I’m super impressed to find out that Alberta Carpet Cleaning offers an eco-friendly and 100% detergent free alternative for carpet steam cleaning! Honestly, I have been avoiding the chore of steam cleaning this old carpet in the house, solely to keep from exposing my child, and dog, to the chemicals found in most carpet cleaning solutions. Finding the time, is generally the other hold up. It never seems to be a chore that gets done all that quick, no matter how organized and prepared you are! Family-friendly, pet-friendly, eco-friendly, detergent free carpet steam cleaning... And they come and do it for you. This is exactly what I have been looking for. I'm sold! Usually, this is a job I take care of myself. I'm done with renting the carpet cleaner, buying all the nasty, unsafe bottles of detergent that get dumped down my drain every time the water is too dirty to go on... We had really some major problems with our furnace plus a cold snap was predicted to come with temp under 20 degrees. After calling Alberta Home Services an appointment was right away arranged for the same day. The Technician came by a few hours later and was able to find the issue and repaired the issue temporarily because the part that was damaged was rare and difficult to find. Well, the Alberta Home Service team took every effort to find the part arranged another appointment for the following day to have the damaged part replaced and now everything works great. In all the Alberta Home Service team is great, friendly, each do know what they are doing. Plus if questions asked each team member knows how to answer them. I had previous companies come by, but none of them showed this much effort and knowledge to repair the furnace. If I could I give 10 stars here... continue your great work.

***updated 2021-02-03 - just spoke with their Customer Service Manager who was very apologetic about the policy having been enforced so rigidly. The carpet is scheduled to be picked up and recleaned this week. I'm grateful for this response. I will adjust the review again, once the recleaned carpet is returned and I am happy with it. (this review was posted originally on 2021-01-31) I am very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning of an area rug (still shedding copious amounts of dust/dirt) and customer service. Because I was in the middle of remodelling and left the carpet in the plastic bag until the area was clean I didn't notice the dirty condition until past the 30-day warranty - which was not made clear in any communication and is nowhere in writing on the contract I was given. I am incensed that their Commitment to "TOTAL SERVICE GUARANTEE" is overridden by their invisible 30-day warranty, and that they have refused to make any concession in this case. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Customers beware. Friday Mar 8 this company was hired to clean our furnace. All said and done paid nearly $500 for the cleaning. Shortly thereafter the the furnace started making a high pitched vibration sound. Called back to to ask them about the noise they said they were going to send a service tech. Very little explanation of the process and certainly didn't make it clear that the tech would charge me $129 to show up for 5 minutes and tell me that it's the humidifier making the noise not the furnace and "it's not our fault". Seriously, the humidifier is attached to the furnace and wasn't making even the slightest noise before, and if you've ever had a cleaning you'll know that the vibration caused by the cleaning is severe, to say it's unrelated is an absolute joke. Alberta Furnace Cleaning has no regard for my time as professional taking time out of my day to deal with this to be basically robbed of $129.. Oh but we they can fix it they say for another charge.... Nice racket guys! You'll never set foot in my house again or that of any of my friends or family.

We got a coupon with our flyers for Alberta Carpet Cleaning and decided to give them a try. Dylan was the person assigned to clean our furniture. Dylan was very polite and interested in our concerns and needs for the cleaning. Dylan explained thoroughly our options for various cleaning products as there are people with allergies in the household. Dylan completely explained what he was going to do and how he would accomplish that. Dylan was was not pushy with his suggestions but kept the best interest of the customer's needs in mind, he was neat and fast in his work and showed us the progress and difference that his cleaning had done. The only complaint is that they don't tell you when they are coming until the day of for some reason which is inconvenient either than that. I hired AHS back in December 2016 to do duct cleaning after we moved into our new (older) home. They did a very good job at this. Today, September 10, 2018, I phoned them before 9:00 am in the morning for an emergency repair of my malfunctioning furnace. They said they can only come between 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. I accepted, and took a half day off from work to be home when they arrive. No one showed up. I called again at 4:00 pm and they confirmed the technician will come. Then they called at 5:30 pm saying that the technician is on the way. Then they called again before 6:00 pm apologizing that no one will be able to come today, and asking me when to reschedule the repair. When I did not accept this, they said that there is nothing they can do. Now the consequence is that they gave me a name of another company to call. I called this other company and they showed up within one hour. I had to pay them "after hours rate" and the repair required a part that can only be delivered during business hours not after hours. So, I have to take another half day off. The financial cost multiplied just due to their poor management. They had so many correct approaches, but they didn't use any: 1. They could have told me early morning that they are overbooked and will not be able to serve me today. I would have looked for another company. 2. They could have called mid-day telling me to call this other company. 3. They could have honoured their word instead of canceling it at 6:00 pm. My brief piece of advice, this company is not geared for emergency repair work. They are not set up for it. So, if it is 25 degrees below zero outside, and your furnace malfunctioned, don't call Alberta Home Services.

