Just to start, I want to say that Reena Pathak restored my faith in chiropractic. I had very bad experiences in the past that hurt me more than they helped me and Reena was great not only with her knowledge but also putting me at ease. I had spent 4-5 months in Physio with a little improvement before getting lucky getting an opening due one of her clients cancelling and she had my fixed in a number of weeks. She is someone who clearly takes pride in her work, and someone who knows her clients very well. I’m very thankful to have come across her, and I recommend her to anyone dealing with pain.

She has the magic touch. I sit at a desk all day and I would see her several times a year for adjustments. She knows exactly where my pain is when I tell her my symptoms. She would literally touch the pained area and will use techniques to alleviate it. Very professional and personable. I always tell her to work her magic and she never fails. Never rushed. Dr. Reena goes above and beyond! She spends time with you and does a thorough assessment. It isn't just in and out and the same treatment every time. She keeps herself educated with the latests, educates and instructs other health care professionals and continuously certifies herself in the latest modalities. She cares about her patients and explains everything. She just helped my 5 week old newborn with a neck mass issue. She is less irritable and gaining the strength in her neck after one treatment. Dr. Reena Pathak is one of the most caring and attentive chiropractic doctors I have seen. She listens attentively and takes the time to answer questions. I have seen chiropractors for many years, and I moved to Windsor in 2011. I was seeing another chiropractor, and their hours changed and it was no longer convenient. Dr Reena's hours are very flexible even though by appointment. She is very accomodating. I decided to see her based on reviews I saw from RateMyMD or something like that. When I got in a car accident, I didn't hesitate to go see her instead of physiotherapy cause Dr Reena is so caring and understanding. I like how she never seems to rush me and makes sure I know what what was wrong with me before she started to treat me. She explained everything to me so I could understand, which made me feel comfertble. Being in an accident is scary. I injured my neck and had whiplash in my neck and back from an accident. She explained all the treatment she did and made sure if i had questions i could ask. She helped me a lot. She gave me exercises to make sure i stay healthy and also got me these good vitamins from a company she orders in her office. They are the best things i have ever tried and I feel more energetic. I now continue to see her regularly for chiropractic care, and it keeps me healthy and feeling great. She is super sweet and a great chiropractor, i would recommend her to anyone along with the massage therapists in her office. Without all of them I don't know how i could have functioned or felt better cause of the accident. If you are looking for a chiropractor, see her.

Dr reena is super nice. She is friendly and very good and getting to figure out what is wrong. She spent the time to see what was wrong and treated me and got me better in a few visits. I did see another chiro before and all they did was ask where the pain was and cracked me. Dr reena took the time to do a bunch of tests and figured out the exact issue. The time she spends with you and answering questions makes you feel comfy and her treatments for me were effective and got me better.

Dr. Pathak is an extremely passionate and outgoing chiropractor. I went to see her during the stressful point of my life where I needed my back adjusted and I also needed some acupuncture. I was not a firm believer about acupuncture but I definitely saw the benefits after a couple of trials with Dr. Pathak . She clearly cares about her work and also about her clients. Every session that I had with her she would carefully listen to what I was telling her and she would adjust our sessions accordingly. Many of other chiropractors I’ve gone through only care about the money but it’s clear that she doesn’t she wants to help with the best of her ability. I have seen her for a couple of weeks and now that I’m all done and feeling better I see her occasionally whenever I just need an adjustment. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and anyone else reading this review. She is well committed and I would only trust her with my chiropractic needs.

I have to say this office is doing their COVID Screens well. I am kinda glad to see that things are getting done in office. I know i am safe, but i guess this is why screening is done to rule out for everyone's saftey. I was a new patient today and i passed the COVID questions, and this offices does temperature checks. I took a hot shower before my appointment and i was sweating. I got to sit and cool off for about 20 minutes but the thermometer ready high so i was not allowed to be treated due to not passing screening. It's good to see offices screening, but I am also disappointed that i could not be treated. I guess i gotta go to where i used to go since they know me.
