Laurelwood Chiropractic provides a wonderful experience as soon as you walk through the front door. The staff who greet you are warm and friendly and the location is convenient. I saw Ratna Adepu, a Physiotherapist for treatment of a hip injury and she told me what the exact issue was and what her treatment plan was with an estimate of how many sessions I would need for a full recovery. She is professional, knowledgeable and I would return there again. Ratna had previously helped me out with a shoulder injury in 2019 and relieved the pain and discomfort I was feeling and it still feels great in 2021! I highly recommend Ratna if you are in need of physiotherapy!

Hello Everyone, I have been seeing Dr. Ratna for 8 treatments at the clinic for a condition that occurred from a stroke I recently had and it is called hemi-chorea. It affected my right leg and foot. Normally this doesn’t occur in stroke patients, but in my case it did. Please Google search the ailment if you don’t know this type of residual effect from a stroke. She has done wonders for my right leg and foot with the treatments I received. She use laser treatment and electro-muscular stimulation to my foot to initiate blood flow and she has also used the latter treatment for my sciatic nerve which was affected by my ailment. She is an amazing person! So kind, joyful, caring and compassionate and she is such a truly and highly qualified physiotherapist and I am truly grateful to her and the clinic in Waterloo, Ontario for her help to heal me. I felt kind of neglected when I came for my messed up knees. All they did was slap some electrodes on them and left me there behind a curtain for a half hour. That was the extent of my 'physiotherapy.' Pretty expensive too, even with partial coverage. I ended up buying that Dr. Ho device from Costco and it worked equally as well in my humble opinion. That being said, I used to get massage therapy there and it really helped. For physio though, I'm going to look at other options.
