We’ve been using cleaning pros on and off for the last 2 years. Usually we have a lovely woman named Tina (she’s fantastic) and today we had a young lady named Ali! I was absolutely blow away by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of Ali today. We have a 3 month old son and his nursery was SPOTLESS. She even folded his swaddle and laid it out in his crib (I almost cried) She was meticulous! We would recommend cleaning pros to anyone who is looking for a cleaning company! Their prices are more than fair for the level of service! They even leave you a nice card and some mints! ???????????? Now THAT’S customer service! Good job ????????

We have been used Cleaning Pros for the past 3 months. Our first clean was a big one as we needed help preparing our home for visitors. Carolina worked tirelessly for 5 hours detailing our basement since we had just finished some renovations. It was likely a very long day for her since they were short-staffed (initially we were quoted for a 13 hour clean, but they had a bunch of people call in sick. The office did a great job juggling schedules so that we could have some cleaning hours that day). The last 2 have been 2-hour check list cleans. I really like the "checklist" clean because we can determine what the priorities are right before they come. Laurie was the most recent cleaner and she is a cleaning PRO! She blew us away with what she was able to accomplish in the 2 hours. I had left a very lengthy list and only expected 2/3 of it to be completed, but she did 8/9 items and squeezed in some small extras. She did an excellent clean in addition to being super efficient. Happy with the communication from the office staff - very responsive by phone, email and text. If you are an AMA member, you get a discount.

Cleaning pros have been cleaning my elderly father’s house for over a year. They initially performed a deep clean and offered a reasonable introductory offer. I was very pleased with how thoroughly the house was cleaned and how they respected my father’s belongings. After the initial deep clean, we booked regular monthly cleaning. I was pleased with the communication informing us of the expected time of arrival and the request for feedback on our satisfaction.

My wife and I were so so impressed with the whole CleaningPros experience. From the initial phone call, to the quick booking on short notice, very fair price, the customer service was above and beyond. The house cleaning really was just like you would do it yourself (even better). We have 3 kids under 4 yrs old (new twins) and we really needed a one-off deep clean (regular scheduled cleaning would be great too) of the house. It feels great to come home to such a clean and organized environment. The gals who did the cleaning were so incredibly lovely to my wife while she was home with the newborn twins. Because of the fair quote and because this group has an A+ BBB rating, I contacted them first. I also enjoyed the friendly nature of the entire booking process, from start to finish, and it was a fair quote for a big task. Such pleasant personalities, via phone or text/email. The ladies that came to clean were prompt and did a great job. It was a one time, move out condo clean and they were very thorough with all of their cleaning, especially the spot washing on the walls, the tough vacuuming of the floors, and the window sill/baseboard/door frames cleaning. This company is awesome! We moved out of our large home and used their move out clean and added a few extras. They were very reasonably priced. They said it would take 8 hours but ended up cleaning for 16 hours at no extra cost. They cleaned stuff that wasn't on the list and completely transformed the house (we have 4 kids plus a day home) and made it look like unbelievable! They also called me personally and updated me as to the progress along the way. I would definitely use them again!

Update: the company made every effort to contact me via phone and email to address my concerns. They also refunded the service fees. This shows that they truly care for their clients and the kind of service they provide. I just happen to have an unfortunate experience but happy they looked into it. A cleaning service was requested using their Checklist Clean. "Tell us what your budget is and give us a list of cleaning duties. We will work down your list until your budgeted time is up" I requested three hours of cleaning service for a specific list of items to be cleaned in the given time. The items requested were not addressed/followed, Customer service would not offer any help as they have a 48 hours policy of reporting any work that a customer is not happy with. However, The house is vacant in a different town, and Due to Covid-19 I am isolating for being in the vulnerable group, and have mentioned to them that I am physically unable to do the work for medical reasons that's why they were hired. I was not able to check their work within 48 hours, I also, trusted they completed the work as requested and the quality of work should not been an issue to start with. It is disappointing because I did my research and thought I hired a good business. They also have a cancelation policy of three day however, my appointment was booked inside the cancelation window which makes it impossible to make any changes. Good luck to all of you on your hunt for a good cleaning service business, keep in mind in addition to the other issues I faced, flexibility is not offered here.

I had cleaning pros clean our main floor in preparation for it to be photographed for our realtor. I was quoted $300 to have 2 staff come for 3 hours to detail the kitchen and bathrooms and clean 3 bedrooms. I spent an entire weekend moving personal items to the basement so all rooms were left bare except for basic furniture. I came home to find the main kitchen windowsill and some cupboards had not been wiped at all, the ensuite shower door track had not been touched and soap scum was left inside the shower. I asked for a re-clean and they were more than willing to come back and fix their errors. HOWEVER, I was then asked to provide my own CLR as their 'eco friendly' cleaners may not do the trick.... What customer service rep (for a cleaning company!!!) asks a customer to provide the cleaning supplies... Your fancy eco friendly microfiber cloths must also be incapable of wiping up dust. For $300 I expected so much more. I cancelled the re-clean.

