I can't say enough good things about this place. It's very inviting and relaxing. Great staff and great experience. Everything is easy and professional. Gina is absolutely incredible! I've never gone to a naturopath before and I am so thankful that I went to Gina. She made me feel so comfortable and understood. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and wants the best for her clients. She explained everything to me really well and made what could be an overwhelming experience something that I really enjoyed.

I go to this clinic to see Quinn Rose (multiple times now) for acupuncture. I highly recommend her. Shes very nice, super knowledgable in her field and has this very calm approachable energy about her. She does gua sha, cupping, and acupuncture. She really takes the time to really listen and make you feel like shes actually listening to what your chief concerns are. The acupuncture needles dont hurt at all, 90% of the time I dont even know shes putting them in. I've seen her for seasonal allergies, body aches and pains, and other personal issues and I always feel better when I leave the clinic. If you are thinking about trying acupuncture, give Quinn a try.

This is a full service wellness centre with excellent parking and access. I've been seeing Paul (chinese medicine) and a few other practitioners for many years now because of chronic pain that has been with me for decades. Paul has the vision to see deeper than the skin surface and right into the spirit of mind and body. I suppose this might be patient dependent, but he has been pivotal in my pain management system. This is because of what he saw in my spirit rather than the symptoms I presented. I've experienced literally EVERY type of western medicine pain treatment with limited success. What Paul pointed me towards was an identification of a keyhole of my pain and it was up to me to identify the key. Only a being with such patience and awareness and empathy has been able to direct my energy correctly so that I could finally be liberated from decades of suffering.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Quinn the acupuncturist for the past three visits for a repetitive shoulder injury and I had to say how wonderful of a job she does! She explains everything she does and makes me feel so absolutely comfortable during the entire service. I was an absolute nervous needler but she’s so knowledgeable and respectful I can neither feel the needles nor do I have any fear when she’s in charge. In my three visits I’ve already had quite a noticeable change in my injury and went from chronic every day pain to often forgetting I ever had shoulder pain, which is such a relief. If you’re like me and nervous about needles then do yourself a favour and see Quinn, her “bedside manner” is so comforting you’ll be just as won over as I am. I won’t even start on how relaxing the whole experience is but to say the least you’re going to have to drag me out of there as I will be very reluctant to leave.

I came to Living Wellness after recently having moved to the area and needing an acupuncturist. Raeghan was came highly recommended by a nurse friend of mine and if anyone knows nurses are highly critical of other healthcare professional because we expect nothing but the best. I had previously had acupuncture done at another facility but never went back after a few treatments because they didn't seem sincere about what they were doing. With Raeghan I feel supported, she treats me with more care about what my goals are than I may even have myself. She listens, counsels, is thorough, and she is a specialist in fertility and kicks butt at it. She has sorted out all of my supplements and explained each of them gradually so I wasn't overwhelmed. If you need an acupuncturist you need to see Raeghan. She will maximize your goals and money spent and loves what she does more than anyone I have met. I noticed a difference in my cycles immediately after the first treatment and I know that sounds crazy but it's true. Not only this but she also spends time organizing events where she offers her services for charities like mental health. I highly recommend her!
