I have only good to say about Roper Ave Chiropractic. Carlos is always accommodating and good with rescheduling an appointment if you can't make it for some reason. And as for the work he does it's awesome! About 10 years ago when I had sciatica, I went to Emergency and they wanted to pump me full of drugs. I was recommended to Carlos and he worked miracles and my sciatica was gone and it hasn't come back! I would rather do alternate treatment than drugs any day! I recommend him where ever or when ever I am in a conversation about chiropractic treatment and I swear by it always...it's the way to go naturally. Thank you Carlos! You're the best in White Rock!

I am a semi-retired male who has played various contact sports most of his adult life. I have been troubled by re-occurring and, at times, debilitating lower and mid back problems for years. Severe muscle spasms resulted, on one occasion, in a 3 day hospital stay during a hockey tournament. I found that a regular maintenance program with a knowledgeable and professional chiropractor worked wonders in avoiding or mitigating further issues. I have been a patient of Dr. Carlos Lapena for almost ten years. I would highly recommend this health care professional to anyone experiencing issues related to back and/or neck pain. I continue to find him knowledgeable, trustworthy and an excellent communicator. His demeanour is always patient and amiable.

Roper Avenue Chiropractic often has openings or will accommodate drop-in visits. Prices are reasonable, some similar Chiropractic services require costly machine testing or assessments and more lengthy appointment times and long waits for the appointment. At Roper Avenue Chiropractic time is spent with thorough examinations and the majority of the time spent on corrective adjustments. Not in the waiting room. Or waiting in a treatment room. From my experience, when Roper Avenue Chiropractic is open, the phone is answered, if they are not open there is an answering machine and messages are answered. Good service. Five stars.

Dr. Lapena is one of the best! After injuring my back, Dr. L not only had me back to running and exercising within a week, he also fully explained the details of my injury and what to do in order to support and prevent it from happening again.