We used CleaningPros for a year. They were great to deal with. Schedule was consistent and any interaction I had with the cleaners was always great. Little on the pricier side and in my opinion they are sticklers for not straying from their list of things to be cleaned which is the only reason not 5 stars. But overall if your looking for a reputable company that provides the convenience of consistent cleans that are done on time and on a specific schedule, than I would have no problem recommending cleaningpros.

This company is fantastic. I've had them doing biweekly cleans for us for a few years now. There has been minor issues with occasional cleans not being done thoroughly and each time without fail Cleaning Pros made it right! They definitely stand by there satisfaction guarantee and that I really appreciated. One thing I particularly like is how they are in constant contact. Always checking in after every clean to be sure the clean was satisfactory. Over all most of the cleans are perfect. We've had several other companies and this company has been the best and easiest to work with by far. Top notch customer service, excellent cleans (they even go the extra mile by folding towels/ blankets, folding over the toilet paper and dumping all the garbage cans), cleaners are also very kind and friendly, they follow through with what is requested and they are all friendly with young kids. I highly recommend them!

BUYERS BEWARE I had the unfortunate experience to deal with two employees last week. The cleaner who was supposed to clean my house did not do a good job and forgot to clean my three bedrooms, did not vacuum anywhere and left garbage on the floor and not picked up. I could have done a better job in half an hour. I then contacted their office to explain what happened and the lady I talked on the phone was beyond rude, did not listen to me or let me speak, and threatened me to take me to collections. I want my money back ASAP. I am not nearly satisfied with this service and your staff really needs some training on customer service skills, and, cleaning.

They have been great. The team of ladies are friendly and great with my dog. The house always looks great. Enjoy the little touches they do. Also they keep their 200% guarantee. We weren't completely satisfied one week so they added another free hour to our following cleaning and cleaned out our fridge.

When I booked an appointment, Carol estimated it would take 8 hours to clean my house, which was 3 hours longer than previous companies. She even suggested we add an hour to be safe, and reassured me that if the cleaning took less time, I would be billed only for the time the cleaners were there. It also explicitly said that in their written quote. The women did a great job on the house, except for the floors, which were bad enough that I had to re-do them myself. To add insult to injury, the cleaners finished in just over 5 hours, but the company billed me for the full 9.5 hours! I called and spoke with a woman named Jacquie Mitton, who offered a feeble excuse that because there were two cleaners, the 9.5 hours was split by them. This was never mentioned in the quote, nor does it make sense. *EDIT* To their credit, after complaining, they refunded half the cost of the appointment, which is why this review is now 4 stars.

On Wednesday Oct 16th Sharisse with Cleaning Pros came in to clean our Kitchen, Dining are and washroom. I have to say I am super impressed with her professionalism and knowledge and how personable she is. Not only did she do a great job, but she works for a company that truly cares about making sure you are satisfied by ensuring everything that you requested in your quote gets done, even if that means coming back the next day for a bit. I guarantee we will have them come in again.

CleaningPros was recently hired to clean a house from top to bottom. The employees arrived on time and ready to work. They brought all their own supplies and were very polite with the senior residing in that residence. They did a thorough job, from light fixtures to baseboards and everything in between. The price they quoted was more than reasonable for the time spent at this house. The resident of this house was extremely pleased with the results and wants them back on a regular basis for cleaning. Full payment was refunded with no hesitation after review left. Didn’t follow through with the guarantee of having a cleaner come back to fix what wasn’t done. I paid for walls to be washed they didn’t do the entrance walls at all. They didn’t even clean the laundry room the door was just shut. When I reached out the same day to tell them of the issues no response after 48 hrs no response after a week no response.I finally sent an email canceling any further appointments with them and within minutes had a response.

I used this company due to the high star rating they had on google. I paid over 650.00 for a move out clean thinking that I wouldn’t have to double check their work. When the landlord and I did the walk through at the end, I couldn’t believe that I paid money for the cleaning job they did. Floors were filmy, walls still had marks on them and windows hadn’t been done. Unfortunately, I called past the 24 hour window that’s written into the fine print and they wouldn’t do anything to help me. Buyers beware, read the fine print and double check their work as soon as they are done!!!

"Pros" in every sense. I filled in the online form to request a quote and received a phone call follow up within thirty minutes. I was given several options for service and chose the one that best suited my needs. I corresponded via email, on a weekend(!), to provide further instructions for cleaning. Edit: Booked for 09:30 appointment, they sent a text cancelling at 09:09 and rescheduling for the week after. Aside from the short notice, when I called, the lady one the phone was rude on the phone, didn’t apologize, very short answers and acted as if I should not be calling them. Safe to say that I cancelled the future booking. Megan called me and had a nice discussion, she apologized and rectified the situation, rescheduled the appointment.
