extra hour. She showed up approx. 3:20pm without notice of her being late. We had to re-arrange our plans for that afternoon. I had to contact them several times to see where she was at. Although, they did send someone to correct the problems, the lack of quality and inconvenience was not worth it. We would not recommend this company for your move in cleaning. Please see photos for proof.

Don't waste your money on this cleaning service. They do the bare minimum and call it a day. I honestly don't know or understand where their raving reviews come from! My first experience with them after calling in to redeem my Groupon: The lady was supposed to show up between 11am-1pm. She shows up past 1:30pm and no one, the cleaner or the company, called to notify me. I bought 4 man hours and she arrived announcing she can only do 3 hours so deal with it with the office. I had a list ready, standard: bathrooms, kitchen, floors. She said she couldn't do my floors because there were toys on it. It is company policy not to pick up items. They are cleaners, so they only clean and not tidy. My husband had to clean along side her to pick up things (2 kids) so she would do the floors. I have never had any other cleaning company not put the toys in the bin next to it or tell me that they cannot clean because there are objects in the way. There was only one cleaner, Rose, who when I called was supposed to be their best person. She took frequent breaks outside and came in much later to say she had to go out to grab a cleaning solution. Fine. You were probably tired and we were your last house before your day ended. I get it. I called the office and they told me they can give me my hour on a different day and an extra hour for free because I wasn't happy with the service. Today, they came to clean. 2 people, 1 hour. This is all they accomplished: they "did" all of my bathrooms (4), cleaned my gas stove (used maybe 10 times this month), wiped my induction cook top, and cleaned my basement floor - it is newly finished so it was bare with no furniture - so basically she wiped a 300 sq ft space and didn't even do the guest room! That. Is. All. My bathrooms - 1 in the basement is never used but dusty and she didn't do the bath tub because I left my kids' floor tiles in there as I was letting them air dry. My kids bathroom, not sure if the tub was cleaned because there were a few kids' bath toys in there. Main floor seemed ok but they didn't wipe my child's step stool that was also in there. My ensuite seemed and smelled clean. There is no tub but a large standing shower, glass doors wiped and the shower cubbies wiped (last time it was not) but I saw soap scum on the floor! There was also hair which indicated they did not vacuum or mop!! Seriously!? I am definitely never going back to this company and I will never recommend them to anyone! Save your money!! Unless you don't mind paying like $50/hour for mediocre work!!!

I got a move out clean and even Oven which said self clean did not work and they still managed to make it look like new, it’s an older stove and it looks amazing. Everything was cleaned really well and the basement bathroom which had gone yellow from neglect from a past tenant looked so good. Very satisfied they did an amazing job, I did have to pay a little more than I thought but they called first and it was worth it.

We have lived in our heritage home for 6 years, and when we finally decided to move out it seemed prudent to call in the pros. Old floors and baseboards can really get gross over time (even with a regular cleaning schedule). Pam came and did an excellent job. She left our home looking so nice I felt like we may have been better off not leaving at all! Would definitely recommend and am thinking of hiring Fresh For regular cleaning at our new home. Totally worth it.

We have had Fresh clean come to our house now for about 6 months. Our first clean was the best the lady was very thorough we were so impressed which is why we had them come back but we heard she was let go for taking to long. This was disappointing since then we have had quite a few times where things have not been done well - rushed - before our last cleaning we asked that the cleaner ensure she vacuumed in the creases of the stairs and along the baseboards we also let her know she was forgetting to dust some of the rooms - again she did not vacuum along the base boards and did not clean our den. We have told Fresh Clean that if we have any further concerns we will be cancelling our service. Unfortunate as our first couple of cleans were done well but they let go what was in our eyes a good employee.

My son(being a boy) never cares about anything, noticed that his room as well as bathroom was cleaner than the previous cleanings, I had with a different company. Fresh Cleaning Service came highly recommended by my in laws. With a toddler at home and returning back to work, keeping up with the day to day cleaning was becoming more and more difficult. We reached out to Fresh and a few other services for quotes and the way Fresh approached the initial emails and process to obtain an accurate quote was superior compared to others we received. The quote was very comparable and also added a quarterly deep clean in one section of the house at no extra charge! We had our first time clean yesterday and already it's been life changing. We had Sandra and my goodness, her thorough attention to detail has made us feel like we have a new home all over again. There was no doubt in our minds that we would opt for weekly service going forward. All covid appropriate protocols were kept in place by both parties and just couldn't be more thrilled with the results.