I will be requesting him again when I do the main floor with Alberta Carpet Cleaning. The company vehicle and professional appearance of their staff may be secondary to the actual work done, but it made a great impression before the job even began.

My furance was cleaned in November 2015. It's old and might need a new motor at some point. I did get the belt changed but noticed whenever the heat is on there is extremely loud noise that rattles. Even with the tv turned up loud I can still hear it. I called the next day and the company refused to come back and check why. I paid almost $300 for the cleaning and the new belt. This company just kept saying of its an old furance and done nothing.. I had someone who was a retired installer come and listen and he tells me it's not the furance.. it's the fan that is not in-lined. If the Alberta home services put a new belt on the fan they should be the ones reasonable to fix. This company is suppose to be #1 in Alberta for Cleaning. I will not use or refer this company to anyone in the future. What the point of warranty? . They told it would cost 179.00 for someone to come back to look and listen. Not acceptable.

Louis was prompt, professional and jovial. He did a great job and I noticed that stains that were there when we moved in where now gone - where the previous tenant had had carpets cleaned before our arrival. The landlord was impressed with all the carpets as we were. I felt the price was very reasonable for the 5 rooms, 2 of them quite large. Louis was quite efficient in knocking these off and I was impressed that there was no discarding of dirty water at our place. I was also impressed that he used wall guards to guide the hoses and ensure no damage would occur. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

I had my carpets cleaned by Toni Chan. Toni was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He first inspected all carpets and pretreated the high traffic areas. I did not think he would get my carpets clean (Kids and dogs make a big mess), but he did! He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the cleaning. We also just had our hardwood floors refinished (great job by Beaver Hardwood if anyone needs a hardwood refinisher) and our whole house repainted. I was concerned that the hoses may cause damage to the walls. Toni was very careful not to cause any damage to the new floors and walls. Not only did he lay down blankets on the hardwood, but he also ensured to put guards on all of the corners of the walls so the hoses did not rub or damage the paint. I would highly recommend Toni and Alberta Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

I wasn't satisfied with the initial cleaning that they did (I think the lighting in the room was weird, cause you couldn't see the stains when sun would shine on it, but later at night with the lights on you could). When I called their office for information about packages and pricing for furnace and duct cleaning, the staff, Robyn, was very helpful and provided all the details I needed to make decision. She booked me a good appointment time, accommodating my request for a weekend and an early time slot. When the day came, they called half an hour prior to say they were on their way. Casey and Steve were courteous, cheerful and professional. They were efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. They were in and out in about 1 hour. What's even more impressive is Casey is one of the few women doing this in the furnace and duct cleaning industry. Good for AB Home Services for recognizing the value of women. I give you 5 stars.

The customer service rep on the phone was very courteous and pleasant. Took down all my information and gave a rough estimate. I got a confirmation call the day before with a window of time and when they would call with the firm time. Got a call for a firm time when the said they would. Technician took me with a walk through, explained the different types of stains and what my expectations should be and a firm quote with no pressure add ons and upselling, but absolutely no pressure to do so. Technician was pleasant, professional and efficient. Carpet looks brand new. Just need to get rid of my cat to keep it that way. Definitely will be using Alberta carpet cleaners again. Also ask for Mike, he is unbelievably awesome, thorough and professional.

