After 6 weeks of seeking help from multiple sources for painful breastfeeding, my midwife recommended I try going to Dr. Lederman. I was skeptical about whether it would actually work, in part because I had never been to a chiro before and because I had essentially given up on the idea that breastfeeding would ever not be painful. The first time I nursed my son after his initial assessment & adjustment I was floored to find that for the first time I wasn't in horrific pain! We continued to go for adjustments (gradually decreasing the frequency of visits) and made sure do the exercises she prescribed for my son. As a result of her help, breastfeeding is now something I no longer dread but actually look forward to. She knows her stuff and the fact that she is so warm and friendly is just a bonus - she is a miracle worker in my books!

Dr. Nicole is such a kind and knowledgeable practitioner. I was hesitant for my 6 month old son to be adjusted, however Dr. Nicole explained everything to me to ensure I was comfortable and now I have immense trust in her that I no longer require that reassurance. We’ve seen a reduction in my sons acid reflux and body tension as well as a calming of his nervous system / reactivity. Since going to Dr. Nicole for my son I decided to attend for myself personally.
