I don't know why nobody has left any reviews here when all services seem to have a great effect on their patients. All patients that I saw while in the clinic looked very satisfied and content with their treatment. So did I, when had an hour massage from Victoria, the female RMT there, and chiropractic from Dr. Djeddi for my chronic neck and shoulder and low back pain post-MVA that occurred 2 and half years ago. They all were so nice and warm-hearted and very professional but friendly at the same time. They knew what they are doing and How they can fix my concerns with great home care plan too. I have been going to the clinic for both of Victoria and Dr. Djeddi for almost half an year. By far, I can say with confidence that they make a good combination to get through my pains. I usually start my treatment with Dr. Djeddi and then finish with an hour massage from Victoria. She is amazing knowing how to balance therapeutic and relaxation effect in one session. Starting with relaxation she deals with my body therapeutically with quite many different techniques and ends with relaxation, relieving my fatigue as well as the pains. I'm seeing her either Tuesdays or Thursdays as she is only available that days during the week in the clinic.

My first appointment was amazing! I had never been to a Chiropractor before, but a short time after I had a pain in my back due to a bad cough, a co-worker suggested that I visit a one. I had heard some bad stories about ppl feeling worse after going to see a Chiropractor, but at that point I decided I should go see what they could do to fix my issue. I found the [clinic] by googling chiropractors around my workplace and they had the best reviews. I saw Dr. Djeddi, she assessed me and treated me that day. I felt SO much better when I walked back to work and by my second appointment I am happy to say I'm almost back to 100%. Dr. Djeddi is a miracle worker who really knows her craft. She saved me from a lot of unnecessary pain and I am very thankful for her and her services (her staff is great as well).

Good place, clean, nice people, the massage was good and I think we’re gonna come back. Just a few things: - when we arrived at the building we ask to the security guard at witch floor was the unit, he said at the 12th floor. Ok, we press the button in the lift but we realize that for going to the 12th floor we need a pass. How is it possible that anyone said to us? When we booked the appointment and the security guard nether.. bah.. - We booked for 45 min. They charge us 60 min. on the payment. I let the receptionist know that there was an error. She (so gentle and nice) try to give us the money back with the machine but it doesn’t work (she didn’t know how to do it). So the solution was ask to che therapist to was to make one our of work. That’s ok.. but there was no choice.

Throughout my overall experience, I felt uncomfortable. I felt that I was treated more as a business, as I was referred to a physiotherapist once it was evident I had insurance money only for physiotherapy. That is just how I felt. I left with the same intensity of pain so in the end I decided to go to the emergency to get x-rays done, as it was not possible to get them at the[clinic] . I found it very expensive for an initial consultation. The receptionist however was very pleasant.

My pressure-related migraines have improved to light headaches from debilitating migraines in only three sessions, although there was considerable relief after the very first one. Dr. Shakiba Djeddi is pure Magic! I walked into the clinic unable to move, pale and in pain left with significant mobility and significantly less pain. So much so that occupational health and safety was concerned and sent me on to get treated. The only thing that would stop the pain was to stay still. She was able to quickly identify neck injury related issues that I had previously mentioned to my Dr's but never got any response to. Not only did she identify these but she was also able to identify the root of what I was fluffing off as migraines among many other things and provide help on those fronts too. She was able to fit me in the same day and provide treatment - granted that it was close to an emergency situation and I am grateful. Going forward I am equipped with a clear treatment plan and an education that I had not received before. Further not only is the clinic easy to get to in Toronto's downtown core, it is clean and has a calm ambiance. The receptionist/clerical staff is exceptional and gives a great first impression and is helpful. It assisted greatly in seamless transition(s). Look no further!

I went to see Dr.Djeddi over the winter holidays with crippling back pain. I was only able to move with a cane. My mother is 92 years old and she had more mobility with her walker than I. I thought my life was over. I am a kindergarten teacher with the TDSB. Without the ability to move I would not be able to carry out my program. Dr. Djeddi reassured me I would be back to normal within the first 15 minutes of seeing me. Four treatments later I was completely healed. I went to see Jane for a massage and she was amazing, no complaints there. When I was leaving to pay, it was quite busy at the front and there was only one receptionist to assist everyone. The receptionist was very nice and apologized for the wait. I had no problem waiting and told her to take her time. The owner of the clinic came out and began yelling at the receptionist in front of everyone, making her even more stressed out and flustered. It was EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and spoke volumes of how the owner treats her employees. Owners must remember that their employees are the ones that help them run their business successfully and to treat them with respect. Fair to say that I won't be coming back here again.

