Love love LOVE Polo Park Chiropractic Centre! They are so incredibly accommodating to people like us who live up north. We make last minute appointments and sometimes miss appointments because of flight delays etc and they never fail to try and squeeze us in for treatment. The chiropractors are absolutely fabulous. They get me in, find out what the problem is, fix me, and send me on my way feeling a million times better every single time. We also love their always friendly and welcoming receptionist who deals with all our appointment changes with no hesitation at all. I would absolutely recommend this Clinic to anyone who has chiropractic issues and pain.

Everyone at Polo Park Chiropractic Centre is amazing and friendly. I started off with seeing Kim (one of the RMTs) who had suggested I also start seeing Dr. Steven Gulowaty about some of the pains i was having on a constant basis. After the assessment, he explained a lot of the problems I had and how they were linked to a lot of the pains i was having and then came up with a plan with me to get my body aligned as it should be. I've noticed a huge improvement with my life since I've been going.

I've been a few chiropractors in the past but the thing that sets Dr. Gulowaty apart from the rest is that he really takes his time to get to know you and your concerns. I liked how there was an initial assessment and he explained why something is out of alignment, and educated me on how to prevent certain issues from happening again. I've noticed a huge difference since going there for about a year now!

To start with, Dr. Steven was able to get to the root of my chronic back pain on the first appointment. That was how I knew I was at the right place right away. He found precisely where the pain was, and why. He immediately made a plan on how to fix my many issues, and explained it all in plain language so I could understand. Despite a 3 month estimate for repair, I could feel the adjustments after 1 month, and at 2 months I finally know what a back is supposed to feel like (HECK YEAH NO PAIN!) He'll ask how your day is going rather than just treat you and leave, and is a genuinely kind doctor. He also worked with me to set up a new work out routine that wouldn't cause the back pain to return, when I told him I enjoy going to the gym. Let's also give a round of applause to Amanda who puts up with my schedule changing at the drop of a hat, and lets me adjust my appointments anyway! She is fantastic, and hyper efficient at her job. She makes appointments run super smooth, and all the little things people hate about going to the doctor disappear under her care and vigilance. I feel like there's a lot more to say, but these are the highlights of my experience so far.

When I first walked into the Chiropractic Centre, it was super clean and the staff were very welcoming. Dr. Steven was very patient in explaining on what was going on with my neck and back pain. He took the time to explain in detail on why and how I can relief the stress on it. He answered all my questions and I am currently on my 3rd treatment with him and I can immediately tell the difference. I have been seeing Dr Steve for 2 years now. I came in with severe back pain to the point it was a struggle to put on my socks in the morning or even get out of bed. At least once a year my back would give out and I would be bed ridden for 3 days. Ever since I have seen Dr Steve I have had none of these isaues. I live in Rankin Inlet where we don't have chiropractic services but I happened to go to Polo Park Mall to shop but ended up walking in to Polo Park Chiropractic center. They took me in right away. Was looking for a new chiropractor and came here as I was in desperate need of an adjustment and it was close to work. I expected to have an initial consult however was not expecting to hear that they could not treat me with out seeing X-rays first. He was able to easily pin point all my trouble spots however when I said that this was something I could not afford, I was given an "oh well" shoulder shrug and look. I have been seeing chiropractors since I was 14 and have never needed X-rays. Not even after any one of the 4 car accidents. This to me felt like a cash grab and I ended up not attending my follow-up. Maybe had I recently been in an accident and it was a fresh injury X-rays would be necessary but if you're not able to do chiropractic without imagining, you don't have my trust or business.

He is very clever and knowledgeable in the field of Chiropractic care. And Kim, my massage therapist, is very very good. She is so kind, considerate, heartfelt, and very good at her job. She has not once failed to answer the many many questions I have asked. The whole staff are very warm, friendly, accommodating, and have a fantastic sense of humor. I am not really a believer of Chiropractic treatment but that has changed when my husband damaged his rotator cuff. He went to Polo Park Chiropractor and had a session with Dr. Steven G, in just a couple of sessions, his shoulders have improved. He is also helpful in giving tips on how to rehabilitate the shoulders for faster recoup (win for us coz we dont have to pay extra for the rehab tips????). As for myself, i was reluctant at first but i had to do it to believe it. To cut the story short, I'm already on my 5th sesh. I have never felt so light yet stronger before, i don't know what kind of magic spell (wink) is that but it's definitely worth a try. THIS OFFICE - it's really a gem under the mall!!
