Not your typical chiro experience! I've been going to Dr. Chau for many years now. She really knows her stuff, carefully assesses your situation and treats accordingly. Appointments are ideally 1 hour, 1/3 of which is acupuncture, the rest is mostly 'massage' (more like manipulation) and adjustment, if needed. Any adjustments done are minimal and gentle. The acupunture and manipulation really prepare the body for the adjustment so it 'sticks'. Very effective!

I have been going to Lillian for a few years now with various injuries and a frozen shoulder as of late. I can’t say enough about the effectiveness of her work. After every session, I literally feel like she has performed surgery on my shoulder with her hands. She has a very intuitive touch, and I don’t think my recovery could have gone faster without going to see Lillian. In addition, she is a very kind and caring person.
