We like it much. The only disadvantage is water must be delivered in winter due to water pipe not deep enough in ground. This is only winter summer is Ok. We do have problem in summer as water is very smelly (sewage). Believe it was due to previous maintenance people. New people are very friendly and helpful and do an excellent job.

This place is bad news ! Paid a weekly rate as I was staying in a tent ! It’s raining lots and after I arrived they were trying to deny me off power just to cook a few hamburgers in the rain . I will follow up with more to the City of Edson on how this site treats its patrons . Oh and the wood at 8 dollars for 10 small pieces were green as grass and didn’t burn well at all. I’m not usually one to complain but this place simply put is terrible .

Not alot to do in edson but the manager here Paul is an awesome guy. He helps out in anyway he can and is super friendly.

My bf and I have been staying at this campground now for a few months and honestly I think it's a great place to be the caretakers are very kind ,friendly and understanding the prices are pretty decent considering everything that is included. I would recommend this campground to anyone.

(Translated) Small, quiet RV site with quite a few large caravans. Good WiFi and extremely friendly service. Easily accessible, just outside of Edson. (Original) Kleine, rustige RV-plaats met behoorlijk wat grote caravans. Goede WiFi en uiterst vriendelijke bediening. Makkelijk bereikbaar, net buiten Edson.

Very friendly managers. Sites are well-tended gravel. The park backs onto a golf course and there are some quieter sites right near the Pro Shop.

I stay in lots of RV parks and this one is worth writing a review. The park in very well kept, quiet and clean. Paul the park manager is the main reason this park is so great. He goes over and above to make sure you have a great stay. He looks after the grounds very well and even more so the people staying in it and there possessions. I will definitely be returning anytime I’m in the area. I highly recommend this park!

Park management is awesome, it’s a friendly atmosphere. It’s pretty quiet, not a whole lot of noise from the highway and trains.. it’s background noise.. I slept through it fine. The shower/laundry facilities are very nice! It’s full hook ups weather permitting.. I do believe the prices should be discounted slightly during off season when water and sewer is turned off but I don’t think it needs to be anything drastic as your still using water and sewer in the bathroom facilities.. it’s more of an inconvenience than anything. It’s nice to stay on the golf course as it gives you something to do! It’s very cheap to go to driving range at night time! Overall, i would recommend that this is your best option to stay in edson for a campground! Oh and they have wifi!

A very unpleasant experience!! We stayed here for hubby’s work for just about a year. Management was very helpful and nice, at first!! Things changed real fast. She’s a gossiper and backstabber. Constantly coming to our site, uninvited!! God forbid if you were outside at a fire close to 11. I realize 11 was quiet time. She would stand in the shadows, arms crossed, tapping her watch, while others at the other end of the campgrounds would party on till who knows what time. She was also caught peeking in our windows. Mowing the lawns wasn’t done very often. Not good water at all, it stinks. Owner didn’t introduced himself to me. Hubby said he was the rudest man he met in a long time. He got mad at hubby for sharing a load of firewood that was delivered. After this it was like we couldn’t do anything right. That was the beginning of the end. Thank goodness we got out of there and found a great place. We still have friends there that can’t wait to get out of there too!

We were parked at this campground for 7 months. We were harassed by the people running this place constantly. The owner Monty was terrible to deal with also. We moved to another campground that had full services all year around. Monty owe us 3 weeks that we had payed in advance. But has refused to pay us back. Even though he has no signage that says he does not do refunds. And he did tell us he would give us a refund and then changed his mind. This is an awful place to stay and Monty is terrible to deal with. I would give no stars if that was possible.

Unbelievable! Made a last minute stop at midnight because we were too tired to continue, were low on gas and desperately needed washrooms. The pleasant owner on the phone gave us a lot and asked us to pay in the morning. To my great disappointment the washrooms are closed between 11 and 8 am!!! So I did what I am used to doing when backcountry camping albeit behind my car with no bushes for cover. Keep in mind women have different needs than men when it comes to facilities. To make a long story short, they charge $36 a night to stay on the side of the Yellowhead Hwy with no washrooms after 11pm. We could have stayed at a truck stop for free with the same amenities.

It's very clean. The showers are also amazingly clean. The people we have talked with are super nice and friendly. The only reason it's not give stars for me is its way too quiet for my own personal liking. Some might like freakishly quiet camp sites and in that case, this would be a five stars.

You can stay in the parking lot of a truck stop for free and would sleep just as good. Sounds like a freight train is driving by your head all night. Not worth the $30 even for a quick pull over to crash like we did.....we did not sleep at all

New campground manager is amazing nicest guy ever stayed for 2 months in fall 2020 for work. Wifi is marginal at best but if your right beside transmitter its actually really good. Wish there was a play area for the kids, but that's not to say they are not kid friendly... because they are. In general its hard in edson to find places to do things with children so i wont hold it against edson rv. Very good place to stay and cant wait till i get a chance to go back.

Side of the Hi-way RV park! The place is clean, the sites are side by side with nothing in between. Price is right, good stopping point but there is a golf course right next door.