Unsafe people and Terrible Customer Service !!! I would like to describe the events that triggered this complaint. A few weeks ago my wife contacted a company called "Alberta Furnace Cleaning", they clearly stated on their website, "Total Service Total Satisfaction, anything less just isn't Furnace Cleaning". I sent an email to the company to complain. The owner answered, "you don't have all the facts and jumped to this immediate conclusion based only, on his technician's feedback. This is really what happened : We scheduled the furnace cleaning with days in advance of our vacation, to get the furnace cleaned . They showed up on schedule to clean the furnace and the ducts in the house., Only after the technician had completed the cleaning, I realized the furnace was no longer operational. The first thing he did, was to call the "On call technician" (who apparently was in Strathmore at that time) troubleshooting and joking about breaking another furnace. They couldn't figure out the problem. He suggested to call them again and get the furnace looked at, at a rate of $120 an hour. This would only be for troubleshooting, plus additional costs to replace any parts. I instantly refused the offer, after which he and his helper started arguing with my wife and I about the temperature of my house? He said that the furnace was already broken when they arrived . For your reference, (The temperature was 19 Celsius) , I have the temperature report for that day showing the range (Max 5.9 Celsius and Min -1.8) Nothing was wrong with the furnace, until they started their cleaning process. I have a young family and a pet and I will not expose them to the cold. The furnace stopped working and he forced it to start, (He said it will work for a few minutes but will stop, effectively that is what happened. I lost confidence about the whole situation when they (The technician and his helper) started blaming us about the broken furnace . After that I listened to what he was saying about calling a technician, to get the furnace fixed the following Tuesday, because the following Monday 26 of December was Boxing day. As soon as they left the house, I called another company to fix the furnace. They charged me $89 to come to my house, plus the cost of troubleshooting the problem . A technician from Clearview company showed up in 10 minutes after my call and got the problem fixed in 5 minutes , "YES" in 5 minutes, I was with him all the time and I witnessed what he did to solve the problem. He found a cable left unplugged , by the technician, from Alberta Furnace Cleaning who had been troubleshooting the same problem for about 40 minutes. I have a written statement from the Clearview technician of when he arrived and when he left my house. It wasn't cheap, but the problem was fixed in no time and kept my family from the cold, which obviously wasn't a concern to the technician from "Alberta Furnace Cleaning" . "I hope we can reach and agreement and get a total refund of the money that I spent to get the furnace fixed" ". Unfortunately we never get the company to address the issue ............

Great experience. They were able to schedule us in fairly quickly as we prepared to list our house for sale. We have pretty light coloured carpet and it looks brand new. Very reasonable prices and on time. When you book an appointment, you book a morning or afternoon window but they will call you ahead of time to let you know the time that they will be by. In 2017 I received a brochure in the mail which advertised their services. They had a special going for furnace and duct cleaning for $99.00. I thought that was reasonable and called them to come and clean my furnace. The cost escalated from the $99 to $475.00. I was shocked to say the least. I was never made aware of the actual cost. And if that wasn’t enough, they also said I needed a new filter-and vehemently pushed that on me. It was the type you just clean and put back in. The exorbitant cost of it was $160.00 and I refused it. I got one similar at Home Depot for $35 which works just as well. Now less than two years later, I just received a phone message to tell me about another special they’re having at $129 and to give them a call so that they can come back. I don’t think so! Rip off! Con artists! Do not call me again! In reply to AHS, my house was only 3 years old at the time of the furnace cleaning by AHS and their technician should have seen that my furnace had been cleaned only two years before by a previous company as indicated by the sticker on my furnace. I consulted an expert who then informed me duct cleaning should be done once every 5 to 7 years and furnace every 3 to 5. If my home and furnace is new, it probably didn’t actually need it. But some companies like to encourage every year. That’s how they make their money. Mine most likely didn’t actually need any additional cleaning as AHS claims. The technician should have at least told me before I forked out the payment. Also they justify the price of the filter by bringing it to me and installing it as they mentioned but I never asked for a filter in the first place and installing one is something anyone can do. Bottom line is to do your research before hand.

Had AHS come out for a furnace tune up. Price was good and the tech was friendly enough. Part way through the tech told me that I had a cracked condensate drain container. He showed me and I could clearly see it was leaking. No worries - they would call me with the price to replace (turned out to be $160). Unfortunately for AHS I had a furnace and duct cleaning performed by Advanpro on the same day. Those guys were also great and noticed the condensate drain leak. This time though they showed me exactly what was leaking (one loose fitting) and offered advice on how I could fix myself (they would have done it but didn’t have the materials). It literally took me 2 min with contact cement. So bottom line - AHS did not have my best interest top of mind while Advanpro did.

