As per usual check out requirements for an apartment I had to hire a professional steam cleaners. When I booked my appointment I guess they missed that my unit was on the third floor and the building has no elevators, I was informed that they do not go up past the 2nd floor unless there is an elevator but the technician assigned to my inquiry was accommodating and proceeded with the clean regardless! Excellent job done and helped with me being able to get my full damage deposit back. More importantly I want to make it clear that the main reason for my 5 stars, (and why I'll use Canada Clean Home again when I need them) is because of the technician that went above and beyond and I regret not getting his name. This was my first time working with Canada Clean Home to get carpet cleaning in my rental property and I was very pleased with the quality of service and all the logistics. It was very easy to book an appointment, just one quick call. Technician, Alexander, arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He took time to explain what had to be done and made good suggestions on additional treatment he could do to help eliminate some of the odor, which was actually very effective. He also took good care of my property by using shoe coverings during inspections and laying blankets before bringing equipment to protect my floor. Price was also very reasonable, even cheaper than some other companies I dealt with previously, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I am very happy with the work done and surely will use Canada Clean Home in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. Highly recommend.

I tried to use this service, but they bailed on me in the last minute. They said it is because it is cold and the hoses on their truck freeze. It’s been very cold for two weeks, and they didn’t think to warn me this could be a problem. Instead, they call me with less than a day before I need to be moved out with the carpets cleaned and just say “unfortunately, we can’t.” No warnings. No solution, such as “can we do it tomorrow or the next day when it’ll be warmer?”. Nothing. I can forgive many errors and imperfections, but for me, this is a sign of low morals.

March 29th, 2021, we had a serious issue and needed my 95 year old mother's living room carpet cleaned sooner than later. I called one company at 3:30 pm and the lady (Rebecca) said that they are done for the day, and could not help no matter what the emergency is. I amazed the amount of 5 stars there are on here, i would leave none if it where possible they obviously received a different experience to me. We where quoted $185 and the bill was $285 for a basic clean, he only spent 45 minutes on the actual clean, the carpet was still damp 24 hours afterwards therefore he didn't steam as promised, and my main complaint is they didn't look to be any improvement afterwards. Subsequently we have discovered an excellent carpet cleaning business who does a thorough job and make your carpet look like new A-One steamagic im not trying to promote this business neither do i have any affiliation or connection too it, i just do not like seeing people ripped off. At the end of the day its your money and this is a unbiased honest review from a ordinary customer

AMAZING RESULTS!! Moving out and didn't want to tackle this big job myself. My rental had old carpets and lots of stains from our 6 kids! I was sceptical if they would even come out but Canada Clean Home is my new best friend, for real! My mom paid $160+ to get our carpet cleaned. They did not properly clean the whole area. There were many stains left on the carpet, and when asked why they could not clean the stains, it was because the stain were "too old" or "too discolored." They sent one person to clean the whole carpet and they did not clean it to the best of their ability for the price. My mom had to buy cleaning chemicals so she could do it herself. She could have saved the money and just cleaned it herself. She probably would've done a better job. I cannot recommend this service any less.

THE!!! WORST!!! SERVICE!! EVER!! Miscommunication on their front end call center. Quoted $119 for chaise lounges and 5x7 area rug plus deodorizer. Tech showed up on time and very professional. He had an issue with pricing. When he called the call center the price went up to $215!!! I sent him away. The call center called back to figure out what the issue was. Finally came to an agreement. The appointment went from 10:30 to 12:30 to finally showing up at 1:30pm. Wasted my whole morning waiting around. The take away/lessened learned... GET A QUOTE IN AN EMAIL!!! End result was great quality!!
