I have been recommended to Dr Kirk by a friend who has been a long-time patient of his. He said Kirk is accommodating, fun, friendly, and above all, an expert in what he does. And boy is he!! Not only can I joke with him and just feel super relaxed, but he actually helped me with an acute problem with my knee. It took about a month and a half but due to the treatment, it's all worked itself out. Come to think of it, he's almost like a therapist. You kind of need to be fully relaxed and trust him, in order for him to be able to help your body heal. Which is what he did for me, and I could not be happier about it! He even assisted in financial terms, where he devised a payment plan that helps space out payments and reduce overall cost, which i found refreshing and very helpful for patients struggling with finance. I have had a couple of chiropractors before, and while they were great in their own ways, Kirk is just an overall awesome guy who knows what he is doing! And he has some amazingly fun pants he wears every once in a while. We all need that doctor with a sense of humour and style, don't we?

I only had my assumptions about what exactly chiropractic care was all about prior to my experience at the Life Inspired Studio a year ago. However, during my first visit, the practitioners here made sure that all my curiosities were answered, explained the course of my treatment in detail and left me feeling secure with my decision to choose this particular establishment. As a patient who has never resorted to such form of medical care, I truly appreciated the time taken to help me understand exactly what is happening. I have had previous experiences with other doctors that give remedies with no explanation as to what it is, how it works, and what it works for. At the Life Inspired Studio, this is never the case. Their approach to holistic health is what has helped me be truly mindful of my body, my mind and my entire wellbeing. To add, the facility also alludes a warm and inviting aura that makes you feel a little less like you're going to the doctor's. Overall, a great studio! Would recommend.

Staff are always friendly, prompt and provide care that is catered to my needs. I never feel rushed as I have in previous chiropractic offices where you feel like the Dr. is just hopping from one room to the next and not really listening to what you need. The clinic space itself is calming and welcoming and conveniently located. I started bringing my 3 kids over 2 years ago for preventative care and they now ask to go for their bi-weekly adjustments!
