While I don't like being injured, I love this place!! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Having to go to Physiotherapy can be inconvenient and uncomfortable at times but Stouffville Physiotherapy Clinic has always been warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommend getting treatment here if you're in need of it.

Took my elderly mother to this place after she has had spinal compression fracture. Since she is over 65, its covered by OHIP. She was given 6 sessions (didn't attend the last two as it has 0 value), first was a questionnaire, then the second, she was given a black & white badly printed 6 exercises to follow that I could I have taught her from YouTube. The third and fourth, they gave her 10 mins heat treatment and then was told to go home and do the six exercises twice a day. I pick my mum from Vaughan and drive her to Stouffville just get this 10 mins treatment that you could simply do at home with a hot water bag. We wanted to monitor and see whether it would improve but it did not. by 4th session , my mum told be its a joke and asked me to cancel the last 2 sessions. "Icing on the cake" is that they claim money from OHIP regardless whether you attend the sessions or not. As Canadians, we are very fortunate to have free healthcare but we must do everything possible to stop wasting tax payers money on bad practices like Stouffville Physiotherapy Clinic. This is why I wrote this review so some of you out there would think twice before selecting this place. Thanks.

I started having back pain due to lifting heavy objects. At this place a rather new member of staff helped me and she knew her job very very well. I had never had any physiotherapy prior to this. The ladies at the reception are always helpful. I never wait long before my physiotherapist sees me.

My mother went for physiotherapy at this clinic the staff are wonderful but the women at reception is absolutely horrible!!! She's VERY discourteous, VERY disrespectful to the clients and extremely unpleasant to deal with. Definitely makes going a bad experience every time ..... and really affects the image of the clinic.

Referred for pre-op Physio on knee, awaiting delayed total knee replacement due to Covid-19. During my 7 months waiting for surgery date was given series of leg strengthening exercises to do at home. Started every other week sessions, where therapist would review progress, 5-10 mins stationary bike warmup, then introduced a new strengthening exercise to workout different muscles ending with machine massage therapy. During 7 month assessment I was reviewed by 4 different Therapists. All staff at this clinic always welcome patients in a friendly manner, sessions were quick for about 30-40 mins. My surgery being in Scarborough area, it is very convenient to have a clinic close to home. The Therapist named William Caesar was absolutely great, very caring and went extra mile for me to try and get my surgery date sooner than later. I miss him as he knew my limits for pre-op care. I am returning back now to post-op therapy, with a different Therapist. This clinic is busy at times and they are always very accommodating. Looking forward to my recovery next plan, it has been a very long road.

When you arrive you are greeted by the amazingly efficient Emma. The facility and equipment are state of the art and the staff are incredible. Danielle is my primary and she is very knowledgeable in her approach to therapy. It is a fun place to go with enough humor to mitigate the anxiety of pushing yourself. I am a retired nurse who has had a tendon issue for several years. I sought out your clinic after a referral from my family physician. Having been able in the health care field for 45 years I am aware of and have extensive experience with standard of care. In my opinion I would rate this clinic as outstanding. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and respectful. After seven treatment visits,I am extremely pleased to say that my tendon issue has pretty much resolved itself with the excellent support and care of the physiotherapist who did the initial assessment and treatment plan, the physio aides/techs and the kinesiologist as well a chiropractor who gave me some valuable instruction and advise to manage additional issues that were impacting my feet. I was completely satisfied with the plan of care and the outcome. The staff I observed, work hard to provide an excellent level of care. Congratulations, you'll need to celebrate you'lls successes. I would highly recommend your clinic????

Sirs, As a previous client of your clinic, I would have expected better treatment, much better than I received yesterday. It took virtually 5 days for my telephone request for an appointment to be answered. I finally got a callback on Monday. It was made clear that I did not have a referral and receptionist undertook to procure same from Dr. Boucher. An appointment was made for yesterday at 11:15 am. I advised that if the necessary requisition could not be procured within the short time frame, she was only to so indicate and we would postpone the visit. At 9:59 yesterday the said appointment was confirmed by email. So she had the referral, right? Wrong. Not only did she not have it, she failed to call my doctor's office altogether. I attended your clinic at the appointed time and place. The therapist (whose name I didn't catch) indicated that in the circumstances I would have to pay for the consultation. We are not rich but we are not poor either. It was a matter of principle. It was a complete waste of my time. The solution in the circumstances was quite simple. You fouled up and and fouled up badly---- slow in returning my initial call; didn't contact my physician for a referral; and confirmed an appointment which was not to be had. So what do you do? You absorb the cost of the initial consultation (ie you give me a freebie). I was already there. You had already allocated a therapist to me. Why ruin your reputation?