Just cleaned the entire house prior to the carpet cleaner. He was rude and no remorse. He didn't call to give a heads up. He had a horrible attitude. If you have no respect for your customers then don't do the job. Ps. He also made a comment on accents. Which leaves an impression on his bias for working for people of colour. Called around 11am, not really expecting to hear there was any availability, and surprisingly, they had a technician at my doorstop at 1:30 pm and carpets professionally cleaned in around 45 minutes. Technician was friendly and professional, and carpets look great. Be aware there is an "Environment Fee" they do explain to you when quoting, which bumps it up another 15% on the price, but the overall cost for getting my basement suite done, which was stairs, living room area and hallway was still the $99 quoted price. All in was around $125. They take debit/credit cards after competing the work, so making payment was easy. Excellent work and I would call them again should I need carpets steam cleaned again.

BEWARE of quotes !! When I called for a quote I was very specific with which package I wanted plus 14 steps, 1 landing and a hallway. When the tech arrived to do the job the difference in price was $75 more than what was quoted. Apparently the clerk "forgot" to include 13 steps, the hallway and landing. Either the clerk doesn't know how to use a calculator or was under quoting to secure the job. When I called to speak to the manager his response was "we can halt the job if you don't want to pay for the service"...I took a day off work, vacuumed and moved my furniture, like I am going to turn down the service. What is the point of getting a quote and shopping around when this company doesn't stand behind their quotes, under cutting other businesses !?! The manager was very rude and disingenuous. I still gave them 3 stars because the tech who arrived to do the job was excellent, he showed up on time, was courteous and did an overall great job.

I talked the dispatch to book a time to have my carpet cleaned for a newly bought home, they refused to book me into the day of my possesion date and pushed me to the day after. They wanted me to leave my key for them to go into my house to clean the carpet. I did not want to have a complete stranger to come into my new home (build in 2004) and do as they wish with no oversight. I have not had much experience with carpet cleaners before. I told the dispatcher that I would not be home till after 3pm on the day of the cleaning as I had to work on that day. Expecting the dispatcher would arrange for a later time, I get a call at 7am saying that they were coming at 8-9am to clean my carpets. I had to drop my wife at the home to let the cleaner in and rush to work. My wife did not speak english well and thus had problems communicating with the cleaner and had to translate via multiple phone chat. They could not provide me with a quote over the phone (dispatcher) and had to do an onsite quote. The cleaner said the carpets were dirty because of pet and some stains. The cleaner did the quote with all their services; stainshield, microban, and deodorizer. The cleaner could not explained the service to my wife and had only told me over the phone that the carpets were very dirty because of the pets and it would cost $800. Isn't the whole point of having carpets cleaned is because they are dirty. The house had 3 bedroom + 1 bedroom in basement, 1 bonus room, two hall ways, 2 stairways, 1 office, and basement living room. The quote came out to be 934.45 with all the services. After my wife paid not fully understanding what services were pushed onto her, I get home to see bill. The carpet in the house was old and dirty.Wanted to see if we could get the carpet restored, if not would have replaced it. We did not require stain shield for the carpet in the whole house $154, microban $158 and deodorizer in basement $154. Was charged for 4 closet coming to $80. Are closets not part of the bedrooms didn't know that they were extra.... Overall the service was very expensive and pushed services that are not required, having this experience I would go with another company that would have done equal or better work at half the prices. I have communicated with others people that have experience with carpet cleaning and they all say that the price was way too high.

We attempted to have an area rug cleaned here. After dropping our rug off we were told that it had been looked at right away, that there were only a couple of rugs ahead of us, that it would be done within 2 weeks and were provided with a cost estimate. Two weeks later we had not heard back from anyone, and decided to call to check on the status of our rug. When we called, we were told that they had not started cleaning our rug, that someone would look into it and get back to us, and that our rug would be put at the top of the list to be cleaned. A day and a half later we had again not heard back from anyone and decided to call again at which point we were told they could not clean our rug. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend getting an area rug cleaned here.

Timothy did a great job on our carpets, left the place spotless. Detailed explanation of pricing, offered options but was not pushy. Only thing not mentioned in the pricing on site was the fuel surcharge that the office hit me with afterwards. Lots of companies just tack this on but I really don't think it is justified. Then the amount charged by the office did not quite match the price on my invoice. It was only a difference of $20 so not a huge deal, but it should have matched. Did well on the carpets at least.

