Dr. Raf Bagheri has helped me with multiple different issues for over a year now (TMJ/jaw issues as well as posture/back issues). Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced, but he genuinely cares for his patients and consistently checks in and makes sure you feel comfortable. After teaching small children for over 15 years & since having my two beautiful children, I have had constant lower back and shoulder pain. I have seen many chiropractors. Dr Rafael at Helse Scarborough location is absolute best Chiropractor. I have been going to him for over 4 months now and WHAT A RELEIF. After his very thorough adjustments he goes in and finds trigger points to also help release tension in certain areas. I have been sleeping like a baby and am able to move around with my students and kids like never before! Dr Raf is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing! I have recommended Dr Raf to almost everyone I know that complains of any sort of pain. We are all so satisfied and appreciative with Dr. Raf and his amazing work. I also forgot to mention, he’s the BEST with kids! Personable and gentle. My 4 and 5 year old love going to see Dr. Raf for their monthly adjustments! Had several treatments here for my back and neck pain and already feel better in a short time. This doctor is very compassionate, caring and full of humour. There are plenty of parking spots and direct billing available. I also appreciate how the treatment areas were sanitized properly.

A very talented doctor!! My GP wrote off my numb fingers as stress or muscle injury. Dr.Raf suggested TOS thoracic outlet syndrome and after my vascular ultrasound it turned out to be TOS! Referred to a vascular surgeon for consult but feeling better after treatments at Helse. Previously had TMJ where my jaw and head always hurt and clicks and after a treatment with Dr Raf my pain is gone and has not returned!! Chewing now restored ????Very grateful and love this Doctor's professionalism and skills.

My wife told me about this chiropractor Dr.Raf. I was like whatever! I have been to so many chiropractors throughout my years in sports. I was like how good is this guy. One day I decide to go and see him. The treatment I received was hands-down the best! I went home and thanked my wife. Dr.Raf really cares about his patience and treat them like family. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rafael Bagheri at Helse Scarborough. I have seen a couple chiropractors in the past regarding my back issues and none of them have come close to how amazing Dr. Raf is. After a couple sessions the years of tension and stress in my neck and back were gone. He's a true professional with phenomenal bed side manner. His skill, humor and kind and welcoming personality immediately puts myself and family at ease- and he's great with children, my 2 little ones love visiting. It's always a highlight to see Dr. Raf at Helse Scarborough, not only because my back and neck feel brand new afterwards, but also because he's a great doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. Raf is a very good doctor. Had a few other chiropractors and this clinic does not compare. Dr Raf has helped me in the least amount of visits without maxing my insurance like others have done to me in the past. He is reasonable and will be in good hands.
