The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with this office in the several years I've been seeing both chiropractors and massage therapists. Love the online bookings and direct insurance billing.

I have been dedicatedly going here each time I am in need of an adjustment. For me, that is only after I injure myself, and then 2 appointments later, I feel amazing from then on (until I injure myself again). I noticed one comment about a negative atmosphere, and would like to state my opposite opinion. I am still awkward about booking appointments and such (basically dealing with people), but the receptionists always help me through it, including when I was having issues with my insurance. I would say the atmosphere is very welcoming and positive, and I don't see myself ever going somewhere else.

Robin and Kevin are great massage therapist and chiropractor! Very good in what they are doing and I highly recommend them. But, the receptionist Ashley makes the environment "not welcoming" and so "negative". She talked to me over the phone and it seems like She doesn't like her job, so grouchy! it feels like I owe her something for booking me that day! So i just thought she's having a bad day, I just let it go. But when I get there, remained the same attitude. They will lose potential customers because of some of the front people they have, seriously, my friend does not even want to go back there for the massage and chiropractic sessions because of the way she treated him. I think this Ashley needs to learn conducts or manners of being a receptionist.

Dr. Wilkinson is fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor. He has lots of knowledge & I always leave feeling better after my adjustments.

I wasn't impressed. The chiropractor seemed knowledgeable and agreed with previous diagnoses to my issues, but the treatment seemed a little generic. The front desk staff were decent. However, I didn't enjoy that out of the three appointments I had: the first was rescheduled without my knowledge or without the two confirmation/reminder emails changed and so I arrived "late", the second went well, and the third was cancelled again without my knowledge to which again I received confirmation/reminder emails three days after they supposedly cancelled (?). I'm not sure why their system is so poorly ran but I'm not going to waste my time anymore.

Was recommended here by friends while I was visiting S'toon and found myself needing last-minute massage therapy. I was able to book on my preferred day. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, and I was seen on time. My massage therapist, Peter, was very friendly and engaging. That being said, I found the massage itself less thorough than what I'm used to with my regular therapist. Additionally, I felt there wasn't enough focus on specific areas I had requested.

I've been sore for weeks. And after just 1 adjustment from Dr. Schuler I feel 10x better. The middle of my back has been in so much pain. And this doctor has amazing hands. And her sense of humour has got to be the best part. No stone face at any appointment. She ls a keeper. Jealous of her spouse at this moment !!

Dr. Kevin Sutton is the best. Highly recommended for chiro treatments! Front staff is busy most of the time, as they get a lot of request for bookings -- but I've never had a bad experience with them. And I've been using their online booking mostly for the past year or so and it has been a very flexible tool for me when I need an appointment booked.

2nd Ave Family Chiro is an excellent place Practice, I have always used Dr Tim Wilkinson for Chiro, and have had a couple of Massage appointments with Robin. They are both very professional and very good at their professions. As for the reception being rude, they are busy but far from rude. I won't go anywhere else for back and neck treatments as I am always made to feel at home.

This is a wonderful place to go for Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic Therapy!! I highly recommend Second Avenue Family Chiropractic! Although I did have one Massage Therapist that messaged me after hours on Facebook which I found unprofessional.

Dr. Sutton is by far the best chiropractor I've been to, I don't usually feel comfortable when having my neck adjusted but he makes sure you're relaxed first unlike others I've been to at various clinics.

The treatment was great. There was a lot of explanation of technique and a lot of questions asked of me to really get a thorough idea of my medical history. I felt better after I left. I have been back a few times for follow up treatments, and things are improving. I will however find a new clinic the next time I am in need of treatment. Each time I have been to the clinic I felt a coldness almost rudeness from the reception area. Certainly not a welcoming environment. In addition to this, I get the impression that there is a lot of gossip and drama. There seems to be a lot of whispering at the expense of others. I can only hope it is not the clientele that is being talked about. I suspect it is more about co-workers. Overall, it feels like a very negative work environment and even though I received a good treatment each time, I did not feel comfortable in this establishment.

Dr Lebrecque was very knowledgeable and informative, would definitely go back to him. On the other hand, the younger receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. She seems very ill-tempered and shows that she is not content about her occupation. Would defiantly recommend the business to get a new receptionist, or at least tell her to lighten up.

Dr. Stephanie Fox is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable and I always feel better after an adjustment with her. I have been seeing her throughout my pregnancy and always feel comfortable doing so. ???????????????? Highly recommend her!
