4 years ago , Jason Gray treated my lower back and left sciatica . Already off work for 6 months , Jason had pinpointed 2 separate problems immediately (completely missed by other chiro/physio "specialists") indicating he would have me back to work in 8 weeks (which i was) . We started off with 2 visits a week , down to 1 and so on , until i was down to 1 visit a month . Recently in 2019 i returned for neck and shoulder pain . After a few sessions with no improvement , he did a complete assessment (head to toe) and determined there was a possible spinal cord injury or underlying medical condition . He said " i hate to lose you as a patient , but i feel you should get a diagnosis before any physical treatment ". He then sent a report to my family doctor , which quickly got the ball rolling in the right direction . I will be returning soon for advice on excersize . Thank very much , Rick Lampman .

I had numerous back spams and issues with my back; I was really hesitant about seeing a chiropractor, but figured I would try it. After a few sessions, my back pain disappeared! Dr Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable on how to treat issues and offers small excercises/stretches for home or while at work between appointments. She has also helped me with a workplace injury and pregnancy pains. It's always a good feeling walking out of the office knowing your chiropractor actually listened to what the problem was and found the root cause instead of just giving a treatment. She treats you as if you were her family. I highly recommend visiting her and Dr Jason.

...after suffering for over 2 years with a damaged hip (replaced now) and spinal stenosis I had almost given up hope and thought my senior years would be a daily challenge of chronic pain. At one point I could only walk with walker and needed the aid of a mobility scooter! I tried cortisone shots and lived on Advil. Dr Stephanie was my last hope (I told her no pressure here, lol). I am ecstatic and truly grateful that just after a few treatments I felt relief and now just 6 treatments in I am walking over a kilometer a day with my dogs and do not have a limp. I am a huge fan and feel that Dr Stephanie really cares. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND HER!
