Very bad quality service Only one person working at a time not enough people to serve patients leads to LONG WAITS VERY INEXPERIENCED STAFF - thinks everything can be solved by machines NO SPACE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING

Very bad place to go to and here's why; Very small Unit size no room for social distancing and very cramped LOW QUALITY rehabilitation machines and techniques Requests money first before looking at insurance No parking and it is also in a busy tight strip mall area where parking is frequently being used by customers of other stores. Short staff only one person working as a physiotherapist Long appointment waits and VERY INEXPERIENCED doctor seems really new to this In an area where the sidewalks aren't salted or properly taken care of A LOT OF TRAFFIC ON SHEPPARD ROAD