Our recent carpet cleaning was totally unsatisfactory. The representative lost interest in our needs when we declined his offer of additional services - deodorizing, sanitizing, protection - all of which would increase our cost; we simply wanted our carpet cleaned and he required payment even before he brought in his equipment. We noted there were coffee spots and some stains we were unable to identify. We were informed the coffee was no problem but the other stains could not be addressed if we didn't specifically point them out and if we didn't know what they were. After the carpet dried, it looked no different than before he started. Even the coffee spots are still there. TV advertising shows carpeting nicely groomed with vacuum lines indicating all areas were cleaned. This did not happen with our carpet and leads me to wonder what he did for two hours! Upon calling the company, it was suggested I could speak to a manager who, I suspect, would offer to redo the service. Why would we spend another day in the basement while the upstairs was cleaned if their representative couldn't do an acceptable job the first time? We will not use this service again and certainly will not recommend them.

I had carpet cleaning & furnace cleaning done on the same day at 2 locations. I received phone calls for both an hour ahead as promised, giving me enough time to reach both locations with plenty of time to spare. The representatives were more than polite and very professional and although they did offer me additional services, I didn't feel pressured with sales pitches. The service was quick and although they missed one vent in my house, it was partially covered and easy to miss. The price per vent was kinda steep, IMO but I would still recommend Alberta Carpet/Furnace because the service was worth it.

I'm disappointed that Alberta Home Services doesn't honor competitors offers. My dryer vent now costs an extra $59 and it's very easy access. A $420 bill for less than an hour's work seems a bit steep to me. I will be trying the competitor out next time.

We did not have a very positive experience and were quite disappointed. Our vents might be clean, but with the amount of dust that was blown back into the house we ended up spending much of the weekend cleaning. The other cleaning job was the blood from the sink, counter and floor of the main bathroom - they up-sold us on the dryer vent cleaning, which turned out to be very required, but they had to borrow our ladder to access the vent and the kid doing it cut his finger quite badly folding the latter back up. In thinking about it, why are they borrowing our equipment to do their job - either they are prepared to do the work or don't offer it as a service. On the plus side, the guys were quite nice and very thorough and explained everything that was happening. We never felt any undue pressure or that we were being misled. We did receive a courtesy call the next day asking how things went, and we expressed our concern and outlined the problems. I was quite surprised there was no follow-up whatsoever.

Timothy from Alberta Home Services was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and pleasant and answered all of my questions throughly. When I called into the office however to inquire about the $25 discount, I was given different information by 2 different people which was rather confusing. When my area rug was returned it looked beautiful and nice and clean. The fibers were also nice and soft and had no cleansing residue left over on them. The one thing that I am disappointed about is that the carpet seems to be stretched out in one area. It no longer lays flat to the floor which is now creates a tripping hazard not to mention that it’s unsightly. I’m not super happy about that. Other than that, the carpet looks great. We appreciated how quick we were able to get an appointment and they were able to give us a price breakdown before we booked with them (made it easier to estimate how much it would cost). I had service done to clean my furnace and all went well. After, I was quoted from the technician a promotion. Carpet cleaning for 3 bedrooms would cost $99 plus $2.50 a stair. After booking and confirming the quoted price, on the day of cleaning I was invoiced a different price. After talking with the manager, this business would not do the service for the ORIGINAL quote. What a waste of time. They were 3 hours late anyway. I declined service based on ethics. Go with another business that have integrity. Edit, Reply: No. I was called at 7:00am for a set time at 9:00am. At 10:30am, I got a call saying they are running late and will be here around 12:00pm Yes, you do go over pricing before service at my front door. This is where the error in price quoting happened. And after an hour of speaking to 2 employees and your manager trying to duck the convo, this is where I made the decision to no longer use your services. Your manager blamed me that there was no proof of quoted price ("my employees word vs your word"). Thats on your company. You should have a system to record the quoted prices. Nevertheless, the price difference was only 30 dollars, which I am happy to pay to another company with integrity (already have).

We hired Alberta Home Services to clean our furnace and ducts, and the team that came by was professional and friendly. They charged us $250.00. We were initially happy with the service, however, we noticed the next day that our house was cold and the furnace was seemingly not working. We called their head office and booked an appointment for a technician to come back and take a look. At the time of booking, we were told that there would be no charge if the issue was due to the cleaning, but there would be if it was a separate issue altogether. The day of the follow up appointment, the technician was at our house for about 15 minutes, took a look at the furnace, and told us that in order to determine the problem he would need to investigate further at a later appointment. When we were charged $135.00 for this short visit, and asked the technician what exactly the charge was for, his answer was that he had written the serial number of the furnace on his work order? I could have done that for him if I knew it would have saved us $135.00 In the end, our furnace was not fixed, and my brother-in-law, who is a technician in Vancouver, walked us through completing the repair ourselves over FaceTime. We would not hire this company again, it would be cheaper to fly my brother-in-law out from Vancouver to do the repairs for us.

