I went for the Contour Light and Vibration Therapy. I received both but learned a lot more than I was expecting to. The nutritionist was SUPER nice and I really feel that she took the time to get to know my internal issues and goals and recommend services that would best support that. As for the actual therapies... the Contour Light Therapy was so relaxing. I'm 90% sure I took a nap because I feel like I heard myself snoring. It's like being cuddled in a warm blanket. The Vibration Therapy was cool! There's this machine and you stand on it and it jiggles all your bits around. My body felt like jello after but it also felt like it exercised my muscles. For sure going back if for no other reason than to take a nap and wake up having lost inches!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- 5 stars!! I have had borderline crippling chronic back pain for the last 3 years, and never went to a chiropractor except to have an initial exam. After realizing how expensive it was, and how bad my insurance was, I never went back and just thought "this is my life now". A few years passed, we moved states, kind of moved on with life, and my pain got progressively worse. My husband's job has full coverage and provides amazing health insurance benefits, and so we figured, why not give it a 2nd chance!? We searched the world wide web and found a Chiropractor tailored to not only our needs, but our beliefs as well. We absolutely love the staff at Motus!! I'm not gonna lie, I was a little nervous because of just how much pain I have lived with. I didn't remember a time / life before then NOT in pain. I expressed my concerns, and decided to give it a shot. If Dr. Lucas couldn't fix my back, then it would truly take a miracle from God, and I was a lost cause. This place was perfect for a first time visit to a chiropractor ever. I went in to schedule an appointment and was scheduled next day. Prior to coming for the appointment it is specified that the first visit is for a full assessment and no adjustments are done to ensure the proper plan of care. The assessment was very thorough and followed up with X-rays on site. Due to the appointment after mine being cancelled, Dr. Maass interpreted my X-rays and spent the extra time with me establishing the plan and to do the proper adjustments. All this was done while other staff worked on verifying my insurance payments and my out of pocket costs. The office was very clean and welcoming. All staff was helpful going out of their way to ensure things went smoothly for my first visit.

I have been living with chronic back pain for the past few years. I had seen Motus Chiropractic on Facebook and started reading their reviews which were overwhelming positive. I called to set an appointment and Amy was the first person I spoke to. She was so nice and friendly. Because of my work schedule she was able to schedule me a massage appointment that would work for me. Thank you, Amy. I go to my appointment, and I have to say, I had one of the best massages in my life. I wake up every morning with my back hurting. After my massage, I felt significantly better. Jared was able to isolate all the knots that were causing the pain. Throughout the whole session, he explained why my muscles were getting fatigued and causing the issues. In the past, I would get a massage and leave in the same condition as I had already been in. Not this time. There is a night and day difference in how I feel. I really am so grateful to Jared. Not only for making me feel better, but also for sacrificing his Saturday for my appointment. For what it’s worth, Motus Chiropractic will have a customer for life. I was not familiar with chiropractic treatments. I was pleasantly surprised. I had neck and shoulder pain from lifting at work as a nurse. Dr. Maass diagnosed my condition quickly and started a treatment plan with spinal adjustments. My pain was relieved in a matter of days! I would give them 10 stars!! The last day of vacation I took a tumble, messing up my back and muscles down my leg. Simply pressing the gas pedal on the drive to their office excruciating and I walked into the appointment in tears barely able to walk. The whole staff sprung into action like a well trained ER team!! An X-ray was taken, then Dr Jeremy made gentle adjustments to the identified area. Given my pain level, I was very anxious about that portion, but he was very easy and I felt an immediate relief to the lower back. Then followed time in the awesome de-compression chair (LOVE that chair), followed by massage therapy with Jared to aleve pain in my angry hamstring and calf. They also sent me home with some Deep Blue cream, which is fantastic!! Follow-up appointments have involved further adjustment, more of the wonderful chair, much needed massage for those still angry muscles and targeted stretching exercises, each visit resulting in marked improvement. Due to their intervention, I have been able to get restful sleep and continue caring for my clients. It is wonderful to have such a caring and knowledgeable staff to help relieve pain and provide healing without having to take loads of medicine to dull the pain. I am so grateful and thankful for the many options of treatment Motus provides.

Jarod massage therapist was great! Facility is currently built with no sound barrier from reception so the noise is constant. The lighting is pretty bright also. I'm definitely more used to a spa setting with individual cubicles to set a more soothing and cozy mood. They did say they were remodeling soon. Hope they can fix the atmosphere soon because Jarod is an excellent therapist and I would like to come back.
