Dr. Shironika is an amazing professional and one of the best chiropractors I've ever been to. Her adjustments improve motion in my spine and alleviates my pain. Dr. Shironika is the best chiropractor ever! I may be bias as she's the only chiropractor I've been too, however she takes such great care of her clients. From my normal everyday activities I was experiencing mild back pain. Getting my back adjusted by Dr. Shironika felt like night and day, such a huge improvement. She also gave me homework to do, which as daily stretches which really help with my spine and back health. She's very patient, knowledgable and understanding, and best of all she's so amazing just to talk to. Some of our appointments would go a few minutes over just because we're engaged in such great conversation about life. Dr. Shironika is the first chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. She has made the experience so wonderful and eased all my nerves! She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand your treatment plan and how it will work for you. Aside from adjustments she has shown me exercises to keep my joints strong and to further ease my pain. She gets to know her patients on a personal level while also being extremely professional. Dr. Shironika is an angel. I’ve had treatments from other professionals, including chiropractors, and nothing comes close to these results!! Her holistic and empathetic approach to healing patients is amazing. Her office follows Covid protocols properly and she sanitizes everything before and after our sessions. The doc walks me through the game plan, treatment, after care, and homework in a simple and patient way. You can tell that she loves her job and stays current. To be honest, I was anxious to see yet another doctor for these injuries and medical condition, but hear me out: chiro helps where many other treatments can’t. Within minutes of my first session with Dr. Shironika, I was able to walk more equally on both legs, move my neck more, and breathe more deeply after she worked on my ribs. Even when I’m better, I’ll be going back regularly for ‘tune-ups’ lol. Go see her. It’s totally worth it, I promise!

It was my first time seeking out chiropractic care and I'm so glad Dr. Shironika was my choice! My appointments are always so comprehensive - not only do I get manual treatments and adjustments, she also takes me through targeted strengthening and rehab exercises, a whole education on the spine and nervous system that helps me become more aware of what's going on, and even acupuncture treatment when I've needed extra TLC. I've had such good benefit that I even convinced my partner to try out a session to look after a recurring injury. He healed so quickly with her help that he's done all of his sessions even before me! But if I'm in need of further progress and maintenance, at least it's a pleasure to go.