I have used Alberta Home Services in the past for both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. I have always been happy with the service and the results. Very recently I had my carpets cleaned and some stains resurfaced. I did not have a great experience with the technician that came back for the service call. I did let the manager know about my experience on voicemail and she called me back with 24 hours. She apologized for the issue and is rectifying the problem by sending out another technician to remove the stains. Issues sometimes do occur with any company but I feel great customer service is how the company acknowledges the issue and what they do to rectify the problem. I am very pleased with the phone call I received and will continue to recommend Alberta Home Services.

Left all of our carpets dirty, left or floors dirty because of blue mats he put in. No furniture was moved. WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not use Alberta Carpet Cleaning! I guess minimum wage for a 40 year old will not convince him to even try the slightest bit on his workshift in my home! Worst Company Ever

We have used Alberta Home Services (AHS) exclusively in the past for furnace cleaning. However, we recently booked a dryer vent cleaning and had a terrible experience that compromised the safety of our family. After the vent cleaning was completed, our dryer got exceptionally hot and blew the heating element. The dryer repair cost hundreds of dollars and was a result of a plugged dryer vent which was just cleaned by AHS. We then hired Dryer Vent Wizard, who I would highly recommend, to properly and thoroughly clean the dryer vent. The vent blockage could have easily caused a fire in our home and even the AHS website states “Dryer vents are a leading cause of in-house fires in Calgary”. Since these occurrences, AHS has been very difficult to deal with and has offered us atrocious customer service which is strange given that their actions resulted in a safety risk to our family. I would strongly caution against using this Calgary-based company for any services because if anything goes wrong, they won’t take responsibility.

So, I really was taken in by the roto whip cleaning. It seems that roto whip is not used for the top floor vents and the basement vents cannot be opened as per the rep. So, basically, this is what they do. They blow through air on the top floor vents, they blow through air on the basement vent, then use roto whip near the furnace by making one to two holes in the ducting and then cover it up. If anyone is assuming that each vent is roto whip cleaned, you may be mistaken. Atleast, mine was not. So, I was taken in by the marketing around roto whip assuming that it will be used in all of the vents, but it was not. Maybe my expectations were wrong or the team was in a hurry or the procedure is not clear. Next time I need to try a company where each vent is roto whip cleaned. Other than that, the team was professional and answered most of my questions.

I had Alberta home services come today and do a furnace cleaning. They charged me an extra $180 dollars for the extra 18 vents over the 10 that come with the cleaning. This would be a fair price if their idea of vent cleaning wasn't shooting air down a vent and for 3 seconds and then not replacing the vents properly. I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life.

I booked after reading reviews online. Mike who came to the house was very friendly and seemed like he knew what he was doing. It was a total upsell and it was VERY expensive. I was not expecting it to be so much money. Especially since he was in the house for less than 2 hours. The price you pay is different than what they talk about on the phone. The carpet on the basement is now full of wrinkles. Hopefully they will fix it.

ordered furnace cleaning services 2 years ago. for some reason one furnace after services always has dust burning smell everytime when I open it. I know it is common when you first operate it for a season but this happen all the time. before don't really have that problem. anyway, my home has two furnaces. and I don't need to open that furnace for the basement. i am not complaining here, but I will find another company to do the furnace cleaning services this time. try to see some differences. I checked inside of furnaces after them gone. it was cleaned inside. maybe there is something wrong inside the burning area as this furnace is over 30 year old. maybe it is time to retire it.

I booked furnace and duct cleaning. The two guys who arrived were far more interested in selling me extra services than they were in cleaning. I paid over $400 for furnace and duct cleaning plus cleaning three bathroom fans. Then they tried to tell me my furnace needed a new motor which could cost $500-$750. I had already had the furnace checked by an HVAC technician who said it was working fine so I declined this extra “service.” The furnace, duct, and bathroom fan cleaning was done on December 4 and I am still cleaning up dust from my furnace, vents, and bathroom fans. If I could give zero stars I would. This company used to do good work a few years ago but not any more.
