Back injuries are no fun. These people helped me through my recovery in a supportive and professional manner. Discomfort was kept to a minimum, and they kept me on track with reasonable exercises that allowed me to heal at my own pace. Right from the moment I walked through the door all staff worked cohesively to get me through appointments scheduled for my convenience.

In just a few weeks Joleen helped to get my back pain under control with stretching and strengthening exercises. I came to LifeMark when I couldn’t get in at my regular spots in town after breaking my foot. The staff were very friendly and set up my benefits to coordinate payments. Corey treated my foot with a variety of challenging movements, and it’s not an injury that I have had any complications with whatsoever. So we moved on to a nagging shoulder and tendinitis too, and that has been resolved. Both the shoulder and the elbow were injuries I had sort of accepted and worked around for a few years, but these are both non-issues now. Corey is an exceptional PT and is to be commended for his approach to treating injuries and his ability to really gauge the nature of the injuries and develop a plan to rehabilitate them.

I am a WSIB patient. I switched to Lifemark from another Physiotherapist in this town and I thank God, I did it. Even though the outcome was not as I wished and I will be permanently damaged for the rest of my life (mostly due to mistreatment by Grand River Hospital and carelessness of the surgeon in St Thomas Hospital), Hillary & Linda plus the rest of their team did their very very best. Each and every time I was there I was treated like a human being, with kindness and I was given hope. They gave me the feeling to being on my side throughout the whole time and supported me whenever they could. I highly recommend them and once you meet them and work with them, you will - most likely - do so, too !

I’ve been treated by both Dr. Lee and Hillary Reddick at this Lifemark location. I have always been served in a friendly, caring, effective and efficient manner that far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Lee and Hillary Reddick are both excellent practitioners and my customer experience with both of them is only further enhanced by the wonderful support staff (Linda, assistants and reception are all a joy to work with). As someone who has worked in the health and health insurance tech industry in Canada for over 5 years, I have to say that I was also very impressed by the digital systems that Lifemark uses. Excellent customer service.

I began getting Physio treatments here for a torn labrum 1.5 years ago. All through the stages, from initial injury, diagnoses, surgery then rehabilitation I have received excellent direction, information and assistance throughout this process. My experience has seen very individual and specialized care catered, if you will, to my complex injury. I have and will continue to recommend anyone to this clinic with no hesitation. It's a busy place at certain times but the attention is not compromised by that.

Having attending MANY MANY physio therapy facilities & I feel this is by far the best facility I've attended. Every service that I know of is available here. Although my results haven't been as good as I hoped the staff did everything they could to try to help me. Although all therapies and therapists were great the massage therapy was phenomenal! Thank you Katie!!! All in all a great place! The staff at the front desk are great, professional yet personable! I just wish they would accept government disability programs. The only down side is that they are so busy that sometimes it was hard to get appointments for the next week without booking a couple weeks in advance but then again because of my disability I couldn't do morning appointments so maybe that was my fault. I think all the therapists are great but I wish Corrine the best and that shes back to work very soon! A BIG thanks to all the Lifemark staff!

I would like to thank Corrine Roos for assessing my injury and getting me on the path to recovery! She listened to me and then followed through with a comprehensive evaluation. She identified my imbalances/weaknesses then developed exercise plan that ultimately resulted in a marked improvement and allowed me to return to my regular fitness regime! On each visit Corrine spent one on one time with me to ensure my mobility was improving! My physio assistant Linda demonstrated each exercise and on each visit kept a watchful eye to make sure I had proper technique! Both Corinne and Linda were very professional. I value Corinne's expertise and consequently she had been my physiotherapist for the last 15 years! She will be my only physio until she retires! I highly recommend the St Thomas Lifemark Team!

Don't know what they get paid for. I was going 3 days a week. I was there for approx 1.5 hrs. Would only see or talk to a person for 5min each time otherwise do a bunch of exercises that a) didn't help b) I could have done at home. And the physiotherapist had no bedside manner at all. She hurt me and still want to keep going. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Drive to London is you have to

I have chronic low back pain and at this time have been off work for 2 years and am on LTD with Great west life. I had two six week sessions with Hillary Reddic with chronic low back pain. The first six weeks were paid by me and were awesome even though at the end she said “I am sorry but there is nothing I can do for you “. Then against my objections LTD forced me to do another 6 weeks of work hardening Physio 3 days per week! They paid for the treatments. The pain worsened and I objected but Hillary insisted I keep going. She did not listen to me at all! At one point Hillary ask me how I was doing and I answered not good, it’s getting worse and she replied “not jus a little bit better? As soon as the insurance paid she did not care about my condition at all! As long as you pay you may be OK? The help staff was awesome through the whole thing.

I have been treated by Jessica Tomlin for the past six weeks. She is an excellent physiotherapist. Her assessment of my issue was very thorough and her treatment plan was first rate. Jessica is a wonderful person who I was able to connect with very quickly. She is an excellent listener and really was able to understand my issue with well thought out questions. I liked her direct approach with me. This made it very clear what I needed to do to rehab my injury. She also gave me the confidence that I would overcome this injury. I have made significant progress and I am extremely happy with this. I would enthusiastically recommend Jessica to anyone who is looking for a physiotherapist. Also, the new clinic is way nicer than the old one. It appears to me that they have also added some new equipment. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had top notch care at Lifemark every time that I have needed their services.

Fortunately, this month, I met Nirali Mehta, who made the adjustment to change, a smooth one. She is friendly, timely and efficient.
