He does adjustments that suit your particular needs (not a cookie-cutter adjustment for every patient), and they have a host of other healthcare professionals (like massage therapy and acupuncturists) that are also wonderful. Beyond their excellent professional healthcare, everyone here is so friendly, and they’re always willing to accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities. I commute from downtown to see Dr Abtan and everyone at Corrective Healthcare and will continue to do so, as I wouldn’t want to see anyone else!

This is the best clinic I have been to. The recpetionist staff are all friendly and always know you name. They take the time to always ask how you are. I never have to wait long. Dr. Alam is my favourite person ???? I had back pain from a young age and I finally decided to seek out help. It’s been over a year going to Dr. Alam and my posture is better, flexibility improved, and I got my family to see her as well. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Alam takes the time to not only assess your body but also other factors such as lifestyle, socioeconomic status, etcetera. Which are all so important in developing a patient care plan! You’ll also be provided tips on ways to help reduce any pain you may have from an injury. I also met with Lydia, one of the Massage Therapist and the 30 minute session alone was heavenly. The staff are great and the items all sanitized and cleaned. I’d visit daily if I could ????

Dr. Abtan worked his magic, adjusted my back, stretched out my legs and I was back to my normal self. ???????????????? There's nothing like quality of life. Dr. Abtan is the best chiropractor I've ever met. I've been seeing Dr. Abtan since last year to discuss my shoulder injury and lower back issues. After a few sessions of attending his sessions, I could clearly notice that my posture was improving and my lower back pain was decreasing. Also, the treatment costs are fairly reasonable. Dr. Abtan also does a great job of explaining the muscles and joints that were causing the issue, which in turn helps me become an educated patient.

I've been going to Dr. Abtan's office for over 4 years, as I was initially referred by my physician, who also goes for treatment. I was truly skeptical - especially when it came to acupuncture (read: I hate needles). I injured my back pretty badly and it turned out to be one of the only things that significantly reduced the pain. I often bring friends with me, so they can see what the sessions are about. The office also provides excellent massage and naturopathic services (Dr. Ma is great!). The front desk is friendly and professional. Staff always have a positive attitude and accommodate bookings the best they can. I will always recommend Dr. Abtan and Dr. Alam. If you need care you can trust, check it out for yourself...

After suffering from a Back Injury & Months of unsuccessful Treatments from other Therapists that wrote me off. I got in an MVA, to add insult to injury. My dad referred me to his Chiropractor DR. ABTAN ???? who told me to come in the same day that I called. Feeling discouraged I went. With his demeanour alone & encouraging words I knew I was about to overcome this battle. It hasn’t been a month yet & after a bunch of CRACKS, POPS & REALIGNMENTS ( yup. Just like the vids on Tik Tok it works????????????????) I was struggling with a disc herniation and sciatica since February 2018. I went to 4 physiotherapist facilities and 2 other chiropractors prior to seeing Dr Abtan. Each facility aggravating my condition and progressively making me worse. My herniation size was severe, so the countless physio sessions gave me no relief. I was prescribed 2 different anti inflammatory pills, nerve pain pills and even narcotics to help tolerate the pain. I went to a pain management clinic and tried nerve blocking injections in my lower back. Each attempt was unsuccessful, so I eventually decided to schedule surgery. Considering I was only 24, surgery was my last option. I was bed ridden for 7 months, unable to sit, stand, or walk. Before my surgery date, I booked an appointment with Dr Abtan and after my first session I felt relief for the first time in 7 months. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, helpful. I was able to cancel my surgery and continue with my conservative treatments. I’m finally able to return to work, and to say I’m grateful for his help would be an understatement. Thank you, Dr Abtan!

All necessary precautions are taken in regards to COVID-19 protocol, so there’s a fairly high level of peace of mind entering every appointment. Dr. Abtan is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also his chair side manners, intellect and humour is extremely refreshing which makes interacting with him throughout the appointment enjoyable. I would have no qualms in recommending him to family and friends. Had to wait 30 min in lobby for a booked appointment and 20min + for the second appointment. Great Doctor but time was not respected. Great for people that have patience lol, my advice is to go 25min late to every appointment. Great front desk service as well. I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Abtan for the majority of my visits. I have used their massage, acupuncture and osteopath services as well. They really help you get back to your normal self and help you maintain it with regular visits. Great time here. Upon arrival was greeted by friendly receptionist. She was on the phone and asked the other person if she could call them back and she asked how she may help me. That right there was a great indication of the service I would get. Kevin was my RMT and he is a journeyman at his trade. I left feeling alot better than when I came in. This clinic is amazing! The doctors, RMTs and associates all have a positive attitude and outlook on how they treat their patients. They are kind, caring, and understanding. I started coming in the early fall of last year, for chiropractic and massage treatment, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Dr. Abten Has Been adjusting me for years and has helped me a lot with my injuries. He has helped me get back on track even when I thought it was not possible. I remember back in grade 9 when I injured my knee And I was trying out for the volleyball team and I didn’t think I could make it, with his help I was able to heal and able to make it for the tryouts. From there I’ve been gaining more injuries and with his help I was able to get right back on track. My review has to be back dated to 2007 when I first rolled into Dr.Abtans office for the very first time on a mobility scooter . First off I have to say Dr.Abtan is an incredible Chiropractor . Not only does he offer chiropractic care but also has many other services to offer like physiotherapy, acupuncture, laser therapy and anything else you may need to have a better quality of life. When I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2001, my world was turned upside down. I remember my support cancer buddy referring me to this clinic back in 2003. I have never looked back!! This clinic it’s amazing staff lead by Dr. Abtan has been my lifeline in so many health issues over the years. The level of compassion that greets you the minute you enter the office door, continues throughout his office. I couldn’t of gone through all the health issues in my life without Dr Abtan and his staff... including his lovely wife, Bryna who met me on my first day in the clinic and reassured me that they would take good care of me. All those years later and many tune ups.. I still go in for their guidance and reassurance on life’s many levels.
