Being an engineer, I was naturally skeptical of chiro and the atlas orthogonal method. A whiplash accident in June of 2020 left me with severe and debilitating neck pain that developed months after my accident. After a while, I couldn't function or sit a computer screen without a heating pad on my neck or cycling bean bags consistently through the microwave. Chronic pain seemed to become a part of my life.....After the first 6 session I noticed huge improvements in my headache and neck symptoms (nearly 5 months post accident). If you are thinking of trying this due to a neck injury, I can tell you it worked for me in relaxing spastic and spasming neck muscles and reducing my cervicogenic headaches. Dr. Lisa Kim coached me through how to keep my neck muscles relaxed after adjustment. Be patient and give it time. I could take a fair few weeks to stick.

Two and a half years ago I was not in a good place. My regular Chiropractor that I had been regularly going to after I was in a bad car accident was retiring. I was given the impression then that no one would be able to help me going forward. Frustrated, and scared I called up Dr. Wooden's office whom I had used over the years. At that time I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Wooden was booked for three weeks in advance. I was then told there was a new Chiropractor, Dr. Jenna Kim that was working there and I could see her within the week. From there I never looked back. Dr. Jenna has been a god send to me and is way more than I ever expected a Chiropractor, a Physiotherapist, a Massage Therapist, and a caring person all built in to one. My husband now also goes to see her. Dr. Jenna Kim has since brought her sister Dr. Lisa Kim in to the practice. She is also very personable, down to earth and good at what she does. In closing I don't even mind the 3 hour commute. Sometimes the scariest parts of your life turn out to be the most rewarding! Thanks so much for everything!

Dr. Kim has helped our 9 year old finally recover from ongoing concussion symptoms (headache, pain) that were impacting her in many areas. After the first adjustment, (which is so subtle and gentle) our daughter commented that she, “Felt like a new kid.” I noticed immediately that she had a smoother walk. After several more she has regained her focus at school and speed in sports. Her headaches are gone. She’s more coordinated. Jenna is very good! Been coming to see her for about 2 month now and still can't believe that I can have no pain whatsoever in my neck and shoulders. It is amazing! After at least 15 years of discomfort and pain, going to massages, chiropractors, physio, gym etc. She got to the bottom reason and fixed it. Dr. Lisa Kim is amazing. I was having chronic back pain from my accident 3 years ago and during pregnancy, I couldn't walk for more than 15 minutes. Been doing everything my family doctor recommended: massage, physio, but nothing helped. Dr. Kim has changed all of that and although I am not 100% pain free, I do feel a lot better than before. I first started seeing Lisa late August 2019 I had 2 herniated disc in my lower spine causing scaitica in my right leg for almost 2 years. On my first visit Lisa was very informative and professional about what her finding where. Keep in mind my injury was very serious and it would take months to heal. I LOVE vitalpoint clinic. I've been seeing Dr. Lisa Kim for 2 years for my severe neck pain & cervogenic headaches. I was experiencing intense flareups that kept me from working & sleeping many nights, crying in pain. I heard about Atlas Ortho treatment thru a friend and decided to give it a try. I had tried traditional chiro where they cracked my neck & I'll never go that route again. Atlas chiro at vital point changed my life & health on my first appt. My husband and I could not praise Dr. Jenna and Dr. Lisa Kim enough. I am a teacher and move around a lot; when I arrived at Vitalpoint, I could barely move my neck and had pretty much resigned to being in terrible pain. I was taking ibuprofen and Tylenol several times a day for migraines. I was very concerned about starting school like that and felt there wasn’t enough time to get better as it was end of August. Thanks to Dr. Jenna Kim, I was able to start school and teach the kids without looking like an apple on a popsicle stick! After only a week I already felt huge relief, being able to move and sleep better. A couple of weeks later, I noticed I hadn’t taken headache medicine in days! Now, it is the end of September and I was able to start dancing club with my students again, which I didn’t think I would be able to do. I convinced my husband, who had been suffering since March with terrible piercing hip pain (had to sleep with ice often) to visit the office and he scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lisa Kim a couple of weeks ago. After his first treatment, he was able to sleep the night and was absolutely amazed by the improvement he experienced. The sharp piercing pain is gone; he still has a constant dull pain, but it doesn’t bother him when he walks or sleeps anymore, and he is very hopeful that this will heal with the help of Dr. Kim. He has had two treatments so far, and I haven’t heard the word “hip” today, HAHA! This dynamic duo really fixed us old creaky folk and returned us back to the things we love to do!!!
