Great place to go,if you have to.Got a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago,very painful but i did what i was told and today i hit 120 degrees bending and still improving.Big thanks to Vicky and Scott and the rest of their team.They explain each step and its importance,which is very crucial moving forward.Miles to go but im on the right path thanks to the folks at Lifemark.Thank you/Dale

I have been to Lifemark six times and I saw Tanisara Velji for physio for a broken wrist. The experience was great. Tanisara was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was great as well. I enjoyed my time with Tanisara and Lifemark.

Thank you Tanisera! I had severe tendinitis/tennis elbow in both my arms. Tanisera Helped me with deep tissue, ultrasound and acupuncture. My arms finally have no more pain! She was such a pleasant person to deal with. Super nice. And she knew exactly what she was doing. She’s very good at her job. This was my first time ever going to Phisio therapy and I would highly recommend her and LifeMark to anyone who is suffering problems that physiotherapy can assist with.

As we age, we anticipate some aches and pains.. well I had an ache in my hip that made it difficult to lift my leg, stairs were painful, and even putting on shoes and socks hurt. After TWO treatments... the pain was GONE. I could bend again, lift my leg again, put my socks and shoes on without pain. I highly suggest if you are dealing with a health issue you think is just age... check out Vicki, at Lifemark Physio before you concede to the pain and discomfort.

My Doctor prescribed physiotherapy for my back issues as chiropractic wasn't able to relieve the pain from my degenerative disc disease anymore. I went to Lifemark for help and Vittoria, using Bowen Therapy techniques, managed to relieve the pain, correct my posture and allow normal function of my back and legs. Scott provided stretching and strengthening exercises that I could perform at home. Many thanks to Vittoria and Scott for helping me regain my mobility and alleviate the associated back pain. The Bowen Therapy certainly worked for me.

Highly recommend!!!! Went in due to excruciating sciatic pain with my pregnancy and within a couple physiotherapy sessions with Vittoria the pain and discomfort went away!! It has worked wonders on my body while being pregnant and I will for sure be continuing after baby is here because of how great I feel after each session. The staff is excellent and always so accommodating.

I am writing this review using my wife's google account, the review is from Dan Matu. After partial recovery from a serious car accident I started physiotherapy and massage at Lifemark in Welland. I was impressed from the very beginning by the friendly, professional attitude of everybody at the clinic: Anthony, Scott and Monique. They were always attentive to my limitations, tailoring exercises and therapy to my capabilities. Although my recovery is a work in progress due to the limits of my physical healing, I could not have reached the point where I am at right not without their guidance, work and support. I greatly appreciate the work they did for and with me. Thank You!!!

I have been receiving OUTSTANDING treatment at Life Mark Physiotheray since last April 2018 after being involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident I went there after suffering high impact injuries from mva including TBI, severe whiplash and shoulder impingement The team there was very knowledgable and have played the biggest role in my recovery starting with the administration Monique who took my first phone call and explained everything effortlessly on treatment options and health care coverages and booking appointments my physiotherapists, occupational therapist, message therapist and kinesiologist who were all on board and finally Bowen treatments that helped me with my balance and post concussion dizziness I would recommend life mark for their professionalism and compassion to their clients and making their clients feel like recovery is very possible They are a wonderful team of professionals that worked very hard in my recovery Their post surgery program has also been excellent I highly recommend Lifemark at their Welland location

I have had three visits to this clinic for a problem that has troubled me for over a year. The diagnostic procedures and subsequent treatment were beyond what I expected from the therapist, Karen. She took copious notes relating to the presenting condition and provided clear information on how to resolve the issue. I was very impressed with the exercises she recommended as well as the care she took to ensure that I was practising them properly. She followed up with explanatory videos and a customized program.
