Dr Heins is a deeply caring and compassionate psychotherapist and naturopathic doctor who has profoundly helped my son to manage his anxiety. She was skilled in identifying the characteristics of his condition, and I saw immediate results in his behaviour and thinking with very few interactions. What I also appreciated is that she counselled me (his parent) to better help him at difficult times, in addition to providing him directly with very competent and thorough methods of self support. What I believe is unique to Dr Heins is that if you see her as a naturopathic doctor too, her protocol will include dietary and lifestyle changes; a holistic approach that I find far more effective. The end result has been positively transformative for my son and I, so I highly recommend Dr Heins as a skilled psychotherapist and naturopathic doctor.
