Dr. Bill Russell is absolutely amazing! He has helped me tremendously in getting my health back in order. I was overweight and tried his Chirothin program. I was skeptical at first but you really can lose 20 lbs in six weeks! I'm 5'3" and went from 144lbs to 123lbs. I started the program in May and I've kept it off. I'm now 120lbs :) six months later. The best part of the program is that I got rid of my sugar addiction. I no longer crave sugar or chocolates. It's a tough program but Dr. Bill's support and monitoring keeps you on track. I feel lighter and more energetic than ever.
