I heard about QNRT through a testimony on Facebook. The person was talking about how it helped them with their anxiety. I knew I needed to try this! My anxiety can sometimes have a profound effect on my life. It can prevent me from participating in events and cause me grave digestive problems from all the worry. Sometimes I can go weeks without having a panic attack and sometimes they can occur from the smallest of things. I didn't know what to expect from QNRT but I was willing to try anything if it would help. Through the process, I was able to deal with lingering effects from occurrences in my past. Some of these situations I had completely forgotten about, but clearly they still held some "power" over me. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt so welcomed! The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Ginette immediately felt like an old friend. I was comfortable sharing my experiences knowing they would remain confidential. It's been just over 3 months, and I've noticed big changes. Things that would have triggered me, no longer do. Panic attacks are much fewer and farther between. Beyond my anxiety, I have lost a lot of my anger - things that bothered me for so long no longer seem worth my time. I have learned to let a lot of things go. I sleep better. My dreams are no longer 'haunted' by my past. Little by little my partner and I notice the positive changes in me. I highly recommend giving this therapy a try. I'm ready to put myself into situations I would have never even considered 4 months ago, and see how I can continue to succeed!
