From almost 15 years I had severe backach, neck pain, cervical, sciatica & vertigo. Got rid of most of the pain after visiting Dr Parm. He is really knowledgeable and experienced person. He has immense knowledge of chiropractic as well as Kinesiology which make his techniques really unique. Not one Covid question was asked upon arrival or prior to the apt, no temperature check, no pregnancy pillow even tho I listed this on the booking (currently 38 weeks pregnant) and unfortunately the worst massage I’ve ever had. I listed areas to be worked on and not one was addressed and I left feeling the same as I walked in. So disappointed

I highly recommend Parm to everyone and anyone. He doesn't just make adjustments and send you on your way. He helps get to the root of the problem(s) and he will educate you on what is wrong and what he will do to help, as well as give you exercises to do on your own to make you better faster. i have been coming to the south surrey clinic for the past couple months. the staff are great and have been helpful in my recovery. i hate to leave a bad complaint but I think its necessary. my only complaint with this clinic is that the mask policy doesnt seem to apply here. i have seen staff and people in the waiting area not wearing a mask or following covid protocols. the waiting area is always full of clients and there doesnt seem to be a limit on how many people are allowed at once. sometimes there is no one at the reception desk at all. covid does not seem to be taken seriously here. when i was last here there was a person sitting next to me without a mask. no one from the staff offered a mask to this person. this made me uneasy. i only got 1 covid form on my first appointment. no one after that asked me to do another covid form for the rest of my appointments. no one even asked me any covid related questions in person. please take covid more seriously !

This was the first time I went to a chiro after years and I was pleasantly surprised how much better I felt after the treatment. Parm is SO knowledgeable and explained each step of my treatment plan and did such a good job on alleviating the pain from my migraines. Would definitely recommend him !
