Consider yourself lucky if you start attending this clinic. Having been to numerous chiropractors and physiotherapists, I can tell you that this place is special. Dr Scott is a chiropractor who has more knowledge than any MD I've ever met. The knowledge and techniques he uses far surpass those in this field. Unlike most chiros who usher you in and out in five minutes, he spends a great deal of time with you. Being his patient is a blessing. I can't say enough great things!

Lauren and her team work together to support each other's efforts to help their clients heal. They are aligned in their philosophy about being practical and teaching you what you need to know to care for yourself. But what I found most surprising is Lauren's creativity in finding solutions that are suitable to the individual. And I what I appreciated the most is that, as a team, they are focused on getting you 'back in action' on your terms and with your best interests in mind. I would like to add a few comments about the specific practitioners that I have seen at the clinic, in addition to Lauren. Thi-Ut Nguyen (Physiotherapist) truly cares about your progress. She is mindful of the patient's personal response to different treatments and knows how to navigate different options to generate the best response in a specific individual. Her optimism and friendliness make physiotherapy a really comfortable process. She's very encouraging about all you can do to help yourself with self care. Deborah Mechanic (Chiropractor) has unique skills as a chiropractor, as she's also a yoga instructor. She is able to provide really valuable tips about modifying exercises to accommodate injuries and other limitations. She is extremely patient centred and goes above and beyond with responsiveness. To assist in my learning, she made videos of the stretches and modifications she recommended for me! Jennifer Harvey (Physiotherapist) makes the most of her time with her patients. She is really skilled at juggling different treatments and recommending exercises and stretches to do on your own, to promote healing. Her high energy enthusiasm is very encouraging to do the work necessary to get back in action!

Ask for Dr. Cory Grosman, he is a fantastic chiropractor! I first went to see Dr. Cory following a motor vehicle collision in May 2014. Dr. Cory was able to assess my injuries and started me on a treatment plan that led to a full recovery. I was again exposed to Dr. Cory recently when I consulted with him regarding headaches I had been experiencing. He once again undertook a thorough assessment and, after only one appointment, was able to eliminate my headaches. Dr. Cory is a pleasure to deal with and I was impressed to learn he also does acupuncture treatments. I would definitely recommend, and will continue to utilize, Dr. Cory's services.

The staff is always friendly when I call or walk in. They are very accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Lauren has always been on schedule for my appointments and when she has more time then the half hour that is allotted for my treatment, she will continue to treat me and not charge me for the extra time spent. She has always been very helpful in explaining in detail why I am feeling the way I am and how I can correct it. I know that if I have a question I can always call and ask. I especially appreciate her taking the time to explain what she is doing and why she is doing it, and how she uses the diagrams that she has in her office to help explain what is going on in my body. I would highly recommend her as I have been suffering with chronic back pain for 14 years and have finally found someone who can help me. I wouldn't go to any other Chiropractor in North York or Toronto.

Dr. Lauren is the best chiropractor that I have ever been to and I have seen several before. She truly cares about her patients and treating them to feel better. She is very friendly and I feel very comfortable around her. Many times if she has extra time, she goes above the allotted time and gives extra treatment at no cost. She explains in detail what she is doing and gives recommendations on how to self-treat in between appointments. Everyone at the office is very friendly and overall it is a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. I am always able to book appointments and work around my busy schedule. Dr. Lauren works to accommodate her patients schedule which I really appreciate. I am so happy to have found Dr. Lauren, I have recommended her to friends and family, and encourage others to go and see her.

Amazing place! Found this facility through Vox Neuro for a cognitive health assessment as I’ve had several concussions and am dealing with brain fogginess. After the cognitive health assessment, they took the time to review the results with me in-depth and really listen to the symptoms I’m still experiencing. We came up with a plan together to start seeing Thi-Ut to help with some physical therapy sessions. Thi did an amazing job explaining how all parts of our bodies are connected, and educating me on what I can do to start feeling better. After about 1 month of visits I felt like I was able to make small tweaks to my lifestyle through her advice that really help led with my symptoms. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with post concussion symptoms even if they’re slight. You’ll be amazed at the help they’ll offer you!

I’ve been going to Back in Action for a couple of years because my neck gets stiff due to age related spinal degradation. Lauren regularly treats me and I feel like the tin man getting his squeaky neck oiled up. It’s such a relief when I finish an appointment with her. I’m now stuck at home during the Covid19 isolation (it’s about 6 weeks now). My neck is really locked up and it’s becoming very clear to me the great work that Lauren does.

Thi-Ut changed my whole life. I have been wearing an AFO brace for about 10 years. I was told I had drop foot by a neurologist. After speaking with Thi-Ut, she realized it was my toe that had a problem not my whole foot. She used tape to hold my toes together. I don't need to use a brace anymore. This is life changing for me!
