I was referred to YFC through a business associate who found Dr. Ali's techniques and teachings to be most successful in alleviating his intense back pain. In just the first two visits, Dr. Ali sent me for an x-ray, then demonstrated and explained what subluxations are and how they were negatively impacting on my mobility and more importantly, overall health. After just three adjustments in the same week, my back was feeling 90% better and now one month into a regular schedule of visits, I feel increased mobility and am able to enjoy walking, golfing and cycling again. At over 60 years of age, this was, incredibly, my first experience with a chiropractor and my only regret is not having tried this earlier in my life. I do highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone at any age who is experiencing mobility issues.

I started off my relationship with York Family Chiropractic at their other location in York Region 3-4 years ago. I found them online. Dr. Ipchilar is excellent with his treatments and I definitely noticed a difference in my health. I had constant headaches, and low back pain. My headaches are very very rare now. All of their staff are really kind. I’ve also been seeing Anita, the acupuncturist for treatments too. After a session with her, my body feels very relaxed ????. I definitely would recommend them. Plus they are pretty affordable if you’re don’t have insurance.

I have been coming about two weeks due to my lower back pain from my work injury. And Dr.Ali was very transparent about what was going on in my body. In the span of two weeks, the blood pressure medications I have been prescribed in 2020 has been reduced to half. My blood pressure has decreased from 150 to 138 over 83, which is incredible and I truly feel it more steady. Dr. Ali Ipchilar from York Family Chiropractic, is an amazing doctor. In 2007, I was punched in the face while working at a nursing home by an massive elderly person. I suffered trigeminal neuralgia and suffered pains and numbness throughout my face. My medical doctor referred me to a specialist who was injecting me with 15 botox shots each month for ten years from 2007-2017. The pain would not go away, I lost my drivers license, couldn't work anymore. It affected me everyday and made my life miserable. By the grace of god, I was referred by a co-worker who told me that Dr Ali was a great doctor and I should get checked out and figure out what is wrong with my body. The first day that I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and felt like I walked into a very caring clinic, the staff and doctor are amazing. I had been suffering for the last seven years and could not figure out what to do. I've been coming here for almost 4year now and it was the best decision of my life. I feel 100% better and continue coming regarly to prevent my problem from coming back. He is so amazing that I take the bus an hour and a half each way to get my adjustments. It’s already a month now when I went to Dr. Ali and asked for help about my lower back pain, never ending headache and stiffness of my upper back. I can’t bend properly and even put my socks and shoes on, and also it’s so hard for me to sleep at night. So he did the assessment and had an x-ray first before he will start the adjustment. He will explain everything on how our bones affects our entire body and our well being. First thing he asked me if I have a headache and I said yes always! Since I slipped on the floor and hurt my back my headache keeps coming back. And I never take pain reliever as long as I can handle it but since that incident happened, I have to take it everyday. Then first day of adjustment, I don’t know what to say but it seems like magic because my headache is gone and my back feels so much better. I can do normal things that I used to do. I can sleep better now and not waking up because of the pain. Thank you so much Dr. Ali! Your amazing! His location is very accessible and his clinic is clean organize and has a nice music!

I was referred to see Dr. Ipchilar by a friend. I originally came to see Dr. Ipchilar at YFChiropractic for severe lower back pain and neck pain. I used to suffer with pain which travelled down my right leg from my hips all the way down to my ankle. My neck pain was also on my right side and the pain was so excruciating, that I had to turn my whole body to look to the side - I was unable to turn my head due to the severe pain in my neck. Dr. Ipchilar, diagnosed my problem, explained what I needed to do and showed me the way to get my health back on track for ultimate wellness. The service at YFChiropractic is excellent. Dr. Ipchilar listened, asked questions to get to the bottom of my problem. I never felt rushed. He always has time to listen and give his best recommendation. Since I started care with Dr. Ipchilar, almost 3 years now, I am able to walk daily, exercise, and I am able to do my daily routine without the aggravating and nagging pain I used to have. Life has become more enjoyable to me now. One advice that I would give someone who has never gone to a chiropractor is to GIVE IT A TRY, because self care is so important.
