During these trying times it’s wonderful to see how Chiani Wellness is generously giving to our community. I had the pleasure as one of their clients of receiving their newsletter with all the health professionals along with Dr Welham giving helpful wellness tips as well as Mr Ron Foss offering in this time of crisis complimentary Hypnotherapy consult session to clients in need. I had my first session today with Mr Foss or as he encouraged me to call him “Ron”. He was easy to engage with and I left our online person to person discussion truly uplifted, confident & optimistic. I was a little skeptical at first about chiro as I am used to physio therapy, and acupuncture where the sessions are long and it is very hand on. But the work dr Wellham has put in with me has literally changed my life. I could not be more thankful. She has pretty much reversed my head injury completely. If you are looking for effective chiropractic care, I highly recommend Dr Jessica Millman. When I went to see her, my back had been bothering me for three months, and physio and massage therapy (at other clinics) were ineffective. After my first visit with Jessica, I was finally able to stand for longer than 5 minutes without pain, and after twice weekly treatments, my lower back pain was gone within about two weeks. Jessica is incredibly good, she has a gentle technique, and she is also very kind and personable. I feel very fortunate that Jessica chose to practice in the Cowichan Valley. I also highly recommend Dean if you are searching for a really good massage therapist. Along with Jessica's treatments, Dean was able to provide massages that targeted the right areas in the right manner. I had had daily headaches that lingered and the neck manipulations and Dean's massages eliminated the headaches. Dean is a gifted RMT. I also want to mention that I really like the front office staff who are friendly, approachable, and professional. Overall, my experience receiving care at Chiani has been really good. You won't be disappointed.