Very frankly one of the worst experiences. To be honest, we covered in bruises and in extreme pain for a week after the day after our first visit and would not feel comfortable coming back. Added to that we got a call the next day about an appointment we did not make. The staff proceeded to send us harassing and very rude emails about an appointment we did not make. We felt like we were being pushed into getting inserts and given how bad of shape we were in the week after. We would not recommend this place. Overall a very poor experiences.

In addition, clients will have to do little to no paper work on their part as the clinic will directly bill their insurance as well as complete the majority of paper work. The clinic itself runs on time, is well kept and always has snacks and beverages available for patients. Overall, a wonderful clinic with great staff and amazing services.

The first time I came at the [clinic] I feel very comfortable. The place has really a good ambiance and is clean. Everything is organized neatly. It is also relaxing and cozy with the sound that you will hear when you entered. The sound helped me calm my nerves because it is soothing. There are also free snacks and refreshments while waiting for your appointment. What I found at the [clinic] that I really liked was that the practitioners are nice and approachable. They make you feel at home to attend to your needs. They also make sure you are comfortable with everything. The staff are also very accommodating and also attentive when you have questions. They try their best to make as easy as possible for the patient, they do direct billing and also do send the manual claims to your insurance at their cost. The location is of the [clinic] very central to core downtown and it is perfect if your taking TTC, because it is attached to Queen station and near to many bus stops. The doctor was very respectful and mindful of my appoint time, although she was extremely busy, she managed to take service me on time. The treatment was tailored to my condition and my need as it has very hi-tech equipment that are up to date. The best patient care I had ever experienced, the type that deeply mattered to me. I felt extremely comfortable and valued throughout the appointment. Clinic also has a television to watch news while waiting.

Dr. Djeddi assessd my case very accurately.later I mentioned to her that I have a one year old mri scan I have taken at my home country, when I review the mri report it was 100 % right on the spot with Dr Djeddi result which speaks volumes about her expertise. Right now I have visited Dr. Djeddi 4 times and my case has tremendously improved. I write this review not only as appreciation to what Dr Djeddi has done to me ,but also to help people who are also in similar conditions . So if You have a similar case do yourself a favor and demand the best, and the best is Dr Djeddi.

My experience was just so so. It is quite commercialized. The chiropractor recommended me the orthotics in the first 10 mins of my first initial assessment. The chiropractor treated 2-3 patients at the same time.

I went to see Dr. Djeddi with severe neck pain while I was on a business trip to Toronto. I was desperate and googled the nearest chiropractor and I was incredibly lucky to find her. I was supposed to be at a conferenc but unable to move my head or lift my arm I had to get treatment quickly as I was in agony. Thankfully I managed to get an appointment the same afternoon and she diagnosed a pinched nerve and treated me with electroptherapy, manipulated my neck, etc. I walked out one hour later and whilst I was obviously still in pain it was SO MUCH BETTER. I had a follow up the next day and mobility and pain levels kept improving and I don't know what I would have done without the treatment. Thank you so much.

Prior to my visit this morning I had been a patient here for just over 2 years since moving to the city. I chose this clinic specifically because they accept assignment (they bill insurance and accept the payment from the insurance company), meaning I don’t have to pay out of pocket, which is a factor when budgeting and when you are using multiple services (chiro, massage, physio). I booked an appt with the osteopath seeking another option to help with an old ankle injury and was very surprised to have to pay $130 at the end of the appt because apparently my insurance won’t allow assignment for this service, at least this is what the administrator told me when asking for payment, add that to the fact had apparently they don’t even bill insurance directly for this service either, you are left on your own. If the administrator is aware of this clause to insurance billing it should be disclosed at the time of booking the appt. With the osteopath I received a quick assessment where I wasn’t even asked to take off my sock for her to assess my ankle which was my presenting problem. Then apparently she is able to “restore” and “redirect” blood flow and lymph from just touching me with no pressure applied, I still don’t understand how this works and my direct question asking how was not answered. My recent appointment for massage with Jessica was disappointing as well. I used to see Jane but she left months ago. I felt like I spent the entire appt asking for less pressure and I have a fairly high pain threshold. I realize that I hadn’t been for treatment in several months because life happens and I have to consider my benefit limits but I shouldn’t be made to feel like you can’t treat me at all because I am asking for less pressure, just do what you can. I stopped going to the physio there because the provider they had didn’t believe in manual manipulation (again dealing with my ankle) and would just recommend various stretches and while I agree those are an important part of physio treatment, it’s not effective on its own when dealing with the effects of a 20 year old injury. With Dr. Djeddi for chiro, I actually have nothing negative to say about her treatment and have found it helpful, but it’s not worth coming to an office for one provider as I want one office for coordinating treatments.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone who appreciates and wants a better understanding of the holistic approach.
