Our family really appreciates seeing Dr. Steve. He gives us a few specific exercises that really target the area that's bothering us. These exercises work amazingly well to keeping us pain free and build gradually build strength. He's friendly and personable. My teenage son, who plays high level baseball, has been seeing every 6 weeks or so for 3-4 years. He has helped him increase mobility, strengthen muscles where needed and make sure he isn't straining any muscles inappropriately. He has also helped my teenage daughter who's a high level swimmer. I'm in my mid fifties, I walk a lot, and Dr. Steve has helped me deal with some pain and then gradually build some muscle so that I don't strain others.
