The paradox of chiropractic is that (a) it is a therapy each of us needs in modern life to keep the nervous system working properly but (b) the traditional adjustments tend to be aggressive and uncomfortable, and don't seem to last very long. Dr Val is a practitioner of a system which uses gentle non-aggressive adjustments that will "entrain" the body and last longer. Most people tend to fall asleep during the session.

I have been receiving treatment for the past five years. Dr. Val has given me treatment through my stress management, pregnancies and falls. She is very knowledgeable about holistic treatment and we appreciate her treatment to all our family members. The office is clean, warm and welcoming. There is great care and attention to detail in the office; from the socks and hair ties to the natural hand sanitizers provided to the clients during treatment. Recently (December 2019), she provided an appreciation event to her clients and I enjoyed that very much. I highly recommend this place.

I previously had quite the misaligned spine, but after a year of treatments I was provided with photographic comparisons as evidence that the treatments led to the re-alignment of my spine. Sessions were quite relaxing and treatment was simple, often requiring little movement on the patient's part mid-session (the flexing of toes, shifting of the head) to the point that I could take a quick nap. The treatment room has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, often accompanied by soothing music. The waiting room is quite accommodating, outlets for charging devices, additional seating, up to date tabloids and home movies for the children to enjoy. Overall highly recommended clinic, Dr. Valerie Fitzpatrick is sure to help.
